4911.0.1為提高回彈法、超聲回彈綜合法在北京地區(qū)檢測泵送混凝土抗壓強度(以下簡稱混凝土強度)的精度,保障檢測工作質(zhì)量,制定本規(guī)程。1.0.2本規(guī)程適用于北京地區(qū)建設(shè)工程泵送普通混凝土強度的檢測。本規(guī)程不適用于內(nèi)部存在缺陷和輕骨料混凝土。1.0.3回彈法、超聲回彈綜合法檢測泵送混凝土強度除應(yīng)遵守本規(guī)程外,尚應(yīng)符合國家現(xiàn)行有關(guān)標(biāo)準22.1術(shù)語2.1.1構(gòu)件member按照檢測要求確定的各層軸線與軸線間的梁、板、柱、墻等混凝土結(jié)構(gòu)單元。2.1.2測區(qū)testarea檢測構(gòu)件混凝土強度時的一個檢測區(qū)域。2.1.3測點testpoint測區(qū)內(nèi)的一個回彈檢測點。2.1.4回彈法reboundmethod回彈法是用彈簧驅(qū)動的重錘,通過彈擊桿(傳力桿),彈擊混凝土表面,并測出重錘被反彈回來的距離,依據(jù)測量得到的回彈值(反彈距離與彈簧初始長度之比)作為與強度相關(guān)的指標(biāo),來推定混凝土強度的方法。2.1.5超聲回彈綜合法ultrasonic-reboundcombinedmethod依據(jù)測量得到的混凝土超聲波聲速值和回彈值作為與強度相關(guān)的指標(biāo),來推定混凝土強度的方法。2.1.6超聲速度ultrasonicpulsewavevelocity超聲脈沖波在混凝土中單位時間內(nèi)傳播的距離。2.1.7測區(qū)混凝土強度換算值conversionvalueofconcretecompressivestrengthoftestarea由測區(qū)的平均回彈值和碳化深度值或聲速值通過測強曲線或測區(qū)強度換算表換算得到的測區(qū)現(xiàn)齡期混凝土強度值。2.1.8混凝土強度推定值estimationvalueofstrengthforconcrete相應(yīng)于強度換算值總體分布中保證率不低于95%的構(gòu)件現(xiàn)齡期混凝土的強度值。2.2符號m——構(gòu)件測區(qū)平均碳化深度值。fci——測區(qū)混凝土強度換算值。fcor,m——芯樣試件混凝土強度平均值。fcm0——對應(yīng)芯樣部位回彈測區(qū)的混凝土強度換算值的平均值。fcor,i——第i個混凝土芯樣試件的抗壓強度。fci0——修正前第i個測區(qū)的混凝土強度換算值。3fci1——修正后第i個測區(qū)的混凝土強度換算值。fc:min——構(gòu)件中測區(qū)混凝土強度換算值的最小值。fcu,e——構(gòu)件混凝土強度推定值。mf——構(gòu)件測區(qū)混凝土強度換算值的平均值。sf——構(gòu)件測區(qū)混凝土強度換算值的標(biāo)準差。Ri——測區(qū)第i個測點的回彈值。Rm——測區(qū)的平均回彈值。li——測區(qū)第i個測點的超聲測距。ti——測區(qū)第i個測點的聲時讀數(shù)。v——測區(qū)的聲速代表值?!鱰ot——測區(qū)混凝土強度修正量。3.1回彈儀技術(shù)要求3.1.1回彈儀可為數(shù)字式,也可為指針直讀式。3.1.2回彈儀除應(yīng)符合《回彈儀》GB/T9138的規(guī)定外,尚應(yīng)符合下列規(guī)定:1水平彈擊時,彈擊錘脫鉤的瞬間,回彈儀的標(biāo)稱能量應(yīng)為2.207J;2在彈擊錘與彈擊桿碰撞的瞬間,彈擊拉簧應(yīng)處于自由狀態(tài),且彈擊錘起跳點應(yīng)位于指針指示刻度尺上“0”處;3在洛氏硬度HRC為60±2的鋼砧上的率定值應(yīng)為80±2;4數(shù)字式回彈儀應(yīng)帶有指針直讀示值系統(tǒng);數(shù)字顯示的回彈值與指針直讀示值相差不應(yīng)超過1。