全國模范教師黃靜華老師在做報告時,她的一句話讓我記憶猶新:
“參加工作37年,我唯一感到幸福、快樂的事情不是獲得了多少榮
譽,得到了多少獎勵,而是我一直堅持做班主任,做了37年班主
任……”在我們大多數(shù)人將班主任工作當一件“苦差事”來完成時,
這位全國優(yōu)秀的老班主任用自己的身體力行告訴我們:做班主任是一
件快樂的事情??嗪蜆肥且环N心境,正如李鎮(zhèn)西老師《班主任的苦
與樂》中引用的明代學者章溢的一句話:“樂與苦,相為倚伏者也,
人知樂之為樂,而不知苦之為樂。”樂生樂,苦也可以生樂,就看你
怎樣從苦中解放出來,做個快樂班主任。(WhenMs.HuangJinghua,

要想做個快樂班主任,我認為首先應(yīng)該端正態(tài)度,“態(tài)度決定思路,
思路決定出路?!弊鳛榘嘀魅?,我們面對的教育對象是一個個鮮活的
生命,他們來自不同的家庭,所以人生觀、價值觀不同,對同一問題
的看法不同;其次,作為獨立的個體,他們認識事物、接受事物的能
力也不同。對于班上幾十個孩子來說,存在很大的個體差異,這就要
求我們班主任,必須客觀、科學的來認識每一個學生,這是班主任獲

1、班主任要時刻牢記每個學生都是可教育的,都是可以教育好的。

面對紛繁的世界,現(xiàn)在的小學生已經(jīng)不再是聽話的“小綿羊”,他們
有開闊的眼界也有獨立的個性,他們似乎什么道理都懂卻又常常明知
故犯,所以,每天班主任都會有處理不完的“官司”。面對這種狀況,
班主任心態(tài)必須平和,要知道“人非草木,孰能無過。"更何況,我

對于調(diào)皮搗蛋的學生,我雖然一忍再忍,但有時也會忍無可忍,這時
就會圖一時痛快,將其叫來,劈頭蓋臉教訓一頓,這種簡單粗暴的教
育,其效果是可想而知的。一次作文練習,班上某個女生的肺腑之言,
如同一盆冷水澆醒了我,讓我對以往的粗暴行為深感慚愧。文章題目
是《老師,我想對您說》,孩子在文中是這樣寫的:”……老師,我
們一直很尊敬您,也很感激您,但您也有缺點,希望您能聽聽我想對
您說的悄悄話。老師,我最怕的人就是您。其實以前我并不怕您,
但是就在那一天您讓我改變了想法。那天,班上很多同學沒有完成作
業(yè),您很生氣,大發(fā)雷霆,我們嚇得趴在桌子上,一聲不敢吭。老師,
我覺得您即使再生氣,也不該發(fā)火,應(yīng)該想辦法讓這些同學既佩服您,
又不敢不完成作業(yè)?;蛟S當時您心情不好,但也不該發(fā)脾氣,課下同
學們在一起議論時都說‘班主任真厲害,發(fā)起火來好嚇人。'他們雖
然這樣說,但不能保證下次能夠按時完成作業(yè)。所以,我覺得你應(yīng)該
注意方法,讓他們記住完不成作業(yè)后果是很嚴重的……”看完孩子的
作文,我認真反思了一下:教師不僅要傳播知識,傳播愛,還應(yīng)該做
傳播文明的使者,可我都做了些什么?正如孩子文中所寫,我這樣做
之后學生就能改掉完不成作業(yè)的壞習慣了嗎?答案當然是否定的,不
僅如此,還在學生幼小的心靈上播下“粗暴、野蠻”的種子。換言之,
如果學生犯了錯,班主任能夠想方設(shè)法去喚醒他內(nèi)心深處“善”的因
素,激發(fā)他內(nèi)心改過自新的勇氣,我們收獲到不僅僅是學生自身的改
變,還將會用自己的人格魅力贏得學生的尊重。作為班主任一定要牢
記“每個孩子都是可教育的,都是可以教育好的?!睆哪且院?,每當
自己因為學生而生氣時,我就會用屠格涅夫的格言來提醒自己:發(fā)怒
就是用人家的錯誤來懲罰自己;憤怒總是以愚蠢而開始,以后悔而告
終;在開口說話之前,先把舌頭在嘴里轉(zhuǎn)十圈。這樣,冷靜下來想辦
法處理問題,就會峰回路轉(zhuǎn),柳暗花明,收到意想不到的效果。(For

