First第二次開1Firstly,rinsethedeviceandpipesbecausethereisweldingresidueandcontaminationbeforethefirstrunning.Openthehumanholeandtightentheaccessoriesinsidedevice.Ensurenotlackaccessoriesandclosethe打開設(shè)備的人孔法蘭將設(shè)備內(nèi)的零件重新緊固，并確認(rèn)罐內(nèi)部件（帽等）OpenthedrainvalveandclosetheproductIntakewaterafteropentheinletvalveandairventvalvetillwaterdischargesfromairventvalve,thenclosetheventvalve.Rinsetilloutflowisclear.2FillingwithresinsFillwithcationresinsandanionresinsincorrectorderaccordingtothehightofdesign,thenflattenit.Intermediatedraindeviceisthebaselineofthecationresin,underthealkalidevice200mmisthebaselineoftheanionresin.Closethehumanholeafterfillingwith布堿裝置支管以下200mm為陰樹脂基準(zhǔn)線。濾料裝填完畢后封閉人孔。3、Newresinstreataccordingto4、Differencebetweeninletpressureandoutletpressureisnotmorethan0.5MPa.Checktheread-outofflowmeters. 0.5MPa，檢驗(yàn)進(jìn)出水的流量顯示Quarter3Operation第三作說Thedescriptionisusedtoaccountnormaloperationofthemixedbed.TheoperationandparameterofthespecificDMstationwillreferencetoTestandoperationinstruction.StarttheMBsupplypump，thenopeninletvalveandairventvalvetofacilitatethewaterflowintothevessle.Whenitisfullofwater,closetheairventvalveandopenthedrainvalve,thenstabilizetheflowratetoreachworkflowrate.，Productwatertillthequalitymeetstheproductingwaterstandard.Opentheoutletvalveandcloserinsevalve,stabilizetheflowratetothesetvaluetilltheendoftheservicecycle.BackwashPre-layered：closetheinletvalveandoutletvalve；Openthetopvalveandthebackwashvalve,controlthewaterlinearvelocityas10meterperhourtolayertheresin.Analternativetocontroltheflowrateistofluidizetheresinbuttheresinparticleisnotflushedout,tillthecationresinandtheanionresinhavebeenlayed.Invalid：stopproducewater，openthealkaliregeneratevalve,alkaliintakevalveofmixedbed,drainvalve,startregeneratepump,openthealkaliintakevalveofalkali,controltheflowrateaabout5m/h,controlthetemperatureofalkaliabout40～45℃,fiveminuteslaterclosethealkaliintakevalveofalkali,andthreeminuteslaterreturntothenextstep.失效：停止制水，打開堿再生水注入閥，混床進(jìn)堿閥、下排閥，啟動再生泵，打開堿計(jì)量箱堿注入閥，以5m/h流速注入，控制再生液溫度40～45℃，5分鐘后關(guān)閉堿注入閥，再過3分鐘，轉(zhuǎn)入下一步。Backwashlayered：closethealkaliintakevalveofalkali,alkaliintakevalveofmixedbed,drainvalve,startintermediatepump，openthetopvalve,backwashvalve,controltheflowrateaabout10m/htobackwashandlayered,tilltheresinisCompleylayered.Whenthebackwashisend,closethebackwashvalveslowlytomaketheresindropsolelytoreachthebesteffectoftheresinlayer.Drop：closethetopvalve,backwashvalve,stopintermediatepump,opentheventvalve,drainvalve,tomaketheresindropslowlyandevenly,anddroptheleveltoresinsurfacemorethanabout200mm.的樹脂自然、均勻地沉降下來，并將容器內(nèi)液面降至樹脂面以上200mm位置。Regenerationinject：usesynchronizedregeneration,closetheventvalve,valve,openthealkaliintakevalveofalkaliandtheacidintakevalveofacid,intakevalveandalkaliintakevalveofmixedbed,startregeneratepump,controltheflowrateaabout5m/h,controlthetemperatureofalkaliabout40～45℃isbetter,accordingtoactualneedstimetodetermine.的再生水溫度加熱至40～45℃可以取得更好的再生效果。Replacement：closethealkaliintakevalveofalkaliandtheacidintakevalveofacid,toreplacementrinseforabout30minutes.Drain：closevalveandpump，openventvalve,drainvalve,drainwatertilltheleveltoresinsurfacemorethanabout200mm.樹脂層上200mm位置處。Mixed：closedrainvalve,opentopvalveandairinletvalve,controlairpressureabout0.1～0.15Mpa，mixfor2minutes(confirmtheresinhavefullymixed).混合時間2分鐘（確認(rèn)容器內(nèi)兩種樹脂已充分混合）。Drain：closeairinletvalve,open drainvalve;drainwatertilltheleveltoresinsurface,thendrainquicklytopreventresinreseparateanddehydration.Startsecondaryfreshwaterpumpandthenopeninletvalveofmixedbed,Whenthevesselisfullofwaterclosetheairventvalveandopentherinsevalve,keeptherinseflowrateapproximayastheserviceone.Therinsestepcontinuedtillthatoutletconductivityreachtherequiredvalue,thenthevesselcantransfertoserviceorstandby.Quarter bed混床再Conductivityofoutlet3.1Newresins3.1新樹脂的預(yù)Newrawmaterialscontainedintheresinandcarriedbytheexcessimpuritiessuchasthereactionproductsofplete,whentheresinwithwater,acid,alkalisolutioncontact,theseimpurities(suchassulfonicacid.Amines,etc.)willentersolution,therebycontaminationaffectingwaterqualityandprocessperformanceresins.Therefore,thenewresinispretreatedbeforeusetoremovesolubleimpuritiesnewresinsurface影響樹脂的工藝性能。因此,新樹脂在使用之前應(yīng)進(jìn)行預(yù)處理,以除去新樹脂表面的Ifthenewresinusedinthefoodorpharmaceuticalindustry,watertreatmentsystems,itisbesttouse2-3timesthevolumeofresinsaturatedsaltwatersoakfor20hours,washedwithtapwatertoneutral.2-5%hydrochloricacidandthensoakingorlowflowtreatmenttoremoveiron,and2-5%causticsodasolutionwithalowfloworimmersiontreatmenttoremoveorganicimpuritiesintheresin,andofcleanwatertothechemicaloxygendeman
