1985?石油下井儀器溫度、壓力分級(jí)及其匹配?(1998年確認(rèn))。本標(biāo)準(zhǔn)與SY/T5099--1985相比,主要變化如下:——擴(kuò)展了原標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的范圍;一一去掉了原標(biāo)準(zhǔn)中11和2.2所對(duì)應(yīng)的局部?jī)?nèi)容;——修訂了原標(biāo)準(zhǔn)第1章和第2章的局部?jī)?nèi)容,并歸人了本標(biāo)準(zhǔn)第4章中;一一增加了第3章測(cè)井儀器環(huán)境條件,將測(cè)井儀器按照使用環(huán)境進(jìn)行分類、分組;——增加了第4章要求,對(duì)測(cè)井儀器環(huán)境試驗(yàn)及可靠性要求作出規(guī)定;——增加了第5章試驗(yàn)方法,包括試驗(yàn)設(shè)備、試驗(yàn)工程、試驗(yàn)步驟;一增加了第6章基準(zhǔn)工作條件。本標(biāo)準(zhǔn)由石油儀器儀表專業(yè)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化技術(shù)委員會(huì)提出并歸口。本標(biāo)準(zhǔn)起草單位:中國(guó)石油集團(tuán)測(cè)井。參加起草單位:西安石油勘探儀器總廠、石油工業(yè)儀器儀表質(zhì)量監(jiān)督檢驗(yàn)中心。本標(biāo)準(zhǔn)主要起草人:趙養(yǎng)真、張悅、陳鵬、魏五峰、何葆庵、漢澤西、王東旭。本標(biāo)準(zhǔn)所代替版本歷次發(fā)布情況為:——SY/T5099—1985。本標(biāo)準(zhǔn)以中文和英文兩種文字出版,當(dāng)英文和中文兩種版本有歧義時(shí),以中文版本為準(zhǔn)。ⅡSY/SY/W5099--2007石油測(cè)井儀器環(huán)境試驗(yàn)及可靠性要求1范圍本標(biāo)準(zhǔn)規(guī)定了石油測(cè)井儀器的環(huán)境試驗(yàn)及可靠性要求、試驗(yàn)方法。本標(biāo)準(zhǔn)適用于石油測(cè)井儀器的設(shè)計(jì)、制造及質(zhì)量評(píng)價(jià)。2標(biāo)準(zhǔn)性引用文件以下文件中的條款通過本標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的引用而成為本標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的條款。但凡注日期的引用文件,其隨后所有的修改單(不包括勘誤的內(nèi)容)或修訂版均不適用于本標(biāo)準(zhǔn),然而,鼓勵(lì)根據(jù)本標(biāo)準(zhǔn)達(dá)成協(xié)議的各方研究是否可使用這些文件的最新版本。但凡不注日期的引用文件,其最新版本適用于本標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。GB/T65872電子測(cè)量?jī)x器溫度試驗(yàn)GB/T6587.3電子測(cè)量?jī)x器濕度試驗(yàn)GB/T65874電子測(cè)量?jī)x器振動(dòng)試驗(yàn)GB/T65875電子測(cè)量?jī)x器沖擊試驗(yàn)GB/T65876電子測(cè)量?jī)x器運(yùn)輸試驗(yàn)SY/T5102石油勘探開發(fā)儀器根本環(huán)境試驗(yàn)方法試驗(yàn)K:高溫高壓試驗(yàn)3測(cè)井儀器環(huán)境條件3.1測(cè)井儀器環(huán)境分類測(cè)井儀器按照使用環(huán)境不同分為地面儀器A、下井儀器B兩類。3.2地面儀器環(huán)境分組地面儀器A類環(huán)境按工作條件分為兩組:a)A1組環(huán)境:有空調(diào)的工作環(huán)境。b)A2組環(huán)境:無(wú)空調(diào)的工作環(huán)境。3.3下井儀器環(huán)境分組下井儀器B類環(huán)境按照井內(nèi)最高工作溫度分為四組:a)B1組環(huán)境:125℃。