2、班主任應(yīng)該清楚認識到學生是發(fā)展的,學生的發(fā)展離不開社會。

隨著社會的發(fā)展,我們的學生也在發(fā)生著變化。常聽很多班主任發(fā)牢
騷:“現(xiàn)在的孩子一批不如一批,越來越難管了?!贝_實如此,現(xiàn)代
社會對學生的誘惑越來越多,網(wǎng)絡(luò)、電視等媒體手段的迅速發(fā)展,潛
移默化的影響著孩子的身心,這種影響既有利,也有弊,這就為班級
管理工作的開展提供了新的研究課題。這使我想起我們學校教育常抓
不懈的一個老問題一一孩子上網(wǎng),一提起這個話題我們班主任不禁一
臉嚴肅,在我們眼中網(wǎng)絡(luò)對孩子的不利影響如同“洪水猛獸”般可
怕,卻忽視了網(wǎng)絡(luò)對孩子成長有利的方面。在跟家長們交流時,每次
談到這個話題,家長們都一本正經(jīng)地說:“家里雖然有微機,但我從
來不讓孩子用,我真怕孩子上癮,耽誤了學習?!奔议L的顧慮不無道
理,我們經(jīng)常從新聞廣播中聽到類似:“某某,上網(wǎng)成癮,在網(wǎng)吧呆
了三天三夜”這樣的消息??墒?,我們忽視了一點:孩子要發(fā)展,他
是脫離不了社會的。作為有生命的個體,他們對新鮮事物充滿好奇,
勇于探索未知領(lǐng)域。一味的“堵”只會使他們更加好奇,這種好奇一
旦產(chǎn)生,就會想方設(shè)法自己解決。雖然他們自認為已經(jīng)很成熟了,但
畢竟因為年齡問題,判斷是非的能力很有限,才會發(fā)生了眾多我們意
想不到的悲劇。如果我們引導學生把新鮮事物看似“神秘的面紗”揭
開,把好奇轉(zhuǎn)為客觀分析,改“堵”為“疏”,主動權(quán)掌握在我們手
里,還用擔心會出現(xiàn)什么意外嗎?作為班主任,應(yīng)該明確“學校還是
學生邁向社會的中轉(zhuǎn)站”。認清這一點,才能保證我們的學生健康快
樂成長,才能保證我們的學生成長為對社會有用的人才。(Withthe

thistopic,ourheadteachercan'thelpbutlookserious.In
oureyes,theadverseeffectoftheInternetonchildrenisas
terribleasaz/floodmonster”,butweignoretheInternet.
Benefitsforthegrowthofchildren.Whencommunicatingwith
parents,everytimetheytalkedaboutthistopic,theparents
saidseriously:"Althoughthereisacomputerathome,Inever
letmychildrenuseit.I,mreallyafraidthatmychildrenwill
becomeaddictedanddelaylearning."Parentsarenotworried.
Unreasonable,weoftenhearnewslike:"Soandso,addictedto
theInternet,spentthreedaysandthreenightsinInternet
cafes"suchnews.However,wehaveoverlookedonepoint:ifa
childwantstodevelop,hecannotbeseparatedfromsociety.
Aslivingindividuals,theyarecuriousaboutnewthingsand
daretoexploreunknownareas.Blindly“blocking"willonly
makethemmorecurious.Oncethiskindofcuriosityarises,they
willfindwaystosolveitbythemselves.Althoughtheythink
theyarematureenough,afterall,becauseoftheirage,their
abilitytojudgerightandwrongisverylimited,andsomany
unexpectedtragedieshaveoccurred.Ifweguidestudentsto
uncovertheseemingly"veilofmystery"ofnewthings,turn
curiosityintoobjectiveanalysis,andchange"blocking"to
“sparse”,andtheinitiativeisinourhands,shouldwestill
worryaboutaccidents?Asaclassteacher,youshouldmakeit
clearthat"aschoolisstillatransitpointforstudentsto
movetowardsociety.Recognizingthispointcanensurethe
healthyandhappygrowthofourstudentsandthegrowthofour

