廣東工貿(mào)職業(yè)技術學院國際學生宿舍管理規(guī)定第一條所有申請校內(nèi)住宿的學生按時繳納宿舍費，由學院統(tǒng)一安排住宿；已安排校內(nèi)住宿者，不得私自在校外租房住宿。第二條確因特殊原因需要轉(zhuǎn)住校外的學生必須辦理如下手續(xù)，否則學校將作違紀處理，一切責任由本人自負。.由本人向?qū)ν饨涣骱献魈幪峤粫嫔暾?，寫明退宿原因以及留下將入住的地址、?lián)系人及電話；.必須征得在華事務擔保人的同意，由擔保人出具書面統(tǒng)一信函并留下?lián)Ｈ说穆?lián)系地址、電話；.經(jīng)對外交流合作處審核批準，與對外交流合作處簽訂校外住宿協(xié)議書；.到對外交流合作處備案及辦理住宿費修改手續(xù)。在每學期注冊前辦理退宿的，可免交住宿費，注冊后退宿的住宿費不再退回。第三條校內(nèi)住宿的學生必須在指定的房間、床位住宿，在需要時必須接受管理人員的統(tǒng)一安排和調(diào)配，不得私自調(diào)換和占用床位。如因特殊情況需調(diào)宿者，必須寫書面申請，報學院批準后方可調(diào)整。未經(jīng)許可不得進入他人房間；不得私自搬換或多占家具設備；不得擅自改造和損壞宿舍的公共設施；不得自行油刷室內(nèi)外墻壁；不得私自增添大件家具設備，占用他人的生活空間。第四條未經(jīng)學校同意，留學生宿舍不得留宿非本宿舍人員。第五條因?qū)W生本人過錯被處理退宿以及自動退學、勒令退學和被開除學籍的學生，一律不予退還已交的住宿費。第六條暑假、寒假期間，學生離開學?；貒⒙糜?、探親訪友，要在離校前告知宿舍管理人員，并按時回校。假期宿舍人員按照學校及學院相關規(guī)定執(zhí)行。第七條學生畢業(yè)離校期間要愛護公共財產(chǎn)，做到文明離校，并從畢/結(jié)業(yè)之日起于規(guī)定時間內(nèi)搬離學生宿舍。如未經(jīng)同意而繼續(xù)滯留學生宿舍或在宿舍內(nèi)存放物品者，因宿舍清掃、維修等原因造成的一切損失由學生本人負責并須按規(guī)定交納其滯留期間的住宿費用。因各種原因搬離宿舍時必須遵守學校的相關規(guī)定。個別畢業(yè)生因特殊原因不能按規(guī)定時間離校者，需由本人申請，由學院統(tǒng)一安排住宿。第八條學生未向?qū)W校報告而擅自離校超過一個月，學校有權清理其宿舍床位。個人物品代為保管一個月，超過一個月不領取，學校有權處理。秩序與衛(wèi)生管理規(guī)定第一條學生應嚴格遵守作息制度，自覺按時熄燈就寢。因特殊原因不能及時回宿舍者，憑證件登記后方能進入。第二條嚴禁賭博、酗酒、吸毒、偷竊、打架斗毆等違反中國法律和學校紀律的行為。第三條宿舍須保持安靜，嚴禁在樓內(nèi)大聲喧嘩、哄鬧。在宿舍內(nèi)使用音響、電腦等應以不干擾他人為前提。第四條不準在宿舍內(nèi)進行推銷、傳銷或其它經(jīng)商活動。第五條愛護公物、節(jié)約水電。宿舍設施損壞或無法使用可在宿舍管理人員處登記報修，一般正常損壞由宿舍管理人員安排維修，因使用不當造成門窗、家具、照明以及其它設施損壞者，必須倍償全部損失。在宿舍做飯時應安全使用爐具，必須按使用說明和有關規(guī)定操作。違反操作規(guī)定造成事故者,須賠償損失。后果嚴重者，將受到校紀處分，直至追究刑事責任。對故意損壞宿舍設施者，處以損失價值五至十倍的罰款。第六條嚴禁在宿舍內(nèi)踢足球、滑旱冰、打排球、打網(wǎng)球等，違者沒收運動器材。嚴禁在宿舍內(nèi)飼養(yǎng)狗、貓、鳥等寵物。第七條共同維護宿舍公共環(huán)境衛(wèi)生，主動參加宿舍公益勞動。保持沖涼房、廁所設施的完善和下水道暢通；禁止亂貼、亂寫、亂倒、亂丟、亂吐。屢教不改者參照《廣州市市容和環(huán)境衛(wèi)生管理規(guī)定》處以50元以上200元以下的罰款。第八條學生要搞好宿舍內(nèi)務衛(wèi)生，養(yǎng)成良好的衛(wèi)生習慣。垃圾清掃后倒入垃圾桶內(nèi)，保持室內(nèi)及門前走廊的清潔衛(wèi)生。認真配合、積極參與學校和學院組織的衛(wèi)生檢查評比活動。第九條房間內(nèi)的設施均為公寓內(nèi)住宿人員設置，禁止帶外來人員使用。第十泰學2宿舍在晚上11點之后禁止大聲播放音樂、喧嘩等影響他人休息的行為。如有類似行為發(fā)生，經(jīng)宿舍管理人員3次勸阻無效后，學院有權取消其住宿資格，并且限其3日之內(nèi)搬離宿舍。第十一條學生宿舍是各位同學休息生活的地方，并非娛樂、宗教場所。因此宿舍內