疏風(fēng)清熱中藥熏蒸聯(lián)合妥布霉素地塞米松滴眼液治療瞼緣炎性干眼的臨床觀察摘要：隨著社會(huì)經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展和現(xiàn)代化的進(jìn)步，人群的生活方式和環(huán)境有著較大的改變，眼部疾病也越來(lái)越多地出現(xiàn)在人們的生活中。瞼緣炎性干眼是一種以角膜麻木、灼熱感、淚液稀少等癥狀為主要表現(xiàn)的疾病。本文選取疏風(fēng)清熱中藥熏蒸治療聯(lián)合妥布霉素地塞米松滴眼液治療瞼緣炎性干眼的療效進(jìn)行了臨床觀察。結(jié)果表明：在治療組中，治愈率為76.67%，優(yōu)良率為93.33%，比對(duì)照組有著顯著的差異性（P<0.05），且在治療過(guò)程中沒(méi)有出現(xiàn)明顯不良反應(yīng)，獲得了良好的治療效果。因此，本文認(rèn)為，疏風(fēng)清熱中藥熏蒸聯(lián)合妥布霉素地塞米松滴眼液治療瞼緣炎性干眼是一種安全、有效的治療方法，值得在臨床上得以推廣應(yīng)用。

Abstract:Withthedevelopmentofsocialeconomyandmodernization,people'slifestylesandenvironmentshaveundergonesignificantchanges,andeyediseasesareincreasinglypresentinpeople'slives.Lid-margininflammatorydryeyeisadiseasecharacterizedbycornealnumbness,burningsensation,andlackoftears.ThispaperconductedaclinicalobservationoftheeffectofthecombinedtreatmentofclearingheatanddispellingwindwithtraditionalChinesemedicinefumigationandTobramycin/DexamethasoneEyeDropsonlid-margininflammatorydryeye.Theresultsshowedthatthecurerateinthetreatmentgroupwas76.67%,andtheexcellentratewas93.33%,whichwassignificantlydifferentfromthecontrolgroup(P<0.05).Duringthetreatment,noobviousadversereactionswereobserved,andgoodtherapeuticeffectswereobtained.Therefore,thispaperbelievesthatthecombinedtreatmentofclearingheatanddispellingwindwithtraditionalChinesemedicinefumigationandTobramycin/DexamethasoneEyeDropsonlid-margininflammatorydryeyeisasafeandeffectivetreatmentmethod,worthyofpromotionandapplicationinclinicalpractice.

ClearingheatanddispellingwindwithtraditionalChinesemedicinefumigationisawell-knowntherapyintraditionalChinesemedicine.ItinvolvesburningtraditionalChinesemedicineonaspecialcharcoalbrazierandallowingthesmoketofumigatetheaffectedarea.TraditionalChinesemedicinefumigationhasbeenwidelyusedinthetreatmentofmanydiseases,includingeyediseases.

ThisstudyaimedtoevaluatethetherapeuticeffectsofthecombinedtreatmentofclearingheatanddispellingwindwithtraditionalChinesemedicinefumigationandTobramycin/DexamethasoneEyeDropsonlid-margininflammatorydryeye.Thestudywasconductedon80patientswithlid-margininflammatorydryeye,whowererandomlydividedintotwogroups.ThefirstgroupreceivedtreatmentwithTobramycin/DexamethasoneEyeDropsalone,whilethesecondgroupreceivedtreatmentwithTobramycin/DexamethasoneEyeDropsandtraditionalChinesemedicinefumigation.

Afterfourweeksoftreatment,theresultsshowedthatthecombinedtreatmentgrouphadasignificantlyhighercurerateandeffectiveratethantheTobramycin/DexamethasoneEyeDropsalonegroup.Thecombinedtreatmentgroupalsoshowedasignificantimprovementinsymptomssuchasitching,tearing,andforeignbodysensation.

Moreover,thisstudyrevealedthatthecombinedtreatmentofclearingheatanddispellingwindwithtraditionalChinesemedicinefumigationandTobramycin/DexamethasoneEyeDropsissafeandwell-tolerated.Noseriousadverseeventswerereportedineithergroup.

Inconclusion,thecombinedtreatmentofclearingheatanddispellingwindwithtraditionalChinesemedicinefumigationandTobramycin/DexamethasoneEyeDropsisasafeandeffectivetreatmentmethodforlid-margininflammatorydryeye.ItoffersanalternativetherapyoptionforpatientswhodonotrespondtoconventionaltreatmentorprefertraditionalChinesemedicine.Therefore,thistherapymaybeworthyofpromotionandapplicationinclinicalpracticeAdditionally,studieshaveshownthatpracticinggoodeyehygieneandmakinglifestylechangescanalsohelpalleviatesymptomsoflid-margininflammatorydryeye.Thisincludesavoidingeyestrain,takingregularbreaksfromscreentime,maintainingahealthydiet,andstayinghydrated.

Overall,itisimportanttoaddressandtreatlid-margininflammatorydryeyeasitcansignificantlyimpactaperson'squalityoflifeandvision.WiththecombinationoftraditionalChinesemedicinefumigationandTobramycin/DexamethasoneEyeDrops,alongwithgoodeyehygienepracticesandlifestylechanges,patientssufferingfromthisconditioncanfindreliefandimprovetheiroveralleyehealth.FurtherresearchcanbeconductedtovalidatetheefficacyofthistreatmentandexploreotheralternativetherapiestohelpmanagethiscommoneyeconditionAdditionally,itisimportantforindividualstomaintaingoodeyehygienepracticesaspartoftheirdailyroutines.Thisincludesavoidingrubbingtheeyes,washinghandsfrequently,andavoidingcontactwithindividualswhohaveeyeinfections.Itisalsorecommendedtoavoidusingsharedtowels,pillows,orfacecloths.

Anotheraspectofmanagingdryeyesyndromeinvolvesmakinglifestylechanges.Dryeyesyndromecanbeexacerbatedbycertainenvironmentalfactorssuchaslowhumidityorexposuretowindandsmoke.Therefore,itisrecommendedtouseahumidifierindryenvironmentsandtowearwrap-aroundsunglasseswhenoutdoorstoprotecttheeyesfromwindanddust.

Furthermore,patientsshouldalsomakechangestotheirdiettopromotegoodeyehealth.Consumingfoodshighinomega-3fattyacids,suchassalmon,flaxseeds,andchiaseeds,canhelpreduceinflammationandimproveeyelubrication.Additionally,incorporatingfoodshighinvitaminsandantioxidants,suchasleafygreens,citrusfruits,andcarrots,canalsopromoteeyehealth.
