Company’slong-termplanning:fullautomationproduction模具不侵侵做單一單色模，單一雙色模。還要做一模多色生產(chǎn)。多色的產(chǎn)品在一次射出時(shí)完成所有動(dòng)作。（有移動(dòng)呵仔、有機(jī)械手傳送產(chǎn)品）。把單色模與雙色模串並生產(chǎn)，來提高生產(chǎn)力。

Thecompanywillestablishspecialworkshopformoldtrialvalidationtotestcomprehensivelymoldfullautomation.Oncetestsucceed,delivermoldtoproductiondepartment.模具部已增添高精密設(shè)備：全自動(dòng)檢測(cè)帶全自動(dòng)抄數(shù)3D的“三次元”（提高3D及2D的精準(zhǔn)度）。沙迪克慢走絲及高速加工中心（所有模具零配件做到按圖加工，做到標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化一流模式。模具再河北及其它地方生產(chǎn)，修模配件由深圳抄圖加工並寄給組裝即可。）
