WhenmymostrecentbookBrandwashedwasreleased,Iteamedupwithalocalbookstoreto
conductanexperimentaboutthedifferencesbetweentheonlineandofflineshoppingexperience.I
carefullyinslructedagroupofvolunteerstopromotemybookintwodifferentways.Thefirstwas
afairlyhands-offapproach.Wheneveracustomerwouldinquireaboutmybook,thevolunteer
