Even a tiny mistake could result in a huge loss to customers. As such, China Vanke has established some customer-oriented quality control proc
19、edures: Established systematic quality and work flow management standards, procedures for on-site testing and inspection, a quality and safety accountability system, as well as on-site construction safety management.,China Vanke established 6+2-step process customer service system based on ideas dra
20、wn from Pulte Homes in the US. It is the general term for the services provided to the property owners at every critical stage: notification of adverse factors occurring within or adjacent to the precincts of the residential project, a text alert after a deposit is paid, site visit, handover ceremon
21、y, follow-up visit three months after the handover, reconstruction of old projects, etc.,Customer Service,Property Management Services,China Vanke Management Services Co., Ltd. has extended its presence to 48 medium-to-large-sized cities across the country and has, so far, undertaken over 200 proper

23、velopment,China Vanke has been dedicating its effort to research and promotion of green and sustainable development projects in the property industry. 24、o carbon emission, zero energy consumption and zero effluent discharge.,Residential Prefabrication Research and Applications,In 2006, China Vanke started a transformation to residential prefabrication with an emphasis on prefabricated housing. Prefabrication saves resources: the use of water can be
25、reduced by 60%, while construction waste can be cut by 80%. On the front of functionality, the tightened joint between a door or window and a wall of a prefabricated home serves to enhance the warming effect during winter and the efficiency of air conditioner during summer. 27、EED Platinum Certification from the U.S. Green Building Council, thus becoming the first LEED platinum rated building in China on 9 October 2010,.,Childrens Care Project,In June 2009, Vanke Foundation and Aiyou Huaxia Charity Foundation jointly launched Childrens Care Project in Sichuan to help chil
