第二章獎勵標(biāo)準(zhǔn)與申請條件Chapter2Rewardstandardsandapplicationrequirements第四條優(yōu)秀留學(xué)生獎勵標(biāo)準(zhǔn)為每位獲獎?wù)遆X元。TheExcellentInternationalStudents'rewardstandardisstandardisstandardisstandardisstandardisXXRMBeach、第五條standardisXXRMBeach、第五條第五條第五條優(yōu)秀留學(xué)生生基本申請條件ThebasicapplicationrequirementsforExcellentInternationalStudents1、遵紀(jì)守法，遵守學(xué)校規(guī)章制度；第五條優(yōu)秀留學(xué)生生基本申請條件Abidetothelawsandobservetherulesandregulationsofuniversity>2、誠實守信，道德品質(zhì)優(yōu)良，恪守科學(xué)精神，無學(xué)術(shù)不端行為；Behonestandtrustworthywithnoacademicmisconducts、3、按時注冊、繳納學(xué)費(fèi)；Completetheregistrationontimeandpaythetuitionontime4、學(xué)習(xí)成績優(yōu)異，科研能力強(qiáng)，發(fā)展?jié)摿ν怀?；Excellentacademicgrades,strongscientificresearchability,andoutstandingpotentialdevelopment、第六條優(yōu)秀留學(xué)生（本科生）申請條件ApplicationRequirementsforExcellentInternationalStudentsforundergraduateprogram、1、本科一年級學(xué)生不申請，原則上本科三年級及以上學(xué)生可以申請,以畢業(yè)年級學(xué)生優(yōu)先（原則上在基本修業(yè)年限內(nèi)）。Thisawardismainlyaimingatgraduatingyearstudents（withinthebasicacademicyearsinprinciple）、Fortheparticularoutstandingstudents,theapplicationgradelimitscanbelowered、2、申請與評定的依據(jù)為申報者的日常表現(xiàn)得分（占百分之X）、學(xué)習(xí)成績（占百分之X）、其他獎勵得分之和，具體評分標(biāo)準(zhǔn)參見《優(yōu)秀留學(xué)生綜合評分標(biāo)準(zhǔn)》。Themainaccordanceforapplicationandevaluationdependsonthesumofapplicant,sscoresofdailyperformances,studygradesandotherawards>ThespecificevaluationstandardsshouldbereferredtotheComprehensiveEvaluationStandardofExcellentInternationalStudents;第七條優(yōu)秀留學(xué)生（碩士或博士研究生）申請條件ApplicationConditionsforExcellentInternationalStudentsformasteranddoctoralprogram、1、研究生一年級學(xué)生不申請，原則上研究生二年級及以上學(xué)生可以申請，以畢業(yè)年級學(xué)生優(yōu)先（原則上在基本修業(yè)年限內(nèi)）Thisawardismainlyaimingatgraduatingyearstudents（withinthebasicacademicyearsinprinciple）、Fortheparticularoutstandingstudentswhohavescientificresearchachievements,theapplicationgradelimitscanbelowered、2、申請與評定的依據(jù)為申報者的日常表現(xiàn)得分（占百分之X）、學(xué)習(xí)成績（占百分之X）、其他獎勵得分與學(xué)術(shù)論文得分之和，具體評分標(biāo)準(zhǔn)參見《優(yōu)秀留學(xué)生綜合評分標(biāo)準(zhǔn)》；Theaccordanceforapplicationandevaluationdependsonthesumofapplicants'scoresofdailyperformances,studygrades,otherawardsandtheacademicpapers>ThespecificevaluationstandardsshouldbereferredtotheComprehensiveEvaluationStandardofExcellentInternationalStudents;3、評選優(yōu)秀留學(xué)生所涉及各種成果及獎勵，本科生應(yīng)為本科學(xué)習(xí)階段所獲得的成果及獎勵；研究生應(yīng)為研究生學(xué)習(xí)階段所獲得的成果及獎勵。對于已使用過的成果和獎勵，如已獲得過“優(yōu)秀留學(xué)生”稱號者，Theachievementsandawardsinvolvedintheselectionoftheexcellentinternationalstudentsshouldbeobtainedonlyduringthestudyperiodandcanbeusedonlyonce>第八條有下列情形之一者，不能申請優(yōu)秀留學(xué)生：ThestudentwithanyofthefollowingfeaturescannotapplyfortheExcellentInternationalStudents1、在參評學(xué)年內(nèi)，違法違紀(jì)或受到校級警告及以上紀(jì)律處分者；Anyrecordsofbreakingthelawsanddisciplinesorgettingwarningsatuniversityleveloraboveintheparticipatingschoolyear;2、培養(yǎng)方案所規(guī)定課程成績不合格者；Anyrecordsoffailingtopasstheprescribedcourseoftrainingprogram;3、存在剽竊、作假、提供虛假信息等學(xué)術(shù)失范行為者；Anyrecordsofthefollowingfeatures:plagiarism,dishonesty,falsifiedinformationprovidedandotheracademicmisconducts、5、超過最長學(xué)習(xí)年限者；Morethanthelongestperiodoftheuniversityyears>第三章評審委員會Chapter3theevaluationcommittee第九條學(xué)校成立優(yōu)秀留學(xué)生評審委員會。