II.CostOptimization1.費(fèi)用優(yōu)化定義：1.Definitionofcostoptimization:

費(fèi)用優(yōu)化又稱工期成本優(yōu)化是指尋求工程總成本最低時的工期安排或按要求工期尋求最低成本的計(jì)劃安排過程。本小節(jié)主要討論總成本最低時的工期安排。Costoptimization,alsoknownasduration-costoptimization,referstotheprocessofseekingthelowesttotalcostoftheprojectbyarrangingtheduration,orseekingthelowestcostforaspecifiedduration.Thissectionmainlydiscussestheplanningoftheconstructionperiodthatachievesthelowesttotalcost.1)費(fèi)用和工期的關(guān)系1)Relationshipbetweencostandconstructionperiod

i一j工作的最短持續(xù)時間。andDCistheshortestdurationoftasksi-j.③當(dāng)只有一條關(guān)鍵線路時，應(yīng)找出直接費(fèi)用率最小的一項(xiàng)關(guān)鍵工作，作為縮短持續(xù)時間的對象。③Whenthereisonlyonecriticalpath,identifythecriticaltaskwiththelowestdirectcostrateasthetargetfordurationreduction.當(dāng)有多條關(guān)鍵線路時,應(yīng)找出組合直接費(fèi)用率最小的一組關(guān)鍵工作,作為縮短持續(xù)時間的對象。Whentherearemultiplecriticalpaths,selectthegroupofcriticalactivitieswiththelowestcombineddirectcostrateasthetargetfordurationcompression.④對于選定的壓縮對象(一項(xiàng)關(guān)鍵工作或一組關(guān)鍵工作)首先比較其直接費(fèi)用率或組合④Fortheselectedshorteningobject(akeytaskoragroupofkeytasks),firstcompareitsdirectcostrateorcombineddirectcostratewiththeproject’sindirectcostrate:直接費(fèi)用率與工程間接費(fèi)用率的大小:Themagnitudeofthedirectcostratecomparedtotheindirectengineeringcostrate:a.如果被壓縮對象的直接費(fèi)用率或組合直接費(fèi)用率大于工程間接費(fèi)用率,說明壓縮關(guān)鍵工作的持續(xù)時間會使工程總費(fèi)用增加，此時應(yīng)停止縮短關(guān)鍵工作的持續(xù)時間,在此之前的方案即為優(yōu)化方案。a.Ifthedirectcostrateorcombineddirectcostrateofthetargetisgreaterthantheproject'sindirectcostrate,itindicatesthatreducingthedurationofcriticaltaskswouldincreasethetotalprojectcost.Inthiscase,stopreducingthedurationofcriticaltasks.Theplanbeforethispointistheoptimalplan.b.如果被壓縮對象的直接費(fèi)用率或組合直接費(fèi)用率等于工程間接費(fèi)用率,說明壓縮關(guān)鍵工作的持續(xù)時間不會使工程總費(fèi)用增加,故應(yīng)縮短關(guān)鍵工作的持續(xù)時間。b.Ifthedirectcostrateorcombineddirectcostrateofthetargetequalstheproject'sindirectcostrate,itindicatesthatshorteningthedurationofthecriticaltaskwillnotincreasetheproject'sexpenses.Therefore,thedurationofthecriticaltaskshouldbereduced.c.如果被壓縮對象的直接費(fèi)用率或組合直接費(fèi)用率小于工程間接費(fèi)用率,說明壓縮關(guān)鍵工作的持續(xù)時間會使工程的總費(fèi)用減少,故應(yīng)縮短關(guān)鍵工作的持續(xù)時間。Ifthedirectcostrateorcombineddirectcostrateofthetargetislessthantheproject'sindirectcostrate,itindicatesthatshorteningthedurationofthecriticaltaskwillreducetheproject'stotalcosts.Therefore,thedurationofthecriticaltaskshouldbereduced.⑤當(dāng)需要縮短關(guān)鍵工作的持續(xù)時間塒,其縮短值的確定必須符合下列兩條原則:⑤Whenitisnecessarytoshortenthedurationofcriticaltasks,thedeterminationoftheshorteningvaluemustcomplywiththefollowingtwoprinciples:a.縮短后工作持續(xù)時間不能小于其最短持續(xù)時間。a.Theshortenedtaskdurationmustnotbelessthantheminimumduration.b.縮短持續(xù)時間的工作不能變成非關(guān)鍵工作。b.Thetaskwithshorteneddurationmustnotbecomeanon-criticaltask.⑥計(jì)算關(guān)鍵工作持續(xù)時間縮短后相應(yīng)增加的總費(fèi)用。⑥Calculatethetotalcostincreasecorrespondingtotheshorteningofthecriticaltaskduration.⑦重復(fù)上述3~6,直至計(jì)算工期滿足要求工期或被壓縮對象的直接費(fèi)用率或組合直接費(fèi)用率大于工程間接費(fèi)用率為止。⑦Rep
