5、mary of Project商務(wù)英語函電Unit 7 Sales Confirmation When an offer is accepted, the buyer and the seller should sign written contract to clarify responsibilities and obligations of both parities and avoid trade disputes. In practice, sales confirmation is one of the most significant types of written contr

6、act. Sales confirmation or S/C for short is made in duplicate by the seller. It can be seemed as the simplified version of contract. It usually includes general trade termsname of commodity and specification, quantity, unit price, amount, packing, shipment, etc. It is usually used in the deal with s

7、mall total amount and many batches. Contract is more formal than S/C. It can be made in duplicate by each side of the deal. It includes all the contents in S/C but with much more details. It is usually used in the deal with bulk purchase or high-volume sales. In practice, Sales confirmation need to
