儀表風度是指應試者的體態(tài)外貌、穿著舉止以及精神狀態(tài)等。其詳細要求是:
1.穿著整齊、得體、無明顯失誤;
2.鎮(zhèn)靜、穩(wěn)重、大方;
3.走路、敲門、坐椅符合禮節(jié);

對儀態(tài)風度的測定沒有特地的題R,而是由考官在整個面試過程中通過視察給應
試者一個評定,所以就要求應試者在整個面試過程中保持始終如一的儀態(tài)風度。
由十在應試者進入考場后,考官首先看到的就是儀態(tài)風度,這就使考官在面試止
式起先前就對應試者有了個最初的印象,而這個最初的印象將給考官留下很深的
印象,并進而影響甚至限制著在正式面試中考官對應試者的評價。正如一位有閱
歷的主考官所說,一個人能否被錄用往往在他步入考場的那一瞬間就確定了,雖

2.應試者的智力結構
所謂智力,是指人對客觀事物的相識和理解實力,智力的因素包括視察實力、記
憶實力、思維實力與想象實力。智力是人的各種實力的基礎。

事物的過程,是人們大量積累材料、增加感相識的主動形式。視察實力的
