為認真落實《關(guān)于開展“忠誠企業(yè)、感恩礦山”主題教育活動的實施

意見》(XXX黨發(fā)[XX]31號)文件精神,進一步增強職工的大局觀念

和團隊意識,凝聚人心,同心同德打贏第四季度安全生產(chǎn)戰(zhàn)役,XXX

嚴格按照本次活動四個階段活動安排表相關(guān)內(nèi)容積極開展工作,突出

完成了增強“八種意識”,實現(xiàn)“四個提升”任務(wù)目標,切實將虛工

實作,現(xiàn)將活動開展情況總結(jié)如下:(Inordertoconscientiously

進入宣傳發(fā)動階段之后,XXX及時召開“忠誠企業(yè)、感恩礦山”活動

專題動員會,集中學(xué)習(xí)了活動實施意見,制定實施辦法。讓職工認清

了我礦安全、生產(chǎn)、經(jīng)營任務(wù)相當(dāng)繁重的現(xiàn)實情況,引導(dǎo)職工要忠誠

企業(yè)、愛崗敬業(yè)、盡責(zé)奉獻,積極參與本次活動,共同開創(chuàng)共建和諧

企業(yè)、共享發(fā)展成果、共創(chuàng)美好生活的良好局面。同時,配合政治工

作部,及時在生產(chǎn)樓一樓電子屏做好“深入開展'忠誠企業(yè)、感恩礦

山’主題教育活動”、“忠誠企業(yè)、感恩礦山、愛崗盡責(zé)、敬業(yè)奉獻”

宣傳標語,將動員活動引向深入。(Afterenteringthepromotion

在學(xué)習(xí)討論階段,一是集中學(xué)習(xí)了《關(guān)于認真貫徹落實全省、全市安

全生產(chǎn)工作緊急視頻會議精神的通知》、《關(guān)于轉(zhuǎn)發(fā)集團公司的通知》、

《關(guān)于開展“決戰(zhàn)四季度保安全促生產(chǎn)”活動的實施意見》、《關(guān)于認

真貫徹落實XXX總經(jīng)理在10月份安全例會上的講話精神的通知》、《關(guān)

于做好XX年度冬季“四防”工作實施意見》、《關(guān)于轉(zhuǎn)發(fā)集團公司<

關(guān)于加強值帶班勞動紀律的通知〉的通知》、《十一月份礦長安全辦公

會會議紀要》、《十一月份安全工作意見》等文件精神,同時再次學(xué)習(xí)

了企業(yè)文化理念體系、職工行為準則和《礦區(qū)文明管理規(guī)定》等制度,

以上均做好學(xué)習(xí)記錄;二是積極參加企業(yè)文化建設(shè)報告會,觀看《金

牌班長》影片、開展《企業(yè)就是你的船》讀書活動,并認真撰寫讀書

心得;三是召開座談交流會,結(jié)合崗位職責(zé)、崗位標準,針對安全生

產(chǎn)組織管理、協(xié)調(diào)生產(chǎn)系統(tǒng)有序運行、實現(xiàn)煤質(zhì)發(fā)熱量達標、保障車

皮充足供應(yīng)等方面工作,每位同志指出了焦點難點問題、個人好的經(jīng)

驗做法及自我存在的不足,切實增強學(xué)習(xí)效果。通過學(xué)習(xí),調(diào)度指揮

中心全體職工思想素質(zhì)得到明顯提升,清醒認識到自身素質(zhì)與企業(yè)發(fā)

