provementandthewageguidelineissuedbythelocalgovernment,andtheadjustmentplanshallbenotifiedtoPartyBinadvance.4.3加班工資(OvertimePay)甲方安排乙方延長工作時間的，按不低于乙方小時工資標準的百分之一百五十支付工資；休息日安排乙方工作又不能安排補休的，按不低于乙方小時工資標準的百分之二百支付工資；法定休假日安排乙方工作的，按不低于乙方小時工資標準的百分之三百支付工資。第五條社會保險和福利待遇(Article5:SocialInsuranceandWelfareBenefits)5.1社會保險(SocialInsurance)甲乙雙方必須依法參加社會保險（包括養(yǎng)老保險、醫(yī)療保險、失業(yè)保險、工傷保險、生育保險），甲方應按國家和地方政府規(guī)定的標準為乙方繳納社會保險費，乙方個人應繳納的部分由甲方從其工資中代扣代繳。Bothpartiesmustparticipateinsocialinsuranceinaccordancewiththelaw(includingendowmentinsurance,medicalinsurance,unemploymentinsurance,work-relatedinjuryinsurance,andmaternityinsurance).PartyAshallpaysocialinsurancepremiumsforPartyBinaccordancewiththestandardsstipulatedbythestateandlocalgovernments,andthepartthatPartyBshouldpaypersonallyshallbewithheldandremittedbyPartyAfromhiswages.5.2福利待遇(WelfareBenefits)乙方在合同期內，享受甲方依法制定的各項福利待遇，如[]（例如：體檢、節(jié)日福利、團建活動等，根據實際情況填寫或刪除）。具體辦法按照甲方相關規(guī)章制度執(zhí)行。DuringthetermoftheContract,PartyBshallenjoyvariouswelfarebenefitsformulatedbyPartyAinaccordancewithlaw,suchas[](e.g.,physicalexamination,holidaybenefits,teambuildingactivities,etc.,fillinordeleteaccordingtoactualsituation).SpecificmeasuresshallbeimplementedinaccordancewithPartyA'srelevantrulesandregulations.第六條勞動保護、勞動條件和職業(yè)危害防護(Article6:LaborProtection,WorkingConditionsandOccupationalHazardProtection)甲方必須建立健全勞動安全衛(wèi)生制度，嚴格執(zhí)行國家勞動安全規(guī)程和標準，對乙方進行勞動安全衛(wèi)生教育，為乙方提供符合國家規(guī)定的勞動安全衛(wèi)生條件和必要的勞動防護用品，改善勞動條件。PartyAmustestablishandimprovethelaborsafetyandhealthsystem,strictlyimplementnationallaborsafetyregulationsandstandards,providelaborsafetyandhealtheducationtoPartyB,providePartyBwithlaborsafetyandhealthconditionsandnecessarylaborprotectionarticlesinaccordancewithnationalregulations,andimproveworkingconditions.甲方對可能產生職業(yè)病危害的崗位，應當向乙方履行如實告知的義務，并對乙方進行勞動過程中的防護。Forpositionsthatmaycauseoccupationalhazards,PartyAshallfulfilltheobligationoftruthfulnotificationtoPartyBandprovideprotectiontoPartyBduringthelaborprocess.乙方在勞動過程中必須嚴格遵守安全操作規(guī)程。乙方對甲方管理人員違章指揮、強令冒險作業(yè)，有權拒絕執(zhí)行。PartyBmuststrictlyabidebythesafetyoperatingproceduresduringthelaborprocess.PartyBhastherighttorefusetoexecuteifthemanagementpersonnelofPartyAgiveillegalinstructionsororderriskyoperations.第七條規(guī)章制度(Article7:RulesandRegulations)甲方依法制定的各項規(guī)章制度（包括但不限于員工手冊、崗位職責、勞動紀律、績效考核、獎懲辦法等）作為本合同的附件，乙方應認真閱讀并嚴格遵守。甲方有權根據國家法律法規(guī)及自身經營管理需要對規(guī)章制度進行修改和完善，修改后的規(guī)章制度應向乙方公示或告知，公示或告知后對乙方具有約束力。ThevariousrulesandregulationsformulatedbyPartyAinaccordancewiththelaw(includingbutnotlimitedtoemployeehandbook,jobresponsibilities,labordiscipline,performanceappraisal,rewardandpunishmentmeasures,etc.)areannexestothisContract,andPartyBshallcarefullyreadandstrictlyabidebythem.PartyAhastherighttomodifyandimprovetherulesandregulationsaccordingtonationallawsandregulationsanditsownoperationandmanagementneeds.ThemodifiedrulesandregulationsshallbepublicizedornotifiedtoPartyB,andshallbebindingonPartyBafterpublicityornotification.第八條勞動合同的變更、解除、終止和續(xù)訂(Article8:Modification,Termination,CessationandRenewalofLaborContract)8.1合同變更(ModificationofContract)經甲乙雙方協商一致，可以變更本合同約定的內容。變更勞動合同，應當采用書面形式。ThecontentsagreedinthisContractmaybemodifieduponmutualagreementbetweenthetwoparties.Modificationofthelaborcontractshallbeinwriting.8.2合同解除(TerminationofContract)甲乙雙方解除勞動合同，應當依照《中華人民共和國勞動合同法》等相關法律法規(guī)的規(guī)定執(zhí)行。具體情形包括：Theterminationofthelaborcontractbybothpartiesshallbeimplementedinaccordancewiththeprovisionsofthe*LaborContractLawofthePeople'sRepublicofChina*andotherrelevantlawsandregulations.Specificsituationsinclude:(一)雙方協商一致解除；(Terminationbymutualagreementofbothparties;)(二)乙方提前通知解除；(TerminationbyPartyBwithadvancenotice;)(三)甲方因法定情形解除；(TerminationbyPartyAduetolegalcircumstances;)(四)乙方因法定情形解除。(TerminationbyPartyBduetolegalcircumstances.)具體解除條件和程序，依照國家有關法律法規(guī)及甲方規(guī)章制度執(zhí)行。SpecificterminationconditionsandproceduresshallbeimplementedinaccordancewithrelevantnationallawsandregulationsandPartyA'srulesand
