本文件確立了移動(dòng)終端動(dòng)漫運(yùn)營(yíng)及服務(wù)的基本原則,規(guī)定了人員、服務(wù)保障、權(quán)益保障、服務(wù)內(nèi)

容、服務(wù)協(xié)議以及服務(wù)質(zhì)量評(píng)價(jià)與改進(jìn)的要求。

本文件適用于移動(dòng)終端動(dòng)漫運(yùn)營(yíng)商為各類用戶提供的動(dòng)漫運(yùn)營(yíng)和服務(wù)。

下列術(shù)語和定義適用于本文件。

3.1

移動(dòng)終端動(dòng)漫平臺(tái)mobileterminalanimationandcomicsplatform

動(dòng)漫類App、小程序、M站、H5站等全部移動(dòng)終端客戶端以及隨技術(shù)發(fā)展出現(xiàn)的新形態(tài)向用戶提

供的各項(xiàng)動(dòng)漫內(nèi)容或服務(wù)的載體。

注1:App是應(yīng)用程序(Application)的縮寫,指安裝在智能手機(jī)、平板電腦等移動(dòng)設(shè)備上的軟件程序。

注2:M站是指一種聚合動(dòng)畫、漫畫程序,集合動(dòng)漫、游戲等相關(guān)的彈幕音頻、視頻、二次元圖片等信息。

注3:H5站是HTML5技術(shù)開發(fā)網(wǎng)站的縮寫,它支持多媒體格式,具有跨平臺(tái)特性。

3.2

移動(dòng)終端動(dòng)漫產(chǎn)品mobileterminalanimationandcomicsproducts

授權(quán)人獨(dú)立創(chuàng)作的、通過移動(dòng)終端動(dòng)漫平臺(tái)上傳的原創(chuàng)動(dòng)漫內(nèi)容或二創(chuàng)類內(nèi)容,以及創(chuàng)作過程產(chǎn)生

的全部資料、素材。

注:包括但不限于每一部作品的標(biāo)題、故事大綱、腳本/臺(tái)詞、角色關(guān)系、人物形象、服飾造型、場(chǎng)景等。

3.3

移動(dòng)終端動(dòng)漫運(yùn)營(yíng)商mobileterminalanimationoperators

依托移動(dòng)互聯(lián)網(wǎng),以移動(dòng)終端為內(nèi)容呈現(xiàn)載體,進(jìn)行動(dòng)漫內(nèi)容運(yùn)營(yíng)的服務(wù)商。

3.4

移動(dòng)終端動(dòng)漫運(yùn)營(yíng)數(shù)據(jù)mobileterminalanimationandcomicsoperationdata

用戶、投稿人在使用移動(dòng)動(dòng)漫平臺(tái)服務(wù)中產(chǎn)生的相關(guān)信息。