展總體目標要求還存在差距,下一步要正確處理好個人利益與企業(yè)利

益之間的關(guān)系,珍惜工作崗位,腳踏實地、埋頭苦干,自覺維護大局,

保持思想穩(wěn)定,與企業(yè)同心同德,同舟共濟迎接困難和挑戰(zhàn),在距年

底不到60天的時間里,全力以赴采取一切措施保證安全生產(chǎn)。(Inthe

在查擺問題階段,我部堅持實事求、“有則改之、無則加勉、務(wù)求提

高”的原則,努力找準問題。一是召開座談會,以“為什么要忠誠企

業(yè)、感恩礦山?”、“怎樣忠誠企業(yè)、感恩礦山”為主題,采取個人

查、大家?guī)偷姆绞?,充分發(fā)揚民主,主動查找問題,確保問題查的準、

摸的實。重點結(jié)合是否面對困難存在畏難情緒,是否對損害企業(yè)利益

的行為熟視無睹,是否存在脫離實際、急功近利,不講實話,不求實

效的情況,是否辦事拖拉,推諉扯皮,工作效率不高等問題組織員工

進行熱烈討論;二是根據(jù)各自的崗位職責(zé)做出“忠誠企業(yè)、盡職盡

責(zé)”的表態(tài)承諾;三是針對如何做好調(diào)度管理工作開展合理化建議活

動,把諫言獻策、建功立業(yè)引向縱深;四是單位負責(zé)人及每位同志都

寫出查擺材料,制定整改措施。(Inthestageofinvestigatingand

whetherthereisafearofdifficultiesinthefaceof

difficulties,whethertheyareblindtobehaviorsthatharmthe

interestsofthecompany,whetherthereisasituationthatis

divorcedfromreality,eagerforquicksuccessandshort-term

profit,doesnottellthetruth,doesnotseekpracticalresults,

whetheritisprocrastinating,prevarication,andlowwork

efficiency.OrganizeemployeesHavealivelydiscussion;the

secondistomakeastatementof"loyaltotheenterprise,due

diligence“accordingtotheirrespectivejobresponsibilities;

整改提升階段是本次活動的重中之重。我部結(jié)合查擺出的問題,采取

以下工作措施:一是以本次“忠誠企業(yè)、感恩礦山”活動為契機,加

強全部室職工的思想教育、四德教育,鼓勵大家大膽管理、干事創(chuàng)業(yè),

強化創(chuàng)新思維能力,要求主動適應(yīng)部室管理上、工作上的新工作方法,

努力保持良好的精神狀態(tài)和工作作風(fēng);二是狠抓工作落實,針對上級

各項政策文件和領(lǐng)導(dǎo)交辦事項、每天兩會(xx)提出的問題及工作安

排,及時貫徹傳達并設(shè)立專人跟蹤落實,堅持日事日畢、加強跟蹤調(diào)

度,形成閉合管理;三是建設(shè)“四化”(標準化、制度化、規(guī)范化、

常態(tài)化)煤礦調(diào)度管理工作方法,建立了各項調(diào)度工作標準,修訂完

善了《專項XXX管理制度》、《生產(chǎn)系統(tǒng)影響考核制度》、《礦車管理規(guī)

