Theperiodofservicewillbe ThedutiesofPartyB(SeeTHEAPPENDIXOFSTANDARDWORKCONTRACTFORFOREIGNTEACHERS)PartyB'smonthlysalarywillbe￥6000乙方在甲方工作期間月工資為：￥6000元，以形式支付PartyA'sPartyAshallintroducetoPartyBthelaws,decreesandrelevantregulationsenactedbytheChineseernment,thePartyA'worksystemandregulationsconcerningadministrationofforeignexperts. PartyAshallconductdirection,supervisionandevaluationofPartyB'sPartyAshallprovidePartyBwithnecessaryworkingandlivingPartyAshallprovidePartyBwithanassistantforworkingandlivingPartyAshallpayPartyB'ssalaryregularlybythe甲方應(yīng)向乙方每月按期工資PartyB's PartyBshallobservethelaws,decreesandrelevantregulationsenactedbytheChineseernmentandshallnotinterfereinChina'sinternalaffairs.乙方必須遵守中國的法律、和將關(guān)規(guī)定，不PartyBshallobservePartyA'sworksystemandregulationsconcerningadministrationofforeignexpertsandshallacceptPartyA'sarrangement,direction,supervisionandevaluationinregardtohis/herwork.WithoutPartyA'sconsent,PartyBshallnotrenderserviceelsewhereorholdconcurrentlyanypostunrelatedtotheworkagreedonwithParty作方面的安排、指導(dǎo)、監(jiān)督和評價。甲方批準(zhǔn)，乙方不得從事任何工作。PartyBshallcompletethetasksagreedonscheduleandguaranteethequalityof PartyBshallrespectChina'sreligiouspolicy,andshallnotconductreligiousactivitiespatiblewiththestatusofanexpert.乙方必須遵守中國的政策，不允許從事與外籍專家不符的PartyBshallrespecttheChinesepeople'smoralstandardsand乙方必須尊重的道德規(guī)范和風(fēng)俗習(xí)慣IfPartyBhasanycontagiousorseriousdiseases,orifPartyBisfemaleinpregnancy,childbirthorbabynursingperiod,PartyBhasthedutytoinformPartyAbeforethecontractissignedsothatPartyAcanprovidespecialcaretoPartyB.Otherwise,PartyAwillnotbearanyrelatedresponsibilities.乙方嚴(yán)重疾病或傳染性疾病、或者女性有懷孕、待產(chǎn)、哺乳等情況，必須在簽訂合同之前，向甲方如實(shí)，否則造成由乙方承擔(dān)全部責(zé)任。Revision,CancellationandTerminationoftheBothpartiesshouldabidebythecontractandshouldrefrainfromrevising,orterminatingthecontractwithoutmutualconsent(exceptthatmentionedinVI,VI條第六款所規(guī)定的情況除外。Thecontractcanberevised,canceled,orterminatedwithmutualconsent.Beforebothpartieshavereachedanagreement,thecontractshouldbestrictlyobserved.PartyAhastherighttocancelthecontractwithawrittennoticetoPartyBunderthefollowingconditions;在以下情況下，甲方以形式通知乙方終止合同PartyBdoesnotfulfillthecontractordoesnotfulfillthecontractobligationsaccordingtothetermsstipulated,andhasfailedtoamendafterPartyAhaspointeditout.乙方?jīng)]有完成合同中所規(guī)定的內(nèi)容，或者經(jīng)甲方提醒仍沒有履行合同中所規(guī)定Accordingtothedoctor'sdiagnosis,PartyBcannotresumenormalworkafteracontinued30daysickleave.30PartyBhastherighttocancelthecontractwithawrittennoticetopartyAunderthefollowingconditions:在以下情況下，乙方以形式通知甲方終止合同PartyAhasnotprovidedPartyBwithnecessaryworkingandlivingconditionsasstipulatedinthecontract.PartyAhasnotpaidPartyBas甲方?jīng)]有按期向乙方勞務(wù)BreachWheneitherofthetwopartiesfailstofulfillthecontractorfailstofulfillthecontractobligationsaccordingtothetermsstipulated,thatis,breaksthecontract,itmustpayabreachpenaltyof￥50000RMB.