2025租賃合同樣本中英文對(duì)照版(合同范本)2025LeaseAgreementSample(BilingualVersion)正文Thisleaseagreement("Agreement")datedasof,2025,isenteredintobyandbetween("Landlord"),residingat,and("Tenant"),residingat.1.租賃物描述(DescriptionofLeasedProperty)LandlordherebyleasestoTenantandTenantacceptstheleaseofthepropertysituatedat(hereafterreferredtoasthe"Premises").ThePremisesconsistofsquaremeters,including.ThePremisesshallbeusedforthepurposeofonly.AnychangeintheuseofthePremisesmustbeapprovedinwritingbyLandlord.2.租賃期限(TermofLease)Thetermofthisleaseshallcommenceon(the"CommencementDate")andendon(the"ExpirationDate"),unlessterminatedearlierinaccordancewiththetermshereof.Thisleasemaybereneweduponmutualagreement,providedthatawrittennoticeofrenewalisgivenbybothpartiesatleastdayspriortotheExpirationDate.3.租金及支付方式(RentalPaymentandTerms)Themonthlyrentalpayment("Rental")shallbethesumof元(the"Rental").TheTenantshallpaytheRentalbyonorbeforetheofeachmonth.IftheRentalisnotpaidbytheduedate,alatefeeof元shallbeimposed.4.權(quán)利與義務(wù)(RightsandObligations)4.1Landlord'sResponsibilities:LandlordagreestomaintainthestructuralintegrityofthePremises.Landlordshallprovidethenecessaryutilitiesandservicesasagreed.4.2Tenant'sResponsibilities:Tenantshallpayallutilitybills,taxes,andotherexpensesrelatedtothePremises.TenantshallnotusethePremisesforillegalactivitiesorinviolationofanylawsorregulations.5.押金(SecurityDeposit)TenantshalldepositwithLandlordasecuritydepositof元(the"SecurityDeposit").TheSecurityDepositshallbereturnedtoTenantwithindaysaftertheexpirationofthisAgreement,minusanydeductionsfordamages,default,orotherexpensesasprovidedherein.6.費(fèi)用與責(zé)任(ExpensesandLiabilities)AllexpensesrelatedtothePremises,includingbutnotlimitedtorepairs,maintenance,andinsurance,shallbebornebyTenantunlessotherwiseagreedinwritingbyLandlord.7.合同終止與修改(TerminationandModificationofAgreement)7.1Termination:EitherpartymayterminatethisAgreementwithdays'writtennoticeiftheotherpartybreachesanymaterialtermofthisAgreementandfailstocuresuchbreachwithindaysafterreceiptofthenotice.7.2Modification:AnymodificationorchangetothisAgreementmustbemadeinwritingandsignedbybothparties.8.爭(zhēng)議解決(DisputeResolution)AnydisputesarisingfromorrelatedtothisAgreementshallberesolvedby友好協(xié)商.If協(xié)商fails,themattershallbesubmittedto中國(guó)國(guó)際經(jīng)濟(jì)貿(mào)易仲裁委員會(huì)(ChinaInternationalEconomicandTradeArbitrationCommission)forarbitration.ThearbitrationshallbeconductedinaccordancewiththerulesoftheArbitrationCommission.9.法律聲明(LegalStatement)ThisagreementisgovernedbyandconstruedinaccordancewiththelawsofthePeople'sRepublicofChina.IfanyprovisionofthisAgreementisfoundtobeinvalidorunenforceable,theremainingprovisionsshallremaininfullforceandeffect.10.簽署(Execution)INWITNESSWHEREOF,thepartiesheretohaveexecutedthisAgreementasofthedatefirstabovewritten.Landlord(出租方):Signature:Date:Tenant(承租方):Signature:Date:見(jiàn)證人(Witnesses):WITNESS:Signature:Date:WITNESS:Signature:
