前言
根據(jù)北京市市場(chǎng)監(jiān)督管理局《關(guān)于印發(fā)2023年北京市地方標(biāo)準(zhǔn)制定項(xiàng)目計(jì)劃》(京市監(jiān)發(fā)〔2023〕4號(hào))的
要求,規(guī)程編制組經(jīng)廣泛調(diào)查研究,認(rèn)真總結(jié)實(shí)踐經(jīng)驗(yàn),參考國(guó)內(nèi)相關(guān)標(biāo)準(zhǔn),并在廣泛征求意見(jiàn)的基礎(chǔ)上,制定
本規(guī)程。
本規(guī)程的主要技術(shù)內(nèi)容是:1總則;2術(shù)語(yǔ);3基本規(guī)定;4外觀質(zhì)量檢測(cè);5粘結(jié)強(qiáng)度和粘結(jié)面積比檢測(cè);
6系統(tǒng)構(gòu)造和保溫層厚度檢測(cè);7空鼓和滲漏檢測(cè);8錨栓抗拉承載力和分布檢測(cè);9檢驗(yàn)。
本規(guī)程由北京市住房和城鄉(xiāng)建設(shè)委員會(huì)和北京市市場(chǎng)監(jiān)督管理局共同管理,北京市住房和城鄉(xiāng)建設(shè)委員會(huì)歸

1總則
1.0.1為規(guī)范建筑外墻外保溫工程的檢驗(yàn)檢測(cè)工作,保證檢驗(yàn)檢測(cè)的科學(xué)性,做到技術(shù)先進(jìn)、安全可靠、低碳環(huán)
保、經(jīng)濟(jì)合理,制定本規(guī)程。
1.0.2本規(guī)程適用于北京市行政區(qū)域內(nèi)新建外墻外保溫工程、既有外墻外保溫改造工程和既有外墻外保溫工程的
現(xiàn)場(chǎng)檢驗(yàn)檢測(cè)。
1.0.3建筑外墻外保溫工程檢驗(yàn)檢測(cè)除應(yīng)符合本規(guī)程外,尚應(yīng)符合國(guó)家和北京市現(xiàn)行有關(guān)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的規(guī)定。

2術(shù)語(yǔ)
2.0.1外墻外保溫系統(tǒng)externalthermalinsulationcompositesystem
由保溫層、防護(hù)層和固定材料(粘結(jié)材料、錨栓)構(gòu)成,并固定在外墻外表面的非承重保溫構(gòu)造的總稱,簡(jiǎn)
稱外保溫系統(tǒng)。
2.0.2外墻外保溫工程engineeringofexternalthermalinsulation
通過(guò)施工或安裝,將外保溫系統(tǒng)固定在外墻外表面上所形成的建筑構(gòu)造實(shí)體,簡(jiǎn)稱外保溫工程。
2.0.3紅外熱像法infraredthermography
采用紅外熱成像裝置將外保溫系統(tǒng)表面的溫度分布拍攝成可視圖像,通過(guò)分析識(shí)別外保溫系統(tǒng)的熱工缺陷、
空鼓、滲漏的檢測(cè)方法。
2.0.4高頻雷達(dá)探測(cè)法high-frequencyradardetectionmethod
基于電磁波反射原理,采用7GHz~8GHz的超高頻雷達(dá)對(duì)外保溫系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行斷層掃描,獲得粘結(jié)砂漿分布、粘
結(jié)面積及識(shí)別和定位外保溫系統(tǒng)內(nèi)部缺陷的檢測(cè)方法。

3基本規(guī)定
3.0.1當(dāng)外保溫工程出現(xiàn)下列情況時(shí),可按本規(guī)程規(guī)定進(jìn)行檢驗(yàn)檢測(cè):
l對(duì)新建、既有外保溫工程質(zhì)量有質(zhì)疑;
2外保溫工程出現(xiàn)開(kāi)裂、空鼓、脫落和滲漏;
3外保溫工程修繕;
4遭受地震、大風(fēng)、嚴(yán)重撞擊、自然災(zāi)害等侵害;
5其他需要。
3.0.2外保溫工程的檢驗(yàn)檢測(cè),應(yīng)按下列程序進(jìn)行:
1進(jìn)行初始調(diào)查、現(xiàn)場(chǎng)查勘和資料搜集;
2制訂檢驗(yàn)檢測(cè)方案并經(jīng)有關(guān)各方確認(rèn);
3開(kāi)展現(xiàn)場(chǎng)檢測(cè);
4檢測(cè)數(shù)據(jù)處理及分析,并給出檢測(cè)結(jié)果(必要時(shí)可返場(chǎng)復(fù)測(cè));
5檢測(cè)結(jié)果分析;
6出具檢驗(yàn)檢測(cè)報(bào)告。
3.0.3外保溫工程的檢驗(yàn)檢測(cè)報(bào)告應(yīng)包括但不限于下列內(nèi)容:
1工程概況;
2檢測(cè)目的、范圍和內(nèi)容;
3檢測(cè)依據(jù),包括相關(guān)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)、規(guī)范及委托方提供的資料;
4檢測(cè)儀器設(shè)備;
5抽樣情況、測(cè)點(diǎn)的布置;
6檢測(cè)區(qū)域和內(nèi)容;
7檢測(cè)數(shù)據(jù)及結(jié)果;
8檢驗(yàn)結(jié)論。
3.0.4因外保溫工程破損檢測(cè)造成局部損壞時(shí),應(yīng)及時(shí)采用保溫性能類似的材料進(jìn)行修補(bǔ)。
3.0.5外保溫工程的檢驗(yàn)檢測(cè),應(yīng)符合現(xiàn)行行業(yè)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)《建筑施工高處作業(yè)安全技術(shù)規(guī)范》JGJ80的規(guī)定。

4外觀質(zhì)量檢測(cè)
4.1一般規(guī)定
4.1.1外保溫工程的外觀質(zhì)量檢測(cè)應(yīng)根據(jù)檢測(cè)目的及委托方要求,進(jìn)行全數(shù)或者針對(duì)某塊區(qū)域、某類質(zhì)量問(wèn)題檢
測(cè)。
4.1.2外保溫工程的外觀質(zhì)量檢測(cè)宜包括以下內(nèi)容:
1外墻面的裂縫、防護(hù)層空鼓、滲水、面層粉化掉色、起皮和泛堿情況;
2飾面層為飾面磚時(shí),飾面磚的脫落情況;
3陰陽(yáng)角、門窗洞口、女兒墻、空調(diào)板、檐口、變形縫、分格縫等節(jié)點(diǎn)的變形、脫層、開(kāi)裂情況;
4設(shè)計(jì)有托架時(shí),托架處的外保溫工程的缺陷情況;
5設(shè)計(jì)有防火隔離帶時(shí),防火隔離帶部位的開(kāi)裂、空鼓、變形及脫落情況;
6設(shè)計(jì)有穿過(guò)外保溫工程安裝的設(shè)備、穿墻管線時(shí),穿過(guò)處的保溫工程冷橋處理情況。
4.2儀器設(shè)備
4.2.1可見(jiàn)光圖像成像儀像素不應(yīng)小于1億,最小分辨率不應(yīng)大于0.1mm。
4.2.2非接觸式影像綜合分析儀最小分辨率不應(yīng)大于0.1mm,測(cè)量精度不應(yīng)大于0.02mm,且應(yīng)有分析標(biāo)定功能。
4.2.3地面三維激光掃描儀測(cè)距精度不應(yīng)超過(guò)±5mm。
4.2.4鋼卷尺分度值為1mm。
4.2.5紅外熱像儀應(yīng)符合本規(guī)程第7.2.1條的規(guī)定。
4.2.6輔助設(shè)備包括敲擊錘、望遠(yuǎn)鏡、高空升降車、吊籃、爬墻機(jī)器人等。
4.3檢測(cè)方法
4.3.1外觀質(zhì)量可采用目測(cè)或儀器檢測(cè)。目測(cè)時(shí)被檢部位應(yīng)在清晰可視范圍內(nèi)。
4.3.2檢測(cè)距離較遠(yuǎn)、高度較高區(qū)域時(shí),可使用望遠(yuǎn)鏡、高空升降車、吊籃、爬墻機(jī)器人等設(shè)備。
4.3.3外觀質(zhì)量的檢測(cè)方法應(yīng)符合表4.3.3的規(guī)定。

