出生1835年11月30日籍貫美國簡介1、馬克吐溫于1835年11月出生在美國一個貧窮的律師家庭，是一位世界知名的作家。2、馬克吐溫讀書少，12歲輟學(xué)，開始了獨立的勞動生活。在1851他當(dāng)排字工，之后做過水手、舵手、曠工，也參過軍。3.1839年秋舉家遷往密西西比為他創(chuàng)作《湯姆·索亞歷險記》、《哈克貝利芬歷險記》，找到了靈感。在做曠工期間，他開始致力于寫短篇小說。4.盡管馬克吐溫的著作給他帶來了巨大的財富，但他晚年卻負(fù)債累累，因為他投資不善。5.他于1910年70歲時去世。

MarkTwainBackgroundReading:HealwayswentinthedirectionofnearbyMississippi.Hewasnearlydrownedninetimes.Afterhisfather’sdeathin1847,MarkTwainbegantoworkasforapainter,whoonlyprovidehimwithfoodandclothing.Then,heworkedasaprinter,ariver-boatpilotandlaterjoinedthearmy.Butshortlyafterthathebecameaminer.Duringthisperiod,hestartedtowriteshortstories.Afterwardshebecomeafull-timewriter.HewrotemanybooksincludingTheAdventuresofTomSawyerin1876andtheAdventuresofHuckleberryFinnein1883,whichmadehimfamous,andbroughthimagreatfortune.
