13、列存儲支持RAID0,RAID0通常運用于G型號,因為G型號的存儲是作為存儲網(wǎng)關(guān)使用,應(yīng)用的意義在于做協(xié)議轉(zhuǎn)換,而底層的RAID5、RAID10已經(jīng)由IBM/日立等第三方存儲實現(xiàn),G型號的存儲只需要提供高性能的訪問即可。24RAID4+RAID4+是NETAPP公司在RAID4技術(shù)的基礎(chǔ)上進行改進誕生的,主要是加入了WAFL( Write Anywhere File Layout )文件系統(tǒng)的特性,并優(yōu)化了文件系統(tǒng)與RAID機制,配合NETAPP的snapshot技術(shù)可以實現(xiàn)快速的數(shù)據(jù)備份與恢復(fù)。25RAID4+數(shù)據(jù)分布方式26D表示數(shù)據(jù)P表示奇偶校驗的結(jié)果P的結(jié)果是通過異或運算得出的,如果某

18、構(gòu)一個管理界面完全兼容舉一反三N3000N7600N7800N5200N5600N5500DATA ONTAP架構(gòu)35WAFL文件系統(tǒng)NetApp的文件系統(tǒng)名為WAFL,是專為Filer系統(tǒng)而設(shè)計的。WAFL是”Write Anywhere File Layout”,即”任意位置寫入文件布局”的縮寫。WAFL文件系統(tǒng)和Filer的整合式RAID管理采用一體化設(shè)計,以避免大多數(shù)帶有RAID管理機制的文件系統(tǒng)所固有的性能問題。WAFL的主要特點及其所帶來的優(yōu)勢包括: 1、永遠一致性的文件系統(tǒng) 2、具電池保護的NVRAM日志 3、內(nèi)建智能型最佳化的RAID磁盤陣列管理系統(tǒng) 4、能增長的文件系統(tǒng) 5、
19、硬盤區(qū)塊驗證系統(tǒng) Block-level Checksum 6、瞬間快照備份 (Snapshot) 7、WAFL將固定消耗10%的硬盤空間,這是無法釋放的36SnapShot和SnapRestoreSnapshot技術(shù)原理SnapShot是WAFL文件系統(tǒng)“任意位置寫入”功能帶來的一項突出優(yōu)勢。 一份SnapShot是文件系統(tǒng)的在線只讀拷貝。創(chuàng)建文件系統(tǒng)的一份SnapShot僅僅需要幾秒種的時間,并且除非原始文件被刪除或者更改,數(shù)據(jù)快照并不占用額外的磁盤空間。這種只有當(dāng)數(shù)據(jù)塊發(fā)生改動時才進行數(shù)據(jù)塊復(fù)制的技術(shù)被稱作“copy-on-write”,只有修改活動文件系統(tǒng)中的數(shù)據(jù)塊并寫入磁盤中新的位置
20、時,SnapShot才會占用額外的磁盤空間。38Snapshot創(chuàng)建及恢復(fù)原理39 Filer可以對一個卷組創(chuàng)建最多255個SnapShot快照。SnapShot快照可以通過手動或者人為預(yù)先定制策略的方式來自動創(chuàng)建。每一個SnapShot快照可以保存的時間取決于文件系統(tǒng)變動的頻度。SnapRestoreNetApp 的 Snapshot 技術(shù)只存儲各個連續(xù)快照之間的塊級更改,從而高效地利用了存儲空間。由于 Snapshot 過程是自動的,而且?guī)缀踉谒查g完成,因此大大提高了備份速度,簡化了備份過程。SSnapRestore 軟件通過 Snapshot 技術(shù)實現(xiàn)即時數(shù)據(jù)恢復(fù)。相對而言,其他存儲解決
21、方案復(fù)制所有數(shù)據(jù),因此其備份和恢復(fù)操作所需要的時間和磁盤存儲空間要多得多。40N系列存儲安裝過程N系列存儲硬件安裝N系列存儲硬件安裝可以參考隨機發(fā)放的安裝手冊,安裝過程比較簡單,這里不再詳細說明。42N系列存儲規(guī)劃安裝N系列存儲規(guī)劃非常重要,好的規(guī)劃可以最大化利用磁盤空間。N系列存儲的操作系統(tǒng)DATAONTAP是建立在磁盤上的,初始化過程中會需要占用部分磁盤空間。對于A型號,DATAONTAP會默認選擇3塊磁盤做系統(tǒng)盤創(chuàng)建root volume,3塊磁盤構(gòu)成RAID-DP。對于G型號DATAONTAP默認會選擇一塊磁盤創(chuàng)建root volume。43N系列存儲規(guī)劃N3000系列規(guī)劃建議系統(tǒng)默認
22、會創(chuàng)建一個RAID-DP的root volume,將剩余的磁盤都加入到這個root volume中,不保留HOT SPARE盤以獲得更多的磁盤空間。N5000 A型號系統(tǒng)默認會創(chuàng)建一個RAID-DP的root volume,剩余磁盤不要加入到這個root volume中,單獨創(chuàng)建aggr。根據(jù)磁盤的數(shù)量選擇性保留HOT SPARE盤(推薦操作)N5000G型號劃分2個100G的LUN給一個機頭用于安裝DATA ONTAP,一塊為數(shù)據(jù)盤,一塊為HOT SPARE盤,如果是兩個機頭則劃分4個100G的,每個機頭兩個。剩余按976G進行LUN的劃分,或者將剩余的空間平均分,但是要小于976G。因為N
23、5200G型號采用的是1000進制,1G=1000M,而我們平常的計算方式為1G=1024M,因此我們只能按1000/1024*1000=976的大小劃分LUN。44N系列存儲初始化安裝硬件安裝完成后進行設(shè)備加電,我們首先需要對存儲繼續(xù)初始化安裝。目前最常見的為N3600A10/A20和N5200A20/G20,初始化安裝的過程大致相同,DATAONTAP系統(tǒng)是建立在存儲的磁盤上,這部分會消耗一定的空間,這里以N3600初始化安裝為例。45N3600初始化安裝N系列存儲隨機會配置一個RJ45轉(zhuǎn)RS232的接頭和一根RS232串口線,我們需要將串口線和筆記本相連,串口配置為默認即可。46串口連接