4.4檢測(cè)結(jié)果
4.4.1應(yīng)詳細(xì)記錄外觀質(zhì)量的檢測(cè)結(jié)果,并保存相應(yīng)的照片或影像資料,采用自動(dòng)采集設(shè)備檢測(cè)時(shí),還應(yīng)保存電
子數(shù)據(jù)文件資料。
4.4.2外觀質(zhì)量檢測(cè)結(jié)果的表述要求按表4.4.2的規(guī)定。

5粘結(jié)強(qiáng)度和粘結(jié)面積比檢測(cè)
5.1一般規(guī)定
5.1.1粘結(jié)強(qiáng)度檢驗(yàn)批劃分應(yīng)符合下列規(guī)定:
1采用相同材料、工藝和施工做法的墻面,按扣除門窗洞口后的外保溫墻面面積劃分檢驗(yàn)批;
2新建外保溫工程檢驗(yàn)批也可根據(jù)與施工流程相一致且方便施工與驗(yàn)收原則,由施工單位與監(jiān)理單位或建設(shè)
單位協(xié)商確定。
5.1.2飾面磚粘結(jié)強(qiáng)度的抽樣數(shù)量及測(cè)點(diǎn)分布應(yīng)符合下列規(guī)定:
1以每500m2同類基體飾面磚外保溫工程為一個(gè)檢驗(yàn)批,不足500m2亦按一批計(jì);
2一個(gè)檢驗(yàn)批測(cè)點(diǎn)數(shù)不應(yīng)少于一組3個(gè);
3測(cè)點(diǎn)應(yīng)隨機(jī)抽取,間距不應(yīng)小于500mm,每連續(xù)三個(gè)樓層不應(yīng)少于一組測(cè)點(diǎn)。
5.1.3新建外保溫工程基層與粘結(jié)劑間粘結(jié)強(qiáng)度的抽樣數(shù)量及測(cè)點(diǎn)分布應(yīng)符合下列規(guī)定:
1每種類型的基層墻體為一個(gè)檢驗(yàn)批,每批取5個(gè)測(cè)點(diǎn);
2測(cè)點(diǎn)的選取應(yīng)有代表性。
5.1.4保溫板與粘結(jié)劑間粘結(jié)強(qiáng)度的抽樣數(shù)量及測(cè)點(diǎn)分布應(yīng)符合下列規(guī)定:
1以每1000m2同類保溫系統(tǒng)為一個(gè)檢驗(yàn)批,不足1000m2亦按一批計(jì);
2一個(gè)檢驗(yàn)批測(cè)點(diǎn)數(shù)不應(yīng)少于一組3個(gè);
3測(cè)點(diǎn)應(yīng)隨機(jī)抽取,間距不應(yīng)小于1m,每連續(xù)三個(gè)樓層不應(yīng)少于一組測(cè)點(diǎn)。
5.1.5粘結(jié)面積比檢測(cè)的取樣部位、數(shù)量及面積(尺寸),應(yīng)符合下列規(guī)定:
1以每1000m2同類保溫系統(tǒng)為一個(gè)檢驗(yàn)批,不足1000m2亦按一批計(jì);
2一個(gè)檢驗(yàn)批試樣數(shù)不應(yīng)少于一組3個(gè),每個(gè)試樣面積不少于1m2;
3取樣部位應(yīng)隨機(jī)確定,宜兼顧不同朝向和樓層,在下、中、上三個(gè)層面上分別選取,上部試樣上邊緣距外
保溫墻體頂邊不少于300mm,下部試樣下邊緣距外保溫墻體底邊不少于200mm,不得在外墻施工前預(yù)先確定。
5.2儀器設(shè)備
5.2.1粘結(jié)強(qiáng)度檢測(cè)儀應(yīng)符合現(xiàn)行行業(yè)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)《數(shù)顯式粘結(jié)強(qiáng)度檢測(cè)儀》JG/T507的規(guī)定。
5.2.2鋼直尺、鋼卷尺的分度值應(yīng)為lmm。
5.2.3飾面磚粘結(jié)強(qiáng)度檢測(cè)用標(biāo)準(zhǔn)塊尺寸為95mm×45mm×(6~8)mm或40mm×40mm×(6~8)mm,基層與
粘結(jié)劑間粘結(jié)強(qiáng)度檢測(cè)用標(biāo)準(zhǔn)塊尺寸為40mm×40mm×(6~8)mm,標(biāo)準(zhǔn)塊材質(zhì)應(yīng)為45號(hào)鋼或鉻鋼。
5.2.4輔助工具及材料包括:
1手持切割機(jī);
2粘結(jié)劑,拉伸粘結(jié)強(qiáng)度宜大于3.0MPa;
3膠帶;
4粘結(jié)面積檢測(cè)板;
5照相設(shè)備。
5.2.5高頻雷達(dá)掃描儀中心頻率應(yīng)為7GHz~8GHz,波速誤差不應(yīng)大于±5%,厚度測(cè)量誤差不應(yīng)大于±10.0mm。
5.3檢測(cè)方法
I粘結(jié)強(qiáng)度檢測(cè)
5.3.1粘結(jié)強(qiáng)度檢測(cè)除應(yīng)符合現(xiàn)行行業(yè)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)《建筑工程飾面磚粘結(jié)強(qiáng)度檢驗(yàn)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)》JGJ/T110、《外墻外保溫工程
技術(shù)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)》JGJ144和現(xiàn)行北京市地方標(biāo)準(zhǔn)《民用建筑節(jié)能現(xiàn)場(chǎng)檢驗(yàn)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)》DB11/T555的要求外,尚應(yīng)符合本節(jié)
要求。