b)B2組環(huán)境:155℃。c)B3組環(huán)境:175℃。d)B4組環(huán)境:200℃。注:本分組系選取最常用的下井儀器最高工作溫度,大于200。C或小于125℃的下井儀器環(huán)境還可參照表2、表3規(guī)定選擇。4要求4.1地面儀器地面儀器環(huán)境試驗(yàn)及可靠性要求,見表1。4.2下井儀器4.2.1下并儀器溫度、壓力分級(jí)下井儀器最高工作溫度分級(jí)為:85。(2,100。C,125。(7.,155。C,175。C,200。C,250|。C,315。C1SY/SY/T5099--2007400℃。下井儀器最大環(huán)境壓力分級(jí)為:3()MPa,40MPa,50MPa,6()MPa,70MPa,80MPa,100MPa120MPa,140MPa,160MPa,190MPa,220MPa,240MPa,300MPa。表1地面儀器環(huán)境試驗(yàn)及可靠性要求A類環(huán)境條件分組地面儀器環(huán)境試驗(yàn)工程A1 (2)式中:p——井下壓力,單位為兆帕(MPa);g——重力加速度,單位為米每二次方秒(g=98m/s2);^——井深,單位為米(m);p一鉆井液密度,單位為克每立方厘米(g/cm3)。4.2.3下井儀器溫度與壓力匹配下井儀器溫度與壓力的匹配按照井況分為裸眼井、油管套管井兩類a)裸眼井_F井儀器溫度與壓力匹配見表2。b)油管套管井下井儀器溫度與壓力匹配見表3。表2裸眼井溫度與壓力匹配壓力溫度 30085100125155175200250315400注:“*〞表示可選用的溫度與壓力匹配值。4.2.4下井儀器環(huán)境試驗(yàn)工程及可靠性要求下井儀器環(huán)境試驗(yàn)工程及可靠性要求見表4。5試驗(yàn)方法5.1試驗(yàn)設(shè)備試驗(yàn)所需的試驗(yàn)設(shè)備的準(zhǔn)確度及測(cè)量范圍等條件應(yīng)滿足所做試驗(yàn)工程的相應(yīng)要求。至少應(yīng)包括:a)常規(guī)測(cè)試儀表,包括數(shù)字萬(wàn)用表、雙蹤示波器、數(shù)字式頻率計(jì)等。b)專用下井儀器測(cè)試臺(tái)架。c)計(jì)算機(jī)系統(tǒng)。d)深度模擬器。e)遙傳短節(jié)和電纜模擬器。f)地面儀器。g)下井儀器。h)環(huán)境試驗(yàn)設(shè)備,包括溫度試驗(yàn)箱(容積至少是受測(cè)試儀器的三倍)/筒、振動(dòng)試驗(yàn)臺(tái)、沖擊試驗(yàn)臺(tái)、運(yùn)輸振動(dòng)試驗(yàn)臺(tái)、高溫高壓試驗(yàn)裝置等。5.2試驗(yàn)工程測(cè)井儀器各階段環(huán)境試驗(yàn)工程見表5。SY/SY/T5099--2007表4下井儀器環(huán)境試驗(yàn)及可靠性要求B類環(huán)境條件分組下井儀器環(huán)境試驗(yàn)工程B1 o注:“●〞為必檢工程;“O〞為可選擇抽檢工程;“一〞為不檢項(xiàng)曰。5.3工作溫度試驗(yàn)5.3.1低溫試驗(yàn)按照GB/T65872規(guī)定的方法進(jìn)行低溫試驗(yàn),試驗(yàn)時(shí)序見圖1。a)室溫下,對(duì)被測(cè)儀器進(jìn)行外觀檢查和性能檢測(cè)。b)初始檢測(cè)合格后將其放人溫度試驗(yàn)箱內(nèi),通電,測(cè)試;按表1或表4選取參數(shù),將溫度試驗(yàn)箱的溫度降至規(guī)定的下限工作溫度,恒溫2h后,進(jìn)行測(cè)試。c)將被測(cè)儀器拿出溫度試驗(yàn)箱,大氣常溫條件下恢復(fù)24h后,進(jìn)行測(cè)試。d)試驗(yàn)結(jié)束后,結(jié)果應(yīng)符合產(chǎn)品標(biāo)準(zhǔn)要求。5.3.2高溫試驗(yàn)按照GB/T65872規(guī)定的方法進(jìn)行高溫試驗(yàn),試驗(yàn)時(shí)序見圖1。a)室溫下,對(duì)被測(cè)儀器進(jìn)行外觀檢查和性能檢測(cè)。