主要是檢查模組上的電源插座是否有松動(dòng)。 如整塊模組出現(xiàn)顏色混亂或者色彩不一致（但有信號(hào)輸入，有正確的畫面）則為信號(hào)傳輸排縣接觸不良，重新插拔排線，或者更換測(cè)試過的排線。如更換良好的排線仍有同樣問題，請(qǐng)察看 ，如果LED亮，所測(cè)的燈是好的，如果燈不亮，所測(cè)的燈是壞的。UsemultimetercheckLEDwhetherdamage,ifligthbreakdownthenpressbelowthefifthitemchangelight.thedetailsofmethodasfollows:turnmultimetertoresistorX1,thepointerofmultimeterblackpenjoinedLED‘a(chǎn)node,redpenjoinedcathode（numberalblackpenjoinedcathode,redpenjoinedanode,ifLEDenlightened,thelightisOK,onthecontrary,thelightisbad.4LED壞點(diǎn)維護(hù)（失控點(diǎn)）LEDdamagemaintenance（outofcontrolpoint）經(jīng)過單燈檢測(cè)確認(rèn)為L(zhǎng)ED損壞，則根據(jù)實(shí)際需求，選擇性采用下列維護(hù)方法。GothroughsiglelightinspectedconfirmLEDbreakdown,thenaccordingtorealisticneed,selectivityusefollowingmaintenancemethod.4.1正面維護(hù)frontagemaintenance，取下面罩，進(jìn)行換燈（請(qǐng)按照用對(duì)應(yīng)型號(hào)的螺絲刀從正面將固定面罩螺絲去除掉（注留好意保螺絲），取下面罩，進(jìn)行換燈（請(qǐng)按照下面換燈方法換燈)，換燈和膠體密封結(jié)束后，將原面罩復(fù)原，上緊螺絲(上螺絲時(shí)請(qǐng)注意不要壓住燈)，最后如有膠體殘留在 ，拔掉信號(hào)排線，為安全請(qǐng)不要拔掉電源連接線，以防止意外，小心將模組從鈑金孔中取出，移到箱體背面，然后依照正面維護(hù)方法對(duì)單個(gè)模組進(jìn)行維護(hù)換燈(請(qǐng)按照下面換燈方法換燈)或者檢修其它。Usethecorrectscrewdrivertake-offthefixedfaceguardfromtheobverseside(payattentionretainthescrew),pulloutsignalparallel,becauseofthesaveproblemPleasenotpulloutpowerconnectedline,preventaccident,takemodulefrometalplateholecarefully,movetothebackofbox,thenaccordingtothefrontagedefendmethodtochangelightforsinglemodule(pleaseaccordingtothefollowmethodtochangelinht)orexamineandrepairothers.5換燈changelight將損壞LED周圍的膠體用尖利工具(如鑷子)去除掉，并使LED針腳清楚的表露在視線中，右手用鑷子夾住LED，左手用烙鐵(溫度大約為 40度左右，過高溫度將對(duì) LED造成損傷)接觸焊錫，并做稍許停留(不超過3秒鐘，如超過時(shí)間但并不達(dá)到拆卸要求，請(qǐng)冷卻后再重新嘗試)將焊錫融化，用鑷子將LED去掉。將符合要求的LED燈正確的插入PCB電路板的孔中，(LED燈的長(zhǎng)腳為正極，短腳為負(fù)極，PCB上方孔”為L(zhǎng)ED正極針腳插孔， 圓孔”為L(zhǎng)ED的負(fù)極針腳插孔)，將少許焊錫絲融化，黏合在烙鐵頭上，用鑷子調(diào)整好 LED方向，使其平穩(wěn)，將焊錫焊于