5.3.2標(biāo)準(zhǔn)塊的粘貼應(yīng)符合下列規(guī)定:
1打磨拉拔區(qū)域表面,除去表面浮塵并保持干燥;
2使用粘結(jié)劑將標(biāo)準(zhǔn)塊粘貼于外保溫相應(yīng)面層上;
3標(biāo)準(zhǔn)塊粘貼失敗時(shí),可在相鄰位置重新按原流程打磨、清潔并粘貼。
5.3.3切割應(yīng)符合下列規(guī)定:
1采用手動(dòng)切割機(jī)沿粘貼標(biāo)準(zhǔn)塊的邊緣切割;
2檢測(cè)飾面磚粘結(jié)強(qiáng)度時(shí),從面磚表面切割至加強(qiáng)抹面層表面;
3檢測(cè)保溫板與基層粘結(jié)強(qiáng)度時(shí),斷縫應(yīng)從保溫板材表面切割至基層墻體。
5.3.4粘結(jié)強(qiáng)度檢測(cè)儀安裝應(yīng)符合圖5.3.4規(guī)定,檢測(cè)步驟應(yīng)符合下列規(guī)定:
1將粘結(jié)強(qiáng)度檢測(cè)儀安裝至切割處理好的待檢區(qū)域,并用萬(wàn)向接頭連接標(biāo)準(zhǔn)塊;
2應(yīng)安裝專用穿心千斤頂,使拉力桿通過(guò)穿心千斤頂中心并與標(biāo)準(zhǔn)塊垂直;
3調(diào)整千斤頂活塞,擰緊拉力桿螺母,將儀器調(diào)零;
4采用手搖或電動(dòng)加載均應(yīng)勻速加力,基層與粘結(jié)劑間粘結(jié)強(qiáng)度、保溫板與粘結(jié)劑間粘結(jié)強(qiáng)度的檢測(cè)時(shí)拉
