動載觸發(fā)高靜載盤區(qū)大巷力-能響應特征及失穩(wěn)沖擊機理摘要:隨著機器工程的發(fā)展,大量工程機械在日常操作中受到動載和靜載的影響。本研究利用實驗室實際測試和數(shù)值模擬分析的數(shù)據(jù),深入探討了動載和靜載對于盤區(qū)大巷力的影響,并解析了特征及失穩(wěn)沖擊機理。實驗結(jié)果表明,動載對于盤區(qū)大巷力的影響要遠遠大于靜載。在動載作用下,盤區(qū)大巷力的變化可分為快速反應期和緩慢逐漸失穩(wěn)期。靜載的影響相對較小,主要體現(xiàn)在盤區(qū)大巷力對于不同靜載承載能力的變化大小不同。同時,本研究首次提出了能響應特征及失穩(wěn)沖擊機理,通過數(shù)值模擬分析,解析了這些機理與動載和靜載的關(guān)系。研究成果對于工程機械操作安全具有重要意義。

Abstract:Withthedevelopmentofmechanicalengineering,alargenumberofconstructionmachinesareaffectedbydynamicloadsandstaticloadsindailyoperations.Thisstudyusedthedatafromlaboratoryexperimentsandnumericalsimulationstoexploretheinfluenceofdynamicloadsandstaticloadsonthelarge-cutforceofthediscarea,andanalyzedthecharacteristicsandinstabilityimpactmechanism.Theexperimentalresultsshowedthattheinfluenceofdynamicloadsonthelarge-cutforceofthediscareawasmuchgreaterthanthatofstaticloads.Undertheactionofdynamicloads,thechangeofthelarge-cutforceofthediscareacanbedividedintoarapidresponseperiodandaslowlygraduallyunstableperiod.Theinfluenceofstaticloadswasrelativelysmall,mainlyreflectedinthedifferentchangesinthesizeofthelarge-cutforceofthediscareafordifferentstaticload-bearingcapacities.Atthesametime,thisstudyfirstproposedtheresponsecharacteristicsandinstabilityimpactmechanism,andanalyzedtherelationshipbetweenthesemechanismsanddynamicloadsandstaticloadsthroughnumericalsimulationanalysis.Theresearchresultshaveimportantsignificanceforthesafetyofconstructionmachineryoperation.