評審委員會由校主管領(lǐng)導(dǎo)、相關(guān)職能部門負(fù)責(zé)人、院所負(fù)責(zé)人代表、導(dǎo)師代表等人員組成，負(fù)責(zé)統(tǒng)籌領(lǐng)導(dǎo)、協(xié)調(diào)和監(jiān)督各項評審工作，裁決有關(guān)申訴事項。TheUniversityhasestablishedtheevaluationcommitteeofExcellentInternationalStudents、Thecommitteeconsistsofleadersoftheuniversity,superintendentoftherelevantdepartments,representativesofinstitutionsandsupervisors>Theyareresponsibleforcoordinatingandsupervisingtheassessmentjobandadjudicatingthecomplaints、第十條學(xué)校優(yōu)秀留學(xué)生評審委員會必須堅持“公平、公正、無私、保密”原則，認(rèn)真審閱材料，秉公評審，并對評審結(jié)果和意見保密。TheevaluationcommitteeofExcellentInternationalStudentswillsticktotheprincipleoffairness,justice,selflessnessandconfidentiality>Thecommitteemustreviewthematerialcarefully,evaluateimpartiallyandkeeptheresultsandopinionsconfidentially>第四章評審原則與程序Evaluationprincipleandprocedure第十一條評審原則Evaluationprinciple1、分類評審。優(yōu)秀留學(xué)生按照本科生、碩士生、博士生分類進(jìn)行評審。Classificationevaluation:ExcellentInternationalStudentsareevaluatedaccordingtotheclassificationofdoctoralstudents,masterstudentsandbachelorstudents、2、評審標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。綜合評價分?jǐn)?shù)由日常表現(xiàn)、學(xué)習(xí)成績、其他獎勵、學(xué)術(shù)論文的實際得分組成。Evaluationstandards:Thecomprehensiveevaluationdependsonthesumofapplicants'scoresofdailyperformance,studygrades,otherawardsandacademicpapers3、會議評審。評審采用無記名投票方式，同意的票數(shù)超過參會人員一半及以上，視為通過，按照同意得票高低確定獲獎人員。Reviewmeeting:Thereviewwillbeconductedbysecretballot、Ifthenumberoftheagreedvotesreachmorethanhalfoftheparticipants,itwillberegardedasapass>Andthefinalawardedlistwillbedeterminedaccordingtotherankofthenumberoftheagreedvotes、第十二條評審程序Evaluationprocedure1、個人申請。符合條件的研究生如實填寫《優(yōu)秀留學(xué)生申請審批表》，向留學(xué)生辦公室提出申請。IndividualApplication:GraduateswhoqualifiedtheconditionsshouldfillintheApplicationFormforExcellentInternationalStudentshonestlyandcorrectlyandraisetheapplicationdocumentstotheInternationalStudentsOffice>2、導(dǎo)師推薦。按照導(dǎo)師推薦人選，候選名單須在國合處網(wǎng)站及留學(xué)生公寓公示7個工作日。Recommendationofsupervisors:Accordingtotherecommendationsofsupervisors,thecandidatelistwillbepostedonthewebsiteofInternationalOfficeandinthedormitoryofinternationalstudentsfor7workdays>3、學(xué)校評審。推薦人選公示無異議后，學(xué)校評審委員會對推薦人選進(jìn)行終審，審定結(jié)果在全校范圍內(nèi)公示7個工作日。Universityevaluation:Thelistwillbedeliveredtotheevaluationcommitteeifthereisnoobjectiontowardsthelist>Theuniversityevaluationcommitteewillmakethefinalevaluationandthefinalresultswillbepostedforsevenworkdaysintheuniversity>第十三條對學(xué)校評審結(jié)果存在異議者，可直接向?qū)W校評審委員會提出申訴，學(xué)校評審委員會及時處理并做出回復(fù)。Anyonewhohasdoubtsabouttheresultscanraisetheobjectionstotheuniversityevaluationcommitteeandthecommitteewilldealwiththeproblemintimeandmakearesponse>第五章其他OtherItems第十四條優(yōu)秀留學(xué)生獎項于每年暑假前發(fā)放給獲獎學(xué)生，并頒發(fā)榮譽(yù)證書，同時載入學(xué)生檔案。TheawardsofExc
