ninthegeneralrouteofaSegment(A)thatmodifiestheSystemRoutearchitectureinamannerthatbreaksaring,createsaspurorbreaksthecontiguousnatureofSegments;(B)thatmodifiestherouteoftheSystemRoutethroughanycity,identifiedinE
