8、components and raw materials.工變管理的緣起Whenever a company creates a product, it has to be defined and its definition will need to be kept up to date as changes take place.Changes to technical products are unavoidable and an essential part of every overall product development process. Effective change m

It is controlled by a function that assures that the process of product evolution is done smoothly and with

Its centered on the engineering change not

12、ice (ECN). An ECN must be entered, approved, implemented and tracked for all changes. ECNs may be implemented immediately, or at a future date.工變定義All companies have to make changes to existing products and to products under development to meet customer requirements. Engineering changes allow us to

13、manage these changes efficiently without interrupting production of existing products.