社會對學生的誘惑越來越多,網(wǎng)絡(luò)、電視等媒體手段的迅速發(fā)展,潛
移默化的影響著孩子的身心,這種影響既有利,也有弊,這就為班級
管理工作的開展提供了新的研究課題。這使我想起我們學校教育常抓
不懈的一個老問題一一孩子上網(wǎng),一提起這個話題我們班主任不禁一
臉嚴肅,在我們眼中網(wǎng)絡(luò)對孩子的不利影響如同“洪水猛獸”般可
怕,卻忽視了網(wǎng)絡(luò)對孩子成長有利的方面。在跟家長們交流時,每次
談到這個話題,家長們都一本正經(jīng)地說:“家里雖然有微機,但我從
來不讓孩子用,我真怕孩子上癮,耽誤了學習?!奔议L的顧慮不無道
理,我們經(jīng)常從新聞廣播中聽到類似:“某某,上網(wǎng)成癮,在網(wǎng)吧呆
了三天三夜”這樣的消息??墒?,我們忽視了一點:孩子要發(fā)展,他
是脫離不了社會的。作為有生命的個體,他們對新鮮事物充滿好奇,
勇于探索未知領(lǐng)域。一味的“堵”只會使他們更加好奇,這種好奇一
旦產(chǎn)生,就會想方設(shè)法自己解決。雖然他們自認為已經(jīng)很成熟了,但
畢竟因為年齡問題,判斷是非的能力很有限,才會發(fā)生了眾多我們意
想不到的悲劇。如果我們引導學生把新鮮事物看似“神秘的面紗”揭
開,把好奇轉(zhuǎn)為客觀分析,改“堵”為“疏”,主動權(quán)掌握在我們手
里,還用擔心會出現(xiàn)什么意外嗎?作為班主任,應(yīng)該明確“學校還是
學生邁向社會的中轉(zhuǎn)站”。認清這一點,才能保證我們的學生健康快
樂成長,才能保證我們的學生成長為對社會有用的人才。(Withthe

influencehasbothadvantagesanddisadvantages.Thisprovides
anewresearchtopicforthedevelopmentofclassmanagement.
Thisremindsmeofanoldproblemthatourschooleducation
oftenpaysattentionto-childrengoonline.Whenwemention
thistopic,ourheadteachercan'thelpbutlookserious.In
oureyes,theadverseeffectoftheInternetonchildrenisas
terribleasa"floodmonster”,butweignoretheInternet.
Benefitsforthegrowthofchildren.Whencommunicatingwith
parents,everytimetheytalkedaboutthistopic,theparents
saidseriously:"Althoughthereisacomputerathome,Inever
letmychildrenuseit.I'mreallyafraidthatmychildrenwill
becomeaddictedanddelaylearning.Parentsarenotworried.
Unreasonable,weoftenhearnewslike:"Soandso,addictedto
theInternet,spentthreedaysandthreenightsinInternet
cafes“suchnews.However,wehaveoverlookedonepoint:ifa
childwantstodevelop,hecannotbeseparatedfromsociety.
Aslivingindividuals,theyarecuriousaboutnewthingsand
daretoexploreunknownareas.Blindly"blocking"willonly
makethemmorecurious.Oncethiskindofcuriosityarises,they
willfindwaystosolveitbythemselves.Althoughtheythink
theyarematureenough,afterall,becauseoftheirage,their
abilitytojudgerightandwrongisverylimited,andsomany
unexpectedtragedieshaveoccurred.Ifweguidestudentsto
uncovertheseemingly"veilofmystery"ofnewthings,turn
curiosityintoobjectiveanalysis,andchange"blocking"to
“sparse”,andtheinitiativeisinourhands,shouldwestill
worryaboutaccidents?Asaclassteacher,youshouldmakeit
clearthat"aschoolisstillatransitpointforstudentsto
movetowardsociety.Recognizingthispointcanensurethe
healthyandhappygrowthofourstudentsandthegrowthofour
studentsintotalentsusefultosociety.)

