46、1年原創(chuàng)工程地點(diǎn)：遼寧省鞍山建筑面積：萬平方米建筑高度：米 本案位于遼寧省鞍山市，東鐵區(qū)。建筑設(shè)計(jì)為三角形，不僅有效的利用了地形，而且對結(jié)構(gòu)受力最為有利。整棟建筑地下三層，地上層，商住兩用。其中地下三層為核六級人防，二等人掩，一到六層為商業(yè)，七、八層為餐飲健身，九層辦公，十層及二十八層為避難層，其余為公寓。建筑采用筒中筒角筒-剪力墻結(jié)構(gòu)，該結(jié)構(gòu)具有很大的側(cè)向剛度，能最大限度的抵抗荷載和地震作用，并且因剪力墻集中而獲得較大的自由分割空間，平面布置靈活。 本工程采用樁筏根底，框架及剪力墻抗震等級為一級，地下二層一下為三級。局部轉(zhuǎn)換梁及框支柱抗震等級為特一級，剪力墻底部加強(qiáng)區(qū)高度為地下一層至地上三層
