The Quality Assurance Documentation must be made available to RIETER upon request. The relevant Quality Assurance Documentation for safety components (specially mar

30、up by the SUPPLIER and submitted to RIETERS Quality Department. 38、ctive goods are found, even during a random test, then the entire delivery will, as a rule, be rejected. In any case, the SUPPLIER will be informed of faulty or defective goods by means of a nonconformity report. The SUPPLIER shall reply within 24 hours if they have any demurral, otherwise it would

39、be considered that the SUPPLIER accepts RIETERs decision. The SUPPLIER is obliged to test the returned goods and inform RIETER of the reason for the defect or fault, as well as the steps to be taken to correct the problem on the nonconformity report. All the NCR will be recorded in RIETERs system, a

40、nd will be used to evaluate the supplier rating. For easy coordination and best efficiency, the SUPPLIER shall appoint a specialized person to handle the nonconformity with RIETER. 4.3.3有條件接收有條件接收 ConditionalConditional AcceptanceAcceptance 1.應(yīng)緊急需要，立達(dá)保留有條件地接收不完美零件的權(quán)利。在作決定以前立達(dá)可以進(jìn)行試驗(yàn)。 有條件接收條件將標(biāo)注在不合格報(bào)告

41、中。不完美零件的原因及將采取的整改措施也需在不合格報(bào) 告中標(biāo)明。 In urgent cases, RIETER reserves the right to conditionally accept the parts if batches are faulty. RIETER can carry out a trial before a decision is made. The condition of acceptance will be stated in the nonconformity report. The reason for the fault/defect, as wel

44、te 立達(dá)按抽樣檢驗(yàn)判定供應(yīng)商所供產(chǎn)品批量不合格后,供應(yīng)商需進(jìn)行100%全檢,全檢合格后才能送 立達(dá)。 The SUPPLIER must do a 100% inspection for all the parts which has been rejected by RIETERs incoming inspection, then send the conformity parts to RIETER. 供應(yīng)商將免費(fèi)為立達(dá)進(jìn)行返工和替換問題零件，如果該質(zhì)量問題是由供應(yīng)商零部件導(dǎo)致。 The SUPPLIER should rework or replace parts free of c

45、harge if RIETER finds quality problems caused by the SUPPLIER. 如立達(dá)生產(chǎn)急需，則供應(yīng)商需在立達(dá)進(jìn)行零件的分檢工作以保證立達(dá)及時(shí)完成客戶訂單。 In urgent cases, the SUPPLIER shall sort the parts at RIETERs site if RIETERs production is at stake to fulfill customer orders on time. 4.3.5糾正措施糾正措施 CorrectiveCorrective actionsactions 供應(yīng)商需要：The

49、外的質(zhì)量檢驗(yàn)、挑選、返工、部門間的協(xié)調(diào)（收貨、采 購、物流、生產(chǎn)）、重新下訂單、額外的跟蹤，重新計(jì)劃等等。Nonconformities create cost at RIETER for additional quality check, selection, rework, coordination between reception, procurement, logistics, production, re-order, additional follow-up, reschedule, etc. 立達(dá)有權(quán)利讓供應(yīng)商去償還這些由不合格品造成的額外的費(fèi)用。RIETER reserves
