SCOPE范圍ThisSpecificationcoversthemanufacture,inspectiontestinganddeliveryoflinepipe.PipesuppliedunderthisSpecificationshallmeettherequirementsoftheAPISpecificationforLinePipe,Spec5L,FortyThirdEdition,(October2004)exceptwherethisSpecificationprovidesmorestringentrequirements.InthisspecificationshouldimplytheapplicationoftherequirementsasstatedinthesamesectionsofAPI5L,specification.ThenumberingofparagraphsinthisSpecificationcorrespondstoAPI5Lsectionsandparagraphnumbers.AdditionalclausesarenumberedsequentiallyasifpartoftherelevantsectionsinAPI5L.此標(biāo)準(zhǔn)包含管線鋼管的制造、檢測和發(fā)運。此標(biāo)準(zhǔn)下供應(yīng)的鋼管除了規(guī)定的更加嚴(yán)格的要求外,應(yīng)該滿足API5L標(biāo)準(zhǔn)對于管線鋼管5L,43版本的要求(2004年10月)。此標(biāo)準(zhǔn)應(yīng)該采用API5L標(biāo)準(zhǔn)中同樣章節(jié)中描述的要求。標(biāo)準(zhǔn)中編號的段落對應(yīng)API5L的章節(jié)和段落號。附加的條款如果是API5L標(biāo)準(zhǔn)中相關(guān)的章節(jié)的部分應(yīng)該連續(xù)編號。 ThefollowingdefinitionsshallapplywithinthisSpecification.以下定義應(yīng)用于本規(guī)范。"PURCHASER"shallmeanSiamEnergyCompanyLimited.“購買方”指SiamEnergyCompanyLimited(Siam能量有限公司)"SELLER"shallmeanthecompany,firmorindividual,includingemployees,agentsandotherauthorizedrepresentativesthereof,thathascontractedwiththePURCHASERforthemanufacture,supplyanddeliveryofthepipe.“賣方”指公司,工廠或個體,包括個人、雇員、代理或其他授權(quán)的代表,是已經(jīng)和“賣方”就鋼管生產(chǎn)、供應(yīng)和發(fā)運簽署合同的一方。API5LSUPPLEMENTARYREQUIREMENTSAPI5L補充要求ThefollowingsupplementaryrequirementsfromAppendixFapply:以下補充要求源于附件F:SR3ColorIdentification顏色判定SR5FractureToughnessTesting斷裂韌度檢測SR5BAbsorbedEnergy吸收功SR6DropWeightTearTesting落錘撕裂檢測AppendixB(part)AppendixKRepairofDefectsbyWelding焊縫缺陷修補EndLoadCompensationforHydrostaticTestPressuresinExcessof90%ofSpecifiedMinimumYieldStrength管端水壓負荷補償超過規(guī)定的屈服強度的90%SR15TestCertificatesandTraceabilityforLinePipe管線管的檢驗證書和追溯SR19AdditionalFractureToughnessRequirements其它的斷裂韌度要求PRODUCTSPECIFICATIONLEVEL(PSL)生產(chǎn)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)(PSL)PipesuppliedagainstthisspecificationshallmeetthestandardtechnicalrequirementsofPSL2.本規(guī)范中所涉及的管子應(yīng)符合PSL2技術(shù)要求標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。Grades鋼級MinimumGraderequirementforpipesuppliedinaccordancewiththisspecificationshallbeX70.符合本標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的供應(yīng)管的最低鋼級要求應(yīng)為X70UNITS單位UnlessotherwiseapprovedbythePURCHASER,alltechnicalinformationshallbepresentedinSIunits.ImperialunitsmaybegiveninparenthesesaftertheSIunit.