b)檢測(cè)合格后將其放人溫度試驗(yàn)箱內(nèi),通電,測(cè)試;按表1或表4選取參數(shù),進(jìn)行加溫,升溫過程中,在規(guī)定的溫度間隔點(diǎn)上進(jìn)行性能測(cè)試;當(dāng)溫度升至規(guī)定的上限工作溫度,恒溫2h后進(jìn)行測(cè)試。c)將溫度試驗(yàn)箱的溫度逐漸降低至室溫,進(jìn)行測(cè)試。d)試驗(yàn)結(jié)束后,結(jié)果應(yīng)符合產(chǎn)品標(biāo)準(zhǔn)要求。5.4貯存溫度試驗(yàn)按照GB/T65872規(guī)定的方法進(jìn)行貯存溫度試驗(yàn),試驗(yàn)時(shí)序見圖1。a)地面儀器按表1、下井儀器按表4選取參數(shù),進(jìn)行試驗(yàn)。b)試驗(yàn)結(jié)束后,結(jié)果應(yīng)符合產(chǎn)品標(biāo)準(zhǔn)要求。5.5濕度試驗(yàn)地面儀器根據(jù)表1選取參數(shù),按照GB/T65873規(guī)定的方法進(jìn)行濕度試驗(yàn),結(jié)果應(yīng)符合產(chǎn)品標(biāo)準(zhǔn)要求。5.6振動(dòng)試驗(yàn)按照GB/T6587.4規(guī)定的方法進(jìn)行振動(dòng)試驗(yàn)。a)試驗(yàn)前,對(duì)被測(cè)儀器進(jìn)行外觀檢查和性能檢測(cè)。SY/SY/T5099--20077正常 恢復(fù)圖1溫度試驗(yàn)時(shí)序圖b)將被測(cè)儀器固定在振動(dòng)試驗(yàn)臺(tái)上,不通電,按表1或表4選取參數(shù)進(jìn)行試驗(yàn)。c)試驗(yàn)結(jié)束后,對(duì)被測(cè)儀器進(jìn)行外觀檢查和性能檢測(cè),結(jié)果應(yīng)符合產(chǎn)品標(biāo)準(zhǔn)要求。5.7沖擊試驗(yàn)按照GB/T65875規(guī)定的方法進(jìn)行試驗(yàn)。a)試驗(yàn)前,對(duì)被測(cè)儀器進(jìn)行外觀檢查和性能檢測(cè)。b)將被測(cè)儀器固定在沖擊試驗(yàn)臺(tái)上,不通電,按表1或表4選取參數(shù)進(jìn)行試驗(yàn)。c)試驗(yàn)結(jié)束后,對(duì)被測(cè)儀器進(jìn)行外觀檢查和性能檢測(cè),結(jié)果應(yīng)符合產(chǎn)品標(biāo)準(zhǔn)要求。5.8運(yùn)輸試驗(yàn)按照GB/T65876規(guī)定的方法進(jìn)行試驗(yàn)。a)試驗(yàn)前,對(duì)被測(cè)儀器進(jìn)行外觀檢查和性能檢測(cè)。b)將被測(cè)儀器固定在運(yùn)輸振動(dòng)試驗(yàn)臺(tái)上,不通電,按表1或表4選取參數(shù)進(jìn)行試驗(yàn)。c)試驗(yàn)結(jié)束后,對(duì)被測(cè)儀器進(jìn)行外觀檢查和性能檢測(cè),結(jié)果應(yīng)符合產(chǎn)品標(biāo)準(zhǔn)要求。5.9壓力試驗(yàn)壓力試驗(yàn)時(shí)序按照?qǐng)D2進(jìn)行。a)檢查儀器密封性能和外觀,無(wú)異常后,將被試儀器放人高壓試驗(yàn)裝置內(nèi)。b)按422選取參數(shù),將壓力逐漸升到額定值,最高壓力下恒壓30min,再降至正常大氣壓。c)試驗(yàn)結(jié)束后,取出儀器,檢查外觀應(yīng)無(wú)變形、無(wú)損傷,密封無(wú)滲漏;絕緣性能及電性能應(yīng)符合產(chǎn)品標(biāo)準(zhǔn)要求。5.10高溫高壓試驗(yàn)按照SY/T5102規(guī)定的方法進(jìn)行高溫高壓試驗(yàn),試驗(yàn)時(shí)序見圖3。a)試驗(yàn)前,對(duì)被測(cè)儀器進(jìn)行外觀檢查和性能檢測(cè)。b)初始檢測(cè)合格后,將被測(cè)儀器放入高溫高壓試驗(yàn)筒內(nèi);假設(shè)有需要,那么將引線引出與地而儀器連接,按表2或表3選取參數(shù),升溫、升壓達(dá)額定值,恒溫恒壓保持30min后開始降溫、降壓,自然冷卻至85℃以下時(shí),可泄壓;試驗(yàn)過程中,如果需要,可進(jìn)行性能檢測(cè)。