Square澳大利亞墨爾本聯(lián)邦廣場(chǎng)位于墨爾本商業(yè)區(qū)，是非常精美和樣式豐富的公共廣場(chǎng)。在整體規(guī)劃上，表層結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)成人造景觀，從而避免因預(yù)制件而帶來(lái)的單一和呆板。聯(lián)邦廣場(chǎng)建筑在12條還在運(yùn)行的鐵路在線，項(xiàng)目總投資達(dá)4億5千萬(wàn)，是澳大利亞所承建的最復(fù)雜、最龐大的項(xiàng)目之一。除了11棟主體建筑，廣場(chǎng)還包含一些開(kāi)放區(qū)域，廣場(chǎng)據(jù)說(shuō)可容納1萬(wàn)人，鋪設(shè)著西澳金伯利地區(qū)特有的鵝卵石，廣場(chǎng)的地面略高于街道的地平線，有一定的傾斜度，方便人們觀賞周圍的市容和雅拉河的景觀。聯(lián)邦廣場(chǎng)是游客來(lái)墨爾本不可錯(cuò)過(guò)的一站，而且常常被當(dāng)作第一站。聯(lián)邦廣場(chǎng)將中央商業(yè)地區(qū)與墨爾本中心的河流連接起來(lái)，融合藝術(shù)、活動(dòng)、消閑、觀光和露天場(chǎng)地各種功能。聯(lián)邦廣場(chǎng)是墨爾本新興的文化中心，體現(xiàn)了這座城市的自信、包容和國(guó)際水準(zhǔn)。Federation

Street丹德農(nóng)是墨爾本第二大的城市中心，也是澳大利亞最大的制造區(qū)之一。北廣場(chǎng)站旁的城市開(kāi)放中心城市街道項(xiàng)目，是丹德農(nóng)城市發(fā)展與轉(zhuǎn)換的重要步驟。設(shè)計(jì)師增強(qiáng)了場(chǎng)地的空間變化，并將公共藝術(shù)品融入到收放有致的街道空間。街道的特色是一條曲折的預(yù)混凝土＂彩虹帶＂穿越廣場(chǎng)與街道，形成各種活動(dòng)空間，有時(shí)變成特色鋪裝，有時(shí)變成路牙、矮墻或座椅。此外，在施工的過(guò)程中，局部的街道被打造為臨時(shí)的公園與綠廊花架，供人們使用。項(xiàng)目中融入了生態(tài)可持續(xù)設(shè)計(jì)措施，從材料的選者至施工方法都進(jìn)行考慮，并過(guò)濾收集雨水作為植被的灌溉，使用節(jié)能燈具以及＂生態(tài)＂腳手架。設(shè)計(jì)師通過(guò)當(dāng)前最先進(jìn)的計(jì)算機(jī)模擬系統(tǒng)來(lái)進(jìn)行各種測(cè)試。澳派工作室的互動(dòng)模擬測(cè)試推測(cè)出準(zhǔn)確的結(jié)果，其中包括建筑陰影模擬系統(tǒng)與廣場(chǎng)寬度模擬系統(tǒng)來(lái)研究人對(duì)空間的感受，從而更科學(xué)對(duì)打造更好的城市空間。DandenongisthesecondlargesturbancentreinMelbourneandoneofthelargestmanufacturingregionsinAustralia.CityStreet,andtheadjacentpublicopenspaceofStationNorthPlaza,are

Place漂浮在空中的鳥籠藝術(shù)品、光滑的鵝卵石街道、舒適的戶外餐飲空間、高品質(zhì)的花崗巖鋪地、閃耀的霓虹燈、沒(méi)有車輛干擾的步行街、雨水收集與利用系統(tǒng)，這一系列的措施將悉尼被人遺忘的空間變成為精彩的聚會(huì)場(chǎng)所。小巷的鋪裝用小塊精致的石材拼湊組成，營(yíng)造出豐富絢麗的視覺(jué)效果。小巷提供臨街小店面和可供租賃的小空間，進(jìn)一步促進(jìn)了豐富多樣的街道生活。小巷還設(shè)有一系列的閃爍的燈光，指引人們發(fā)現(xiàn)更多有趣的空間。小巷也成為舉辦各種慶典活動(dòng)比如悉尼節(jié)的開(kāi)幕晚會(huì)的場(chǎng)所，擁有AngelPlace演唱廳和皇家劇院兩個(gè)演出場(chǎng)所。120個(gè)鳥籠子懸掛在空中的壯觀場(chǎng)面出現(xiàn)在AngelPlace小巷中，這是著名的藝術(shù)節(jié)目“忘卻的歌曲”中的經(jīng)典場(chǎng)景。這項(xiàng)藝術(shù)作品是喬治巷改建項(xiàng)目的組成部分，由藝術(shù)家MichaelThomasHill、科學(xué)家RichardMajor、程序設(shè)計(jì)師DavidTowey

Design總平面圖Master

Plan該方案的設(shè)計(jì)來(lái)源于重慶當(dāng)?shù)鬲?dú)特的地形地貌以及濃郁美麗的本土植被。通過(guò)5個(gè)主要的節(jié)點(diǎn)來(lái)營(yíng)造一個(gè)功能豐富，活力熱鬧的商業(yè)入口與街道空間。主要節(jié)點(diǎn)包括：1.視線通透的門戶景觀2.樹(shù)林座椅區(qū)（保留原有街道的黃桷樹(shù)）3.大型慶典廣場(chǎng)4.城市綠島與休憩區(qū)5.南面綠化區(qū)域及臺(tái)階廣場(chǎng)設(shè)計(jì)旨在打造一個(gè)極具現(xiàn)代特色同時(shí)又保留，強(qiáng)調(diào)本土特色的商業(yè)空間。通過(guò)采用當(dāng)?shù)厥拇蛟彀珘?，種植池與擋墻，及在預(yù)制混凝土座椅上精心引入本土元素，吸收西郊醫(yī)院原有的混凝土座椅形式，加以創(chuàng)新來(lái)實(shí)現(xiàn)這一目標(biāo)。商業(yè)區(qū)外圍都有綠蔭，為場(chǎng)地提供一個(gè)綠色的外圍環(huán)境。本方案通過(guò)現(xiàn)代的設(shè)計(jì)語(yǔ)言，將歷史元素與現(xiàn)代都市風(fēng)貌相結(jié)合，營(yíng)造創(chuàng)新的功能空間。This

vegetation.

up

aims

to

provide

a

very

contemporarysetting

while

drawings

strong

on

the

localcharacter.

This

is

achieved

by

using

local

stone

forthe

lower

walls,

planters

and

retaining

edges

andsettling

carefully

on

top

of

these

pre-cast

concreteseatingelements.

Theformoftheseatingelementsis

inspired

by

the

existing

old

concrete

seat

on

theformer

hospital

site.

The

mall

corners

are

equallywrapped

in

free

form

planting

to

help

provide

abasetobelarge

massofthebuilding.Itisaweldingofoldandnew,
