draftthattheotherwouldbuildon.Iwantedthebooktofbcusonpositivevices(不良習(xí)慣):

suchasmoderate(適度的)chocolate.However,mydadfeltthebookshouldinclude

chaptersdealingwiththingslikewalkingandspendingtimewithfamily.Ultimately>Isaw

i(hisway.Hesaidthebookwasaboutmore(hanjustgoodvices.Ilwasaboutencouraging

peopletoenjoylifeinhealthyways.

Writingthisbookwasareminder(hatourfamilymemberssharenotonlyourfaultsbut

alsoourstrengths.Mydadissmart,funny,criticalandcaring.Hehasastrongpassion

forthetruth.IhopeIsharethesegreatqualities.Forthisbook,heresearchedeachtopic

withanenthusiasmI'dneverseenfromhim,andheinsistedthatwcconstantlyquestionand

criticallyanalyzeeverypieceofinformation-evenourownconclusions.Hewas

determinedtocooperatewithmeonabook,notbecausehecouldn'twriteoneonhisown,

butbecausehebelievedthatwecouldcreatesomethingbettertogetherthanwecouldalone.

I'mnotsureifourcooperationledtobetterwriting,butI'msureitledtoabetterwriting

experience.Writingthisbookwasdifficult,sometimesmoredifficultthanpastprojects,but

itwasneverlonely.
