1總則
1.0.1為統(tǒng)一市域鐵路設(shè)計(jì)標(biāo)準(zhǔn),使市域鐵路設(shè)計(jì)符合安全可靠、技
術(shù)先進(jìn)、經(jīng)濟(jì)適用、節(jié)能環(huán)保等要求,制定本標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。
1.0.2本標(biāo)準(zhǔn)適用于新建設(shè)計(jì)速度為140km/h~160km/h,采用交流電
力牽引的市域鐵路車輛的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)軌距市域鐵路。
1.0.3市域鐵路設(shè)計(jì)除應(yīng)符合本標(biāo)準(zhǔn)外,尚應(yīng)符合國(guó)家、行業(yè)和本市
現(xiàn)行有關(guān)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的規(guī)定。

2.1術(shù)語(yǔ)
2.1.1市域鐵路suburbanrailway
是實(shí)現(xiàn)中心城與新城、新市鎮(zhèn)組團(tuán)之間的快速度、公交化、通勤
化、大運(yùn)量的軌道交通系統(tǒng)。
2.1.2總體設(shè)計(jì)generaldesign
指完成工程建設(shè)項(xiàng)目的總體目標(biāo)和實(shí)現(xiàn)目標(biāo)的技術(shù)路徑的設(shè)計(jì)過
程,包含合理選定主要技術(shù)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)、線路選線和建設(shè)方案,明確系統(tǒng)構(gòu)
成并選定系統(tǒng)集成方案,明確工期、投資和其他控制目標(biāo)以及系統(tǒng)可
靠性與內(nèi)部控制設(shè)計(jì)等工作內(nèi)容。
2.1.3車輛限界kinematicgauge
計(jì)算車輛(不論是空車或重車)在平直的軌道上按規(guī)定速度運(yùn)行,
計(jì)及了規(guī)定的車輛和軌道的公差值、磨耗量、彈性變形量,以及車輛
的振動(dòng)等正常狀態(tài)下運(yùn)行的各種限定因素而產(chǎn)生的車輛各部位橫向和
豎向動(dòng)態(tài)偏移后形成的動(dòng)態(tài)包絡(luò)線,并以標(biāo)準(zhǔn)坐標(biāo)系表示的界線。
2.1.4設(shè)備限界equipmentgauge
基準(zhǔn)坐標(biāo)系中在車輛限界外加未計(jì)及因素和安全距離(包括一系
或二系懸掛故障狀態(tài))的界線。設(shè)備限界外安裝的任何設(shè)備(有效站
臺(tái)長(zhǎng)度內(nèi)及接觸網(wǎng)設(shè)備帶電部分除外),包括安裝誤差值和柔性變形量
在內(nèi),均不得向內(nèi)侵入的界線。
2.1.5建筑限界structuregauge
位于設(shè)備限界外考慮了沿線設(shè)備安裝后的最小有效界線。
2.1.6動(dòng)態(tài)試驗(yàn)線MUrunningtesttrack
供動(dòng)車組檢修后進(jìn)行動(dòng)態(tài)性能試驗(yàn)的專用線路。
2.1.7工后沉降settlementaftercivilwork
鋪軌工程完成以后,基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施產(chǎn)生的沉降量。
2.1.8鐵路數(shù)字移動(dòng)通信系統(tǒng)GSMforrailway(GSM-R)

基于GSM制式的承載鐵路語(yǔ)音和數(shù)據(jù)等業(yè)務(wù)及機(jī)車數(shù)據(jù)傳送業(yè)
務(wù)的綜合數(shù)字移動(dòng)通信系統(tǒng)。
2.1.9中國(guó)列車運(yùn)行控制系統(tǒng)chinesetraincontrolsystem(CTCS)
保證列車安全運(yùn)行,并以分級(jí)形式滿足不同線路運(yùn)輸需求的列車
控制系統(tǒng)的總稱。
2.1.10列車自動(dòng)運(yùn)行automatictrainoperation(ATO)
自動(dòng)實(shí)行列車加速、調(diào)速、停車和車門開閉、提示等控制技術(shù)的
總稱。
2.1.11列車自動(dòng)防護(hù)automatictrainprotection(ATP)
自動(dòng)實(shí)現(xiàn)列車運(yùn)行間隔、超速防護(hù)、進(jìn)路安全和車門等監(jiān)控技術(shù)
的總稱。
2.1.12站臺(tái)門platformedgedoor
安裝在車站站臺(tái),將行車的軌道區(qū)與站臺(tái)的候車區(qū)隔開,設(shè)有與
列車門相對(duì)應(yīng)、可多級(jí)控制開啟與關(guān)閉滑動(dòng)門的連續(xù)屏障。
2.1.13防淹門floodgate
防止洪水涌入地下車站與區(qū)間隧道的密閉設(shè)施。
2.1.14調(diào)度中心dispatchingcenter
是信息的集散地和交換樞紐,對(duì)全線和全網(wǎng)列車運(yùn)行、電力供應(yīng)、
車站設(shè)備、防災(zāi)報(bào)警和乘客票務(wù)等實(shí)行管理和調(diào)度指揮的中心。

3總體設(shè)計(jì)
3.1一般規(guī)定
3.1.1市域鐵路設(shè)計(jì)應(yīng)符合國(guó)土空間規(guī)劃、綜合交通規(guī)劃、網(wǎng)絡(luò)規(guī)劃
及建設(shè)規(guī)劃,以總體設(shè)計(jì)統(tǒng)籌專業(yè)設(shè)計(jì),科學(xué)合理地實(shí)現(xiàn)規(guī)劃意圖。
3.1.2市域鐵路總體設(shè)計(jì)應(yīng)準(zhǔn)確把握項(xiàng)目功能定位,充分研究項(xiàng)目客
流需求,合理選定主要技術(shù)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)、線路走向和建設(shè)方案,并明確建設(shè)
工期、投資和其他控制目標(biāo)。
3.1.3市域鐵路設(shè)計(jì)年度分為初、近、遠(yuǎn)三期。初期為建成通車后第
三年,近期為建成通車后第十年,遠(yuǎn)期為建成通車后第二十五年。
基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施及不易改、擴(kuò)建的建筑物和設(shè)備,應(yīng)按遠(yuǎn)期或控制期客
流量和運(yùn)輸性質(zhì)設(shè)計(jì)。
易改、擴(kuò)建的建筑物和設(shè)備,宜按近期客流量和運(yùn)輸性質(zhì)設(shè)計(jì),
并預(yù)留遠(yuǎn)期發(fā)展條件。
隨運(yùn)輸需求變化而增減的市域鐵路車輛及其他運(yùn)營(yíng)設(shè)備數(shù)量可按
初期客流量進(jìn)行設(shè)計(jì)。
3.1.4市域鐵路站站停列車平均旅行速度不宜低于60km/h。
3.1.5車站分布應(yīng)根據(jù)城市總體規(guī)劃、新城和城鎮(zhèn)組團(tuán)分布、客運(yùn)量、
運(yùn)輸組織、設(shè)計(jì)輸送能力及養(yǎng)護(hù)維修、救援等技術(shù)作業(yè)要求,結(jié)合工
程條件等因素綜合研究確定,同時(shí)車站分布應(yīng)考慮區(qū)間通過能力的均
衡