除非購方特殊規(guī)定外,所有的技術(shù)信息均采取公制.英制可以在公制后的括弧內(nèi)出現(xiàn)APIMONOGRAMAPI徽標(biāo)SELLERSmanufacturingpipetothisspecificationshallbelicensedtousetheAPImonogram賣方必須具備使用API徽標(biāo)的許可NOTUSED非二手貨RIGHTOFREJECTION拒收權(quán)Wheremorethan50percentofthepipefromanyheat,coil,orlotisrejectedduetodefectsintheplate,skelp,tuberoundness,mechanicaltestfailures,orotherdeficiencies,thePURCHASERreservestherighttorejecttheentirepipeintheaffectedheat,coilorlot.鋼管的圓整度,機械測試失敗或者是其他缺陷達到任何中板的對應(yīng)的爐號,鋼卷,批號的50%以上,那么買家有權(quán)保留拒收QUALITYSYSTEM質(zhì)量體系TheSELLERshallimplementadocumentedqualitysystemacceptabletothePURCHASER.AnacceptablequalitystandardshallbeISO9002.Otherqualitystandardswillbeconsidered,pendingPURCHASERreviewandapproval.Anyamendments,changes,revisionsorothermodificationstotheacceptedqualitysystemshallbesubmittedforapprovalbythePURCHASERpriortomanufacture.賣方必須按照買方的質(zhì)量體系文件執(zhí)行,標(biāo)準(zhǔn)為IS09002最新版,其他的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)將由買方討論后提供。任何追加,改變,修正或其他的改動均有買方在生產(chǎn)過程中提供。1.8 CONFLICTOFINFORMATION信息沖突IntheeventofconflictofinformationthePURCHASERshallbecontactedforclarification.UnlessotherwiseagreedtobythePURCHASERthemorestringentrequirementsshallapply.如果有信息沖突應(yīng)向買方澄清,否則繼續(xù)按照應(yīng)該執(zhí)行的超嚴(yán)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)執(zhí)行。1.9 WELDABILITY焊接性ProofofWeldabilitytestsshallbeperformedinaccordancewiththerequirementsofAppendixNtothisspecification"InstructionsforthePerformanceofProofofWeldabilityTests".要根據(jù)附件N的“可焊接性試驗履行指導(dǎo)”進行。Weldabilitytestsshallbeconductedconcurrentlywithpipeproduction.ProductionproofofWeldabilitytestsshallbeperformedontheactualskelporplatetobeusedinpipemanufacture.可焊接性試驗必須知道整個鋼管的生產(chǎn)過程,運用到中板和鋼管用鋼管上面。2.0 PROCESSOFMANUFACTUREANDMATERIAL生產(chǎn)工藝與材料2.1 PROCESSOFMANUFACTURE生產(chǎn)工藝ThepipeshallbeDSAWdoublesubmergedarcweldedlongitudinalseamwithatleastonepassontheinsideandatleastonepassontheoutside.鋼管必須是雙面的DSAW埋弧焊接,有內(nèi)外兩條縱向焊縫。2.2 MATERIAL材料2.2.1 WeldMetalTests焊接金屬檢測CharpyV-notchimpacttestsforthedeterminationofabsorbedenergyshallbeconductedonsamplesfromlongitudinalweldsat10°Corlower.Samplesfromweldsandweldheat-affectedzonesshallbeselectedbySELLER.However,thePURCHASERreservestherighttoselectadditionalsamples.測定吸收能(沖擊功)的夏比V-型缺口沖擊試驗應(yīng)在10°C或更低的溫度下縱向于焊縫進行取樣.從焊縫與焊接熱影響區(qū)所取的試樣將由賣方進行選擇.