,因為可能會損壞 的其它元件。可直接由前蓋取出的溫控器,在取出前需先關(guān)閉電源,請絕對不要用手觸摸端子或電子部品,或者給予沖擊。插回時,請不要讓電子部品與外殼接觸。靜電能夠損壞 部品,在用手拿溫控器前,一定要先觸摸一下與地相連的金屬物,以 手上的靜電。在抽出溫控器時,不要接觸到板上的電子部品和電路;但用手拿溫控器時,抓住前面板的邊緣部分。EEPROM

安裝要求確保更長的使用減小噪聲影響確保高精度測量在下列操作環(huán)境下使用該溫度控制器:溫度:-10℃~+55℃(無結(jié)冰或凝露)濕度:25%~85%(RH)當將溫度控制器安裝到控制面板內(nèi)時,確保控制器周圍(不是面板的周圍),的溫度不超過55℃。溫控器的使用 不僅由繼電器的切換次數(shù)決定,而且由其 電子元件使用壽命決定。元件的使用受環(huán)境溫度影響:環(huán)境溫度越高,使用就越短,環(huán)境溫度越低,使用就越長,因此,可通過降低其溫度以延長溫度控制器的使用。在各型號規(guī)定的溫度和濕度范圍內(nèi)使用和儲藏溫控器,當二個或多個溫控器水平緊靠安裝或垂直緊靠安裝時,由于溫控器的熱輻射會導(dǎo)致溫度上升而降低使用。這種情況下,需要采取風(fēng)扇強制冷卻或其它通風(fēng)措施來降低溫控器的溫度,但是,不要單冷卻接線端部分以避免造成測量誤差。為了避免感應(yīng)噪聲,溫度控制器接線盒上的接線必須遠離高電壓/大電流電力線進行接線。同樣不要使接線導(dǎo)線與電力線并行或位于同一個接線路徑上。使用獨立導(dǎo)管和接線導(dǎo)管,或帶護套的導(dǎo)線,也很有效。將電涌吸收器或噪聲濾波器安裝到產(chǎn)生噪聲的設(shè)備上(特別是電壓器、螺管線圈或其它帶有磁線圈或電感元件的設(shè)備)。當在電源處使用噪聲濾波器時,首先檢查電壓或電流容量,并將噪聲濾波器安裝在離溫度控制器盡可能近的地方。此外,將溫度控制器及電源盡可能地遠離產(chǎn)生強高頻波(比如高頻焊接設(shè)備、高頻縫紉機)或浪涌的設(shè)備。設(shè)置電源,以使其開啟后2