全國模范教師黃靜華老師在做報告時,她的一句話讓我記憶猶新:
“參加工作37年,我唯一感到幸福、快樂的事情不是獲得了多少榮
譽,得到了多少獎勵,而是我一直堅持做班主任,做了37年班主
任……”在我們大多數(shù)人將班主任工作當一件“苦差事”來完成時,
這位全國優(yōu)秀的老班主任用自己的身體力行告訴我們:做班主任是一
件快樂的事情??嗪蜆肥且环N心境,正如李鎮(zhèn)西老師《班主任的苦
與樂》中引用的明代學者章溢的一句話:“樂與苦,相為倚伏者也,
人知樂之為樂,而不知苦之為樂。”樂生樂,苦也可以生樂,就看你

要想做個快樂班主任,我認為首先應(yīng)該端正態(tài)度,“態(tài)度決定思路,
思路決定出路?!弊鳛榘嘀魅危覀兠鎸Φ慕逃龑ο笫且粋€個鮮活的
生命,他們來自不同的家庭,所以人生觀、價值觀不同,對同一問題
的看法不同;其次,作為獨立的個體,他們認識事物、接受事物的能
力也不同。對于班上幾十個孩子來說,存在很大的個體差異,這就要
求我們班主任,必須客觀、科學的來認識每一個學生,這是班主任獲

1、班主任要時刻牢記每個學生都是可教育的,都是可以教育好的。

面對紛繁的世界,現(xiàn)在的小學生已經(jīng)不再是聽話的“小綿羊”,他們
有開闊的眼界也有獨立的個性,他們似乎什么道理都懂卻又常常明知
故犯,所以,每天班主任都會有處理不完的“官司”。面對這種狀況,
班主任心態(tài)必須平和,要知道“人非草木,孰能無過。"更何況,我

對于調(diào)皮搗蛋的學生,我雖然一忍再忍,但有時也會忍無可忍,這時
就會圖一時痛快,將其叫來,劈頭蓋臉教訓一頓,這種簡單粗暴的教
育,其效果是可想而知的。一次作文練習,班上某個女生的肺腑之言,
如同一盆冷水澆醒了我,讓我對以往的粗暴行為深感慚愧。文章題目
是《老師,我想對您說》,孩子在文中是這樣寫的:“……老師,我
們一直很尊敬您,也很感激您,但您也有缺點,希望您能聽聽我想對
您說的悄悄話。老師,我最怕的人就是您。其實以前我并不怕您,
但是就在那一天您讓我改變了想法。那天,班上很多同學沒有完成作
業(yè),您很生氣,大發(fā)雷霆,我們嚇得趴在桌子上,一聲不敢吭。老師,
我覺得您即使再生氣,也不該發(fā)火,應(yīng)該想辦法讓這些同學既佩服您,
又不敢不完成作業(yè)。或許當時您心情不好,但也不該發(fā)脾氣,課下同
學們在一起議論時都說‘班主任真厲害,發(fā)起火來好嚇人。'他們雖
然這樣說,但不能保證下次能夠按時完成作業(yè)。所以,我覺得你應(yīng)該
注意方法,讓他們記住完不成作業(yè)后果是很嚴重的……”看完孩子的
作文,我認真反思了一下:教師不僅要傳播知識,傳播愛,還應(yīng)該做
傳播文明的使者,可我都做了些什么?正如孩子文中所寫,我這樣做
之后學生就能改掉完不成作業(yè)的壞習慣了嗎?答案當然是否定的,不
