20、e,郵件需要及時(shí)回復(fù) Prompt Responses are Always Appreciated 理想回復(fù)時(shí)間是2小時(shí)內(nèi),特別是緊急重要的郵件 The Ideal Reply should be with 2 hrs, especially Urgent Mail 對(duì)于優(yōu)先級(jí)低的郵件可集中在一特定時(shí)間處理,一般在24小時(shí)內(nèi) For the Less Priority Mail, You can reply later by Batch, Normally, within 24 hrs 即使你無法及時(shí)滿足對(duì)方的要求,也請(qǐng)告知對(duì)方事情的進(jìn)展,或者是在跟進(jìn)中 Even if you could