但購方有選擇附加的試樣的權(quán)利.Thetestfrequencyforlongitudinalweldsshallbethesameasrequiredforweldtensiletests.Additionalsamplesshallbetakenintheeventofchangesinessentialorsupplementaryessentialvariablesoftheweldingprocedure,asdefinedintheASME,SectionIX(latestedition).LocationofsuchadditionalsamplesandretestingprocedureswillbedefinedbythePURCHASER.縱向焊縫檢測頻率應(yīng)與焊縫拉伸檢測要求的相同.如果在如ASME,IX卷(最新版)中定義的焊接工藝中有必要的變動或附加的基本變量發(fā)生,則將進行附加的試樣的抽取.此類附加取樣的位置與重新檢測步驟將由購方來制定Energyabsorptionrequirementsshallbeasspecifiedin3.3ofthisSpecification.吸收能要求應(yīng)按本規(guī)范的3.3來進行.3.2.2 OffsetOfPlateEdges管端錯邊Themaximumoffsetofplateedgesforallwallthicknessesatanylocationshallbethelesserof10percentoftheplatethicknessor3.0mm.所有壁厚任何位置的管端錯邊最大不得超過板厚10%或者3.0mm.4.4.2 Laminations分層Laminationsextendingintothefaceorbevelandhavingatransversedimensionexceeding6mm,oraccumulativelengthsofindicationsexceeding10mminany50mmofcircumference,shallbecutbackuntilallsuchlaminationsorinclusionsareremoved.延伸進表面或坡口的分層,如果橫向尺寸超過6mm,或者在任何50mm周長范圍內(nèi)累積長度超過10mm的應(yīng)修剪至所有此類的分層被去除4.4.3 Transverseweldtensiletestsshallincludedeterminationofelongation.Theminimumelongationshallbe10percent.橫向焊縫拉伸試驗應(yīng)包含延伸率的測定.最小延伸率應(yīng)為10%Theweldreinforcementshallnotberemovedwhenperformingtransverseweldtensiletests.執(zhí)行橫向焊縫拉伸試驗時,焊縫余高不得移除5.3 HYDROSTATICTESTS水壓試驗5.3.1 HydrostaticTestRequirements水壓試驗要求5.3.1.1 Thehydrostatictestpressureforallsizesofpipeshallbeheldfornotlessthan10seconds.Thetestmediumshallbefreshwater.對所有管子進行的水壓試驗不得超過10秒。測試媒介應(yīng)該是新鮮的水源。5.3.1.2 Testingshallstressthepipewallto95percentoftheSMYS.試驗將管子擠壓到管子厚度的95%SMYS。5.4 VISUALINSPECTION目測5.4.1 Visualinspectionshallincludebutnotbelimitedto:目測應(yīng)包含但不僅僅局限于以下的不分:(a)Theentireexternalsurface,byaninspectorwalkingthefulllengthofthepipe.檢驗人員應(yīng)對管子的整個外表面進行檢驗。(b)Theinternalsurfacebycrawlingthepipeorusinginspectionlamps,and通過在管內(nèi)爬行或使用燈管對管子的內(nèi)表面進行檢驗。(c)Thepipeends.對管段進行檢驗。5.4.2 Pipeshallbefreeofanymillcoating,looseinternalorexternalmillscale,oil,greaseorforeignmatter.Pipeshallbepresented,cleananddryforfinalinspectionbythePURCHASER.管子應(yīng)光潔,無涂層,內(nèi)外結(jié)垢,油污或其他物質(zhì),在買方進行最終檢驗前保持潔凈,干燥。5.4.3 Allvisibleslivers,scabs,bristles,orothersurfaceimperfectionsthatwouldresultinanunacceptableexternallyappliedcoatingshallberemovedbygrindinginaccordancewithClause5.5.3ofthisSpecification.所有表面裂縫,刮痕或其他瑕疵應(yīng)根據(jù)本標(biāo)準(zhǔn)第5.5.3的有關(guān)規(guī)定通過打磨去除。