3.1.3回彈儀使用的環(huán)境溫度應(yīng)為(-4~40)℃。3.1.4回彈儀檢定(校準)周期為半年。當(dāng)回彈儀具有下列情況之一時,應(yīng)進行檢定(校準1新回彈儀啟用前;2超過檢定(校準)有效期限;3數(shù)字式回彈儀數(shù)字顯示的回彈值與指針直讀示值相差大于1;4經(jīng)保養(yǎng)后,在鋼砧上的率定值不合格;5遭受嚴重撞擊或其他損害。3.1.5回彈儀率定試驗應(yīng)符合下列規(guī)定:1回彈儀率定試驗所用鋼砧應(yīng)每2年進行檢定(校準);2率定試驗應(yīng)在室溫為(5~35)℃的條件下進行;3率定試驗應(yīng)在洛氏硬度HRC為60±2的鋼砧上進行,鋼砧表面應(yīng)干燥、清潔,并應(yīng)穩(wěn)固地平放在剛度大的物體上;4回彈值應(yīng)取連續(xù)向下彈擊三次的穩(wěn)定回彈結(jié)果的平均值;5率定試驗應(yīng)分四個方向進行,且每個方向彈擊前,彈擊桿應(yīng)旋轉(zhuǎn)90度,每個方向的回彈平均值應(yīng)為80±2。3.1.6回彈儀具有下列情況之一時,應(yīng)進行保養(yǎng):2在鋼砧上的率定值不合格;3對檢測值有懷疑。3.1.7回彈儀的保養(yǎng)應(yīng)符合下列規(guī)定:1先將彈擊錘脫鉤,取出機芯,然后卸下彈擊桿,取出里面的緩沖壓簧,并取出彈擊錘、彈擊拉簧和拉簧座;52清潔機芯各零部件,并應(yīng)重點清理中心導(dǎo)桿、彈擊錘和彈擊桿的內(nèi)孔及沖擊面。清理后,應(yīng)在中心導(dǎo)桿上薄薄涂抹鐘表油,其他零部件不得抹油;3清理機殼內(nèi)壁,卸下刻度尺,檢查指針,其摩擦力應(yīng)為(0.5~0.8)N;4對于數(shù)字式回彈儀,還應(yīng)按產(chǎn)品要求的維護程序進行維護;5保養(yǎng)時,不得旋轉(zhuǎn)尾蓋上已定位緊固的調(diào)零螺絲,不得自制或更換零部件;6保養(yǎng)后按本規(guī)程第3.1.5條的規(guī)定進行率定試驗。3.1.8回彈儀使用完畢,應(yīng)使彈擊桿伸出機殼,并應(yīng)清除彈擊桿、桿前端球面以及刻度尺表面和外殼上的污垢、塵土?;貜梼x不用時,應(yīng)將彈擊桿壓入機殼內(nèi),經(jīng)彈擊后應(yīng)按下按鈕,鎖住機芯,然后裝入儀器箱。儀器箱應(yīng)平放在干燥陰涼處。當(dāng)數(shù)字式回彈儀長期不用時,還應(yīng)取出電池。3.2超聲波檢測儀技術(shù)要求3.2.1超聲波檢測儀可為模擬式,也可為數(shù)字式。1模擬式:接收信號為連續(xù)模擬量,可由時域波形信號測讀聲學(xué)參數(shù)。2數(shù)字式:接收的信號轉(zhuǎn)化為離散數(shù)字量,具有采集、儲存數(shù)字信號、測讀聲學(xué)參數(shù)和對數(shù)字信號處理的智能化功能。3.2.2超聲波檢測儀除應(yīng)符合《混凝土超聲波檢測儀》JG/T5004的規(guī)定外,尚應(yīng)符合下列規(guī)定:1具有波形清晰、顯示穩(wěn)定的示波裝置;2聲時最小分度為0.1μs;3具有最小分度為1dB的衰減系統(tǒng);4接收放大器頻響范圍10kHz~500kHz,總增益不小于80dB,接收靈敏度(在信噪比為3:1時)3.2.3模擬式超聲波檢測儀還應(yīng)滿足下列要求:1具有手動游標(biāo)和自動整形兩種聲時測讀功能;2數(shù)字顯示穩(wěn)定。聲時調(diào)節(jié)在20μs~30μs范圍,連續(xù)1h數(shù)字變化不大于±0.2μs。3.2.4數(shù)字式超聲波檢測儀還應(yīng)滿足下列要求:1具有采集、儲存數(shù)字信號并進行數(shù)據(jù)處理的功能;2具有手動游標(biāo)測讀和自動測讀的方式。