December This projects plan is to protect and preserve the historic characteristics of area, compliment the long heritage and continuity of this distinctive areas history. “Human First is an important value and concept of this plan” a quote

2、from the design program which we embraced therefore our concept is more for the people of ChengDu and the residents of DongDa street. 此項(xiàng)目計(jì)劃是為了保護(hù)及保留此地區(qū)的獨(dú)特歷史特性。 “以人為先是本規(guī)劃的重要概念及價(jià)值” 這句引自設(shè)計(jì)說明裡的話正好可以用來闡述此項(xiàng)目是主要為了服務(wù)成都和東大街市民。 Los Angeles ChengDu Shanghaiconcept introduction 基本概念簡介 Much of our thinking was ho

In planning for DongDa Street Renaissance we linked our ideas with the surrounding areas though they were not part of this project dimensions, they are related to how this neighborhood will interact.As architects a

4、nd designers we think about people and how they work and live, what makes them happy and what kind of city they and we want to live in.我們現(xiàn)在的規(guī)劃概念不僅為眼前,也是在為未來作規(guī)劃 - 考慮未來會(huì)需要甚麼、城市的成長會(huì)是怎麼樣? 在復(fù)興東大街的規(guī)劃中,我們把一些儘管不在此項(xiàng)目中的社區(qū)也連結(jié)在一起,就是因?yàn)楦浇拿恳粋€(gè)社區(qū)都牽動(dòng)著區(qū)與區(qū)之間的互動(dòng)。作為建築師和設(shè)計(jì)師,我們時(shí)刻都細(xì)心考慮人們希望怎麼樣工作和生活、怎麼樣才可以得到快樂、和希望在怎麼樣的城市中生活。

8、r concept meets all these requirements by providing for a mix-use residential community with a central grand-scale open greenbelt park, the “citys new meeting place” opening a pedestrian corridor from the Daci Temple area to the Fu River and beyond. The Park will be a restful place an important oasi

9、s from the surrounding intense development and will be a node connection to the cities greenbelt plan. 東大街項(xiàng)目規(guī)劃規(guī)章中明確指出 “歷史性內(nèi)涵” 必須被保留下來。 配合 “人為先” 的設(shè)計(jì)宗旨、 “綠化設(shè)計(jì)” 的概念 、及 “整體發(fā)展” 的方法 我們建議建設(shè)一個(gè)有大型綠化公園的多用途住宅社區(qū)。 這個(gè)公園為行人提供了東北方的一個(gè)風(fēng)景優(yōu)美的景觀長廊,從大慈寺一直延伸到另一邊的府河。建設(shè)完成後,定將成為一個(gè)新的 “城市聚集點(diǎn)”。 公園的平靜環(huán)境在週圍快速發(fā)展區(qū)域的包圍下,將更加突顯其重要性。 此

11、of residential housing. we propose a low story “historic type design” residential with street level commercial complimenting the adjacent walking street architecture.In addition will be a multi-mix contemporary design residential /shopping /commercial neighborhood complex with an integrated plan of

12、mid to high rise buildings facing the park. Much of this area will be designed as an infrastructure for the local community with restaurants and cafes overlooking the park. 在西端,與購物街及酒店區(qū)相近處,建設(shè)兩種不同的住宅房屋。 在東大街北端,我們建議蓋 “懷古風(fēng)格” 設(shè)計(jì)的住宅區(qū),以矮層建築配合新的購物街。 南端則採用現(xiàn)代化設(shè)計(jì),區(qū)內(nèi)是包含住宅/購物/商業(yè)的多用途中/高建築物。 這些地區(qū)都將作為社區(qū)的基本設(shè)施,而相鄰的現(xiàn)

14、meeting place” People can arrive from many directions such as; from the new subway stop and bus routes, by car as the park will have designated parking areas and walking or bicycling. The new park will feature winding pathways, river crossing foot bridges, duck ponds, fountains and an outdoor theate

15、r for summer concerts. There could be a special botanical area for plants and flowers and large trees everywhere. China exceeds in building some of the worlds most beautiful parks and this area could be a showplace for ChengDu. 東大街復(fù)興的一個(gè)中心主題就是 “超大型” 開放式綠化公園 “城市聚集點(diǎn)”。 遊人將會(huì)從各處被吸引而來; 他們可以選擇坐新的地下鐵,或者公共汽車;

Commercial shops facing the street side with resident space above.The center low story commercial areas with restaurants and cafes overlooking the park will be a destination after enjoying the activities of the par

Much of Streets daily traffic is not serving this

22、small community but passing through to other destinations. 東大街是以橫向?qū)⒊啥际蟹指铋_的一條大街,並且也將發(fā)展區(qū)截成兩段。 從我們的估計(jì)看來,東大街的主要交通不僅是為了服務(wù)一個(gè)範(fàn)圍的社區(qū)環(huán)境,而是為整體城市提供一條通道,將車輛導(dǎo)往其它目的地。 The concept for a “enhanced traffic plan” is to redesign much of DongDa Street to be below grade such as a cut & fill and or an underground tunnel p

23、assage. “改善交通計(jì)劃” 即是透過低挖及回填,建造地底隧道等,將東大街的大部份車道改為低坡道 When the proposed subway that will pass under DongDa Street is being built, DongDa Street traffic will have to be diverted for construction. 東大街是以橫向?qū)⒊啥际蟹指铋_的一條大街,並且也將發(fā)展區(qū)截成兩段。 從我們的估計(jì)看來,東大街的主要交通不僅是為了服務(wù)一個(gè)範(fàn)圍的社區(qū)環(huán)境,而是為整體城市提供一條通道,將車輛導(dǎo)往其它目的地。 The scheduling

Each year as more people purchase cars the problems of; pollution, nois

Needs to be addressed 須要注意:traffic laws need to be enforced and driving courtesy towards cyclist, pedestrians and other drivers should be a municipal information program initiated.both initiatives when not properly monitored contribute to dange

38、rous confrontations and unnecessary traffic delays. Parking development is a must priority. It has been estimated that in some cities the ratio between cars and available parking spaces is as high as 1:13 and assuming the annual increase of cars will continue this number will rise. 市政府應(yīng)該嚴(yán)格執(zhí)行交通規(guī)則,並強(qiáng)調(diào)