任何一方不能按照合同中所規(guī)定內(nèi)容執(zhí)行，都將視為違約。違約方應(yīng)承擔(dān)￥50000元的違約金。IfPartyBaskstocancelthecontractduetoeventsbeyondcontrol,itshouldproducecertificationsbythedepartmentconcerned,obtainPartyA'sconsent,andpayitsownreturnexpenses;IfPartyBcancelsthecontractwithoutvalidreason,itshouldpayitsownreturnexpensesandpaybreachpenaltytoPartyA.IfPartyAaskstocancelthecontractduetoeventsbeyondcontrol,withtheconsentofPartyB,itshouldpayPartyB'sreturnexpenses;ifPartyAcancelsthecontractwithoutvalidreason,itshouldpayPartyB'sreturnexpensesandpayabreachpenaltytoPartyB.Theappendixofthiscontractisaninseparablepartofthecontractandhasequaleffect本 日(PassportofParty（乙方護(hù)照THEAPPENDIXSTANDARDWORKCONTRACTFORFOREIGNⅠRequiredworkassignmentoftheemployedPreparelessonswellpriortoConductEnglishAssessstudents'Takeanactivepartinstudents'extra-curriculumactivitiesoftheemployingⅡThesalaryDirectMonetarysalaryRMB/month.Thesalarywillbepaidonthe20thofeachmonthfromthedayofstartingworktotheexpirationofthecontract.Incasethetimeisshorterthanawholemonth,thepaymentshallbecountedbydayThedailywageshallbe1/30ofthemonthlysalarythesamewithFebruary).每月以形式支付工資。工資日期為合同簽訂后一直到合同期滿之間每月20日。如果遇到不滿一個月，按照天數(shù)計(jì)算工資，此時每日工資為月工資的1/30（二月IndirectTheemployingpartyagreestoprovidehousingconditionsandpayforthewaterandTheemployingpartyagreestopaytwiceforthedomestictraveling3)TheemployingpartyagreestoaffordholidaysWorkTime,RestandTheworktimeoftheemployedpartyshallbe40hourseveryweek(two-dayweekend)Iftheworktimecannotreachtheabove-mentionedamount,PartyAcanarrangeforPartyBsomeotherconcernedworkoractivities,otherwise,theemployedpartyshouldbepaidashavingreachedit.Iftheemployingpartyarrangesovertimeworkforthepartyemployed,itwillpaytheemployedpartyasalaryhigherthanthatnormalworktimeaccordingtolegalstandard.Theexactpaymentshouldbenegotiatedbetweenthetwoparties.如果雇用方安排受雇方從事工作量以外的工作，TheemployedpartyisentitledtothefollowingpaidholidaysandfestivalsinNewYear'sDay,SpringFestival,MayDay,NationalDayandotherholidaysstipulatedbylawsregulations.受雇方享有以下假期和假日元旦，春節(jié)，“五·一”勞動節(jié)，節(jié)以及法律、中所規(guī)定的其他節(jié)日Sickleaveandprivateaffairsfromdoctorsforforeignersappointedbythehostinstitutionshouldbepresentedwhentheemployedpartyasksforsickleave.受雇方請病假應(yīng)持有雇用方指定的醫(yī)療機(jī)構(gòu)開具的醫(yī)Privateaffairsleaveoftheemployedpartyshallbeapprovedbytheemployingparty.TheemployingpartywilldeductthesalarybydayInthecontractterm,theprivateaffairsleavesshouldnotexceed10days.Thecontinuousprivateaffairsleaveshallbenomorethan3days,andtwodays'salarywillbedeductedforeachdaythereafter