當(dāng)自動測讀時,在同一測試條件下,1h內(nèi)每5min測讀一次聲時值的差異應(yīng)不大于±0.2μs;3自動測讀方式下,在顯示器的接收波形上應(yīng)有光標(biāo)指示聲時的測讀位置。3.2.5換能器的頻率宜在50kHz~100kHz以內(nèi),實測主頻與標(biāo)稱頻率相差應(yīng)不大于±10%。3.2.6超聲波檢測儀的使用環(huán)境溫度應(yīng)為(0~40)℃。63.2.7超聲波檢測儀檢定(校準)周期為1年。3.2.8超聲波檢測儀保養(yǎng)應(yīng)符合下列規(guī)定:1應(yīng)存放在陰涼、干燥的環(huán)境中;2較長時間不用時,應(yīng)定期通電排除潮氣;3工作時應(yīng)采取防塵、防震措施。74.1一般規(guī)定4.1.1回彈儀和超聲波檢測儀應(yīng)在檢定(校準)有效期內(nèi)使用?;貜梼x在檢測前后,均應(yīng)在鋼砧上進行率定試驗,并應(yīng)符合本規(guī)程第3.1.2條的規(guī)定。4.1.2混凝土強度檢測前,委托單位宜提供下列技術(shù)資料:1構(gòu)件名稱、外形尺寸、數(shù)量及混凝土類型和強度等級;2水泥安定性、粗骨料最大粒徑、外加劑、摻合料品種、混凝土配合比、泵送混凝土生產(chǎn)單位等;3施工模板,混凝土澆筑、養(yǎng)護情況及澆筑日期等;4必要的設(shè)計圖紙和施工記錄;5檢測原因。4.1.3混凝土強度檢測可按單個構(gòu)件或按批量進行檢測,并應(yīng)符合下列規(guī)定:1單個構(gòu)件檢測應(yīng)符合本規(guī)程第4.1.4條和第4.1.5條的規(guī)定。2批量檢測適用于在相同的生產(chǎn)工藝條件下,混凝土強度等級相同,原材料、配合比、成型工藝、養(yǎng)護條件基本一致且齡期相近的一批同類構(gòu)件的檢測。按批量檢測時,應(yīng)隨機抽取構(gòu)件并使所抽構(gòu)件具有代表性,抽檢數(shù)量不宜少于同批構(gòu)件總數(shù)的30%且不宜少于10件。當(dāng)檢驗批構(gòu)件數(shù)量大于30個時,抽檢的構(gòu)件數(shù)量可按《建筑結(jié)構(gòu)檢測技術(shù)標(biāo)準》GB/T50344和《混凝土現(xiàn)場檢測技術(shù)標(biāo)準》GB/T50784的規(guī)定執(zhí)行。4.1.4單個構(gòu)件的檢測,其測區(qū)數(shù)不宜少于10個。當(dāng)出現(xiàn)下列情況之一時,每個構(gòu)件的測區(qū)數(shù)可適當(dāng)減少,但不應(yīng)少于5個:1受檢構(gòu)件數(shù)量大于30個且不需要提供單個構(gòu)件推定強度。2受檢構(gòu)件某一方向尺寸不大于4.5m且另一方向尺寸不大于0.3m。4.1.5構(gòu)件的測區(qū)布置應(yīng)符合下列規(guī)定:1測區(qū)應(yīng)優(yōu)先選在能使回彈儀處于水平方向的混凝土澆筑側(cè)面。當(dāng)不具備條件時,應(yīng)優(yōu)先選在能使回彈儀處于垂直向上方向的混凝土澆筑底面。當(dāng)澆筑側(cè)面和澆筑底面均不具備條件時,可選在能使回彈儀處于垂直向下方向的混凝土澆筑表面。2測區(qū)宜布置在構(gòu)件的兩個對稱的可測面上,當(dāng)不能布置在對稱的可測面上時,可布置在同一可測面上,且應(yīng)均勻分布。宜在構(gòu)件的重要部位及薄弱部位布置測區(qū),并應(yīng)避開預(yù)埋件。3相鄰兩測區(qū)的間距不應(yīng)大于2m,測區(qū)離構(gòu)件端部或施工縫邊緣的距離不宜大于0.5m,且不宜小于0.2m