5.5 UltrasonicandElectromagneticInspection超聲波檢驗以及電磁探傷Allweldseamsshallbeexaminedexternallyfromeachsideoftheweldwithanautomaticultrasonicscanningdevicecapableofdisclosingunacceptablelongitudinalandtransversedefects.AcceptancelimitsshallbeasdefinedinTable21ofAPI5L.用一種能夠檢驗出橫向和縱向缺陷的超聲波自動掃描設(shè)備從外部對管子的所有焊縫進行檢測。驗收尺度應(yīng)參照API5L的表215.5.2.1 Equipment設(shè)備5.5.2.1.1 Ultrasonicequipmentshallbecheckedforcalibrationandinspectionsensitivitywiththeapplicablereferencestandardatleasttwicepershift.Ifthesignalobtainedfromthecalibrationreflectorusedtoestablishtheacceptancelimitismorethan4dBlowerthantheacceptancelimit,allpipeinspectedafterthelastprecedingacceptablecalibrationshallbere-inspectedafterrecalibrationhasbeenaccomplished.對超聲波檢驗設(shè)備的精準(zhǔn)度及靈敏度的調(diào)整,每班應(yīng)至少進行兩次。假如用于作為驗收的校準(zhǔn)信號輸出的結(jié)果高出4分貝低于驗收尺度,校準(zhǔn)后,應(yīng)對所有的管子進行重現(xiàn)檢驗。5.5.2.1.2 Ifanyfactorsotherthanthesensitivityhavechangedwhichmayhaveresultedinaninadequateultrasonicinspection,theequipmentshallberecalibratedandtheaffectedpipere-inspected.假如除靈敏度意外的其他因素改變,可能導(dǎo)致超聲波檢驗不合格,需對設(shè)備重新進行校準(zhǔn),對受測管子重新進行檢驗。5.5.2.1.3 Themeasuredfluxdensityfromanyresidualmagnetisationshallnotexceed5.0mT.任何磁化殘留物的通化面度不得超過5mT。5.5.2.2 WeldRepair補焊ThemethodofinspectionofweldrepairstotheweldseamofSAWpipeshallbesubjecttoPURCHASERreviewandapproval.螺旋管焊縫的補焊安排應(yīng)得到買方的審核和同意。5.5.3 DispositionofDefects缺陷的處理Defectsshallberemovedbygrindingprovidedtheminimumremainingwallthicknessaftergrindingisnotlessthan95percentofthespecifiedwallthickness.假如打磨后的最小壁厚值小于規(guī)定壁厚的95%,應(yīng)去除缺陷。5.5.3.1 ThepipeSELLERshallberesponsibleforthesurfacequalityofthepipeproduced.Inadditiontotherequirementsabove,anydefectsdiscoveredduringfinalinspectionshallberemovedtothesatisfactionofthePURCHASER'sinspectorbeforethepipeisshipped.賣方應(yīng)對自己所生產(chǎn)的管子的表面質(zhì)量負責(zé)。除以上要求外,在最終檢驗過程中發(fā)現(xiàn)的任何瑕疵都應(yīng)進行處理,并得到買方檢驗人員的同意后方可出運。5.5.3.2 If,intheopinionofthePURCHASER'sinspector,thesurfaceofthepipeisnotsuitablefortheapplicationofcoatingduetopoorsurfacequality,additionalcostsincurredforpreparationofthepipesurfaceforcoatingshallbetheresponsibilityoftheSELLER,orthepipeshallberejected.假如買方的檢驗人員認(rèn)為管子的表面質(zhì)量太差,不適合進行后期的防腐處理,則由此產(chǎn)生的所有額外費用由賣方承擔(dān);假如對缺陷不進行處理,管子將被拒收。5.5.4 PipeEnds管端Allpipesshallbeinspectedforlaminationsextendingintothepipeendbyultrasonic,magneticparticleorliquidpenetranttechnique.使用超聲波磁離子或液態(tài)滲透技術(shù)對所有管子的迭片結(jié)構(gòu)進行檢驗6.0 Marking噴標(biāo)6.1 GENERAL概述Allmarkingsshallbemadeusingpermanentpaint.所有的噴標(biāo)應(yīng)使用永久性涂料。6.2