定》、《XX匯報制度》、《XXX協(xié)調(diào)會制度》等各項管理制度,并在下一

步工作中堅持常態(tài)化管理;四是充分利用好XX月度專題研討會、每

月5日、15日調(diào)度內(nèi)部學(xué)習(xí)日,邀請我礦各方面技術(shù)人員授課,并

結(jié)合安全生產(chǎn)中的熱點、難點問題展開討論研究,將安全生產(chǎn)理論知

識與生產(chǎn)實踐緊密結(jié)合,提升了煤礦調(diào)度整體水平;五是為提高工作

標準,提升工作效率,選樹出2名優(yōu)秀調(diào)度員,帶動全體調(diào)度工作者

在組織全礦生產(chǎn)、協(xié)調(diào)解決生產(chǎn)問題、突發(fā)事件處置、內(nèi)業(yè)資料記錄

等方面再上新臺階。(Therectificationandupgradingphaseisthe

Regulations","xxReportingSystem","xxxCoordination

CommitteeSystem”》Andothermanagementsystems,andadhere

tonormalizedmanagementinthenextstep;fourth,makefull

useofxxmonthlyseminars,scheduleinternallearningdayson

the5thand15thofeachmonth,invitetechnicalpersonnelfrom

allaspectsofourminetogivelectures,andCombiningthe

hotspotsanddifficultissuesinproductionsafetytoconduct

discussionandresearch,andcloselyintegratethetheoretical

knowledgeofproductionsafetywithproductionpractice,and

improvetheoveralllevelofcoalminedispatching.Fifth,in

ordertoimproveworkstandardsandimproveworkefficiency,

整改提升階段是本次活動的重中之重。我部結(jié)合查擺出的問題,采取

以下工作措施:一是以本次“忠誠企業(yè)、感恩礦山”活動為契機,加

強全部室職工的思想教育、四德教育,鼓勵大家大膽管理、干事創(chuàng)業(yè),

強化創(chuàng)新思維能力,要求主動適應(yīng)部室管理上、工作上的新工作方法,

努力保持良好的精神狀態(tài)和工作作風(fēng);二是狠抓工作落實,針對上級

各項政策文件和領(lǐng)導(dǎo)交辦事項、每天兩會(XX)提出的問題及工作安

排,及時貫徹傳達并設(shè)立專人跟蹤落實,堅持日事日畢、加強跟蹤調(diào)

度,形成閉合管理;三是建設(shè)“四化”(標準化、制度化、規(guī)范化、

常態(tài)化)煤礦調(diào)度管理工作方法,建立了各項調(diào)度工作標準,修訂完

善了《專項XXX管理制度》、《生產(chǎn)系統(tǒng)影響考核制度》、《礦車管理規(guī)

定》、《XX匯報制度》、《XXX協(xié)調(diào)會制度》等各項管理制度,并在下一

步工作中堅持常態(tài)化管理;四是充分利用好XX月度專題研討會、每

月5日、15日調(diào)度內(nèi)部學(xué)習(xí)日,邀請我礦各方面技術(shù)人員授課,并

結(jié)合安全生產(chǎn)中的熱點、難點問題展開討論研究,將安全生產(chǎn)理論知

識與生產(chǎn)實踐緊密結(jié)合,提升了煤礦調(diào)度整體水平;五是為提高工作

標準,提升工作效率,選樹出2名優(yōu)秀調(diào)度員,帶動全體調(diào)度工作者

在組織全礦生產(chǎn)、協(xié)調(diào)解決生產(chǎn)問題、突發(fā)事件處置、內(nèi)業(yè)資料記錄

作部,及時在生產(chǎn)樓一樓電子屏做好“深入開展'忠誠企業(yè)、感恩礦

《關(guān)于開展“決戰(zhàn)四季度保安全促生產(chǎn)”活動的實施意見》、《關(guān)于認

真貫徹落實XXX總經(jīng)理在10月份安全例會上的講話精神的通知》、《關(guān)

于做好XX年度冬季“四防”工作實施意見》、《關(guān)于轉(zhuǎn)發(fā)集團公司<

關(guān)于加強值帶班勞動紀律的通知〉的通知》、《十一月份礦長安全辦公

會會議紀要》、《十一月份安全工作意見》等文件精神,同時再次學(xué)習(xí)

了企業(yè)文化理念體系、職工行為準則和《礦區(qū)文明管理規(guī)定》等制度,

以上均做好學(xué)習(xí)記錄;二是積極參加企業(yè)文化建設(shè)報告會,觀看《金

牌班長》影片、開展《企業(yè)就是你的船》讀書活動,并認真撰寫讀書

心得;三是召開座談交流會,結(jié)合崗位職責(zé)、崗位標準,針對安全生

產(chǎn)組織管理、協(xié)調(diào)生產(chǎn)系統(tǒng)有序運行、實現(xiàn)煤質(zhì)發(fā)熱量達標、保障車

皮充足供應(yīng)等方面工作,每位同志指出了焦點難點問題、個人好的經(jīng)

驗做法及自我存在的不足,切實增強學(xué)習(xí)效果。通過學(xué)習(xí),調(diào)度指揮

中心全體職工思想素質(zhì)得到明顯提升,清醒認識到自身素質(zhì)與企業(yè)發(fā)

展總體目標要求還存在差距,下一步要正確處理好個人利益與企業(yè)利