c)試驗(yàn)結(jié)束后,被測(cè)儀器恢復(fù)到室溫后,通電榆測(cè),結(jié)果應(yīng)符合產(chǎn)品標(biāo)準(zhǔn)要求。5.n連續(xù)工作時(shí)間試驗(yàn)5.11.1初始檢測(cè)常溫下,被測(cè)儀器與所需沒備儀表連接好后,通電、預(yù)熱穩(wěn)定;然后按產(chǎn)品標(biāo)準(zhǔn)規(guī)定進(jìn)行性能SY/SY/T5099--2007額定試驗(yàn)壓力n/75%p/50%p 時(shí)聞m.圖3高溫高壓試驗(yàn)時(shí)序圖檢測(cè)。5.11.2過程檢測(cè)初始檢測(cè)合格后,儀器連續(xù)運(yùn)行時(shí)間按表1、表4或產(chǎn)品標(biāo)準(zhǔn)規(guī)定選取。其中a)地面儀器應(yīng)每隔4h進(jìn)行一次測(cè)井功能測(cè)試;b)下井儀器應(yīng)每隔2h進(jìn)行一次儀器性能測(cè)試。5.11.3最后檢測(cè)試驗(yàn)結(jié)束后,對(duì)被測(cè)儀器進(jìn)行性能測(cè)試,結(jié)果應(yīng)符合產(chǎn)品標(biāo)準(zhǔn)要求。5.12平均故障間隔時(shí)間試驗(yàn)5.12.1平均故障間隔時(shí)間計(jì)算被測(cè)試儀器的平均故障間隔時(shí)問以MTBF表示。其計(jì)算公式為:MTBF3f∑f。1/N -‘ (3)式中:MTBF 平均故障間隔時(shí)間,單位為小時(shí)(h);ti——被測(cè)試儀器第i次的累計(jì)故障間隔時(shí)間,單位為小時(shí)(h);SY/SY/T5099--2007N 試驗(yàn)過程被測(cè)試儀器故障的總次數(shù),N為自然數(shù)。對(duì)在試驗(yàn)過程中從開機(jī)到關(guān)機(jī)結(jié)束試驗(yàn),無(wú)故障發(fā)生的所有被測(cè)試儀器總的故障次數(shù),按N=1取值。5.12.2平均故障間隔時(shí)間試驗(yàn)根本方法在正常室溫環(huán)境條件F,試驗(yàn)前:產(chǎn)品的各項(xiàng)功能應(yīng)符合產(chǎn)品技術(shù)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的要求。進(jìn)行故障間隔時(shí)間試驗(yàn),包括:a)選取假設(shè)f:臺(tái)(支)儀器,通電,使儀器均處于正常工作狀態(tài),并按規(guī)定對(duì)被測(cè)試儀器進(jìn)行監(jiān)測(cè)。b)如發(fā)現(xiàn)某臺(tái)被測(cè)儀器出現(xiàn)故障,應(yīng)及時(shí)統(tǒng)計(jì)故障次數(shù),記錄故障間隔時(shí)間,排除故障后的儀器可繼續(xù)進(jìn)行試驗(yàn),累計(jì)工作時(shí)間。c)被測(cè)儀器的平均故障間隔時(shí)間按式(3)計(jì)算,結(jié)果應(yīng)符合表1、表4或產(chǎn)品標(biāo)準(zhǔn)要求。5.12.3地面儀器故障間隔時(shí)間試驗(yàn)按照5122方法進(jìn)行試驗(yàn)。a)將被測(cè)地面儀器與專用裝置或組合F井儀器連接,通電。b)連續(xù)運(yùn)行測(cè)井程序,檢測(cè)功能,每隔4h測(cè)試一次,結(jié)果應(yīng)符合表1或產(chǎn)品標(biāo)準(zhǔn)要求。5.12.4下井儀器故障間隔時(shí)間試驗(yàn)按照5122方法進(jìn)行試驗(yàn)。a)將被測(cè)下井儀器放人溫度試驗(yàn)箱,與測(cè)試臺(tái)架連接,通電;連續(xù)運(yùn)行檢測(cè)程序,測(cè)試性能。b)按532規(guī)定加溫,最高溫度達(dá)額定值的90%,每隔8h重復(fù)一次加溫、恒溫、降溫過程,測(cè)試,結(jié)果應(yīng)符合表4或產(chǎn)品標(biāo)準(zhǔn)要求。6基準(zhǔn)工作條件基準(zhǔn)工作條件的基準(zhǔn)值、公差及范圍見表6。表6基準(zhǔn)工作條件序號(hào)
