Thatsameyear,astudyinSwedensurveyed120peoplewhowerestrugglingwith
sleeplessnessandsadness.Thosewhousedweightedblanketsreportedbettersleepquality
andlessdaytimetiredness,anxietyandsadness.
Sleepexpertssuggestusingtheseblanketstoachievebettersleep.AlannaMcGinn,a
leadsleepexpert,highlightstheireffectivenessinaddressingsleep-relatedissues.However,
thosewithspecificmedicalconditions,particularlyblooddisorders,shouldseekguidance
fromahealthcareproviderbeforeusingaweightedblanket.“Andifyou'resomeonewhogets
