3、設備，如電視機、錄音機、投影儀、多媒體等。 （3）多數(shù)教師重視電教理論的學習和課堂電化教育教學的實踐，并取得一定成績。 2、工作中存在的主要問題 （1）教師對現(xiàn)代理論及教育技術的學習、掌握不夠均衡。 （2）部分教師對學校新增進的多媒體設備不會全套操作使用。 三、工作措施： （一）信息技術教育及培訓 1、加強學科電教教材的研究，備好電教課。 2、加強電教媒體的使用研究，提高師資水平。教師整體水平的提高，是優(yōu)化課堂教學的主要環(huán)節(jié)，需常抓不懈。 （1）要充分利用時間，繼續(xù)學習現(xiàn)代教育理論，培訓教師應用現(xiàn)代教育設備的方法、技能，要求每位教師掌握這些技術，使所有教師都能自覺應用現(xiàn)代教育手段。 （2）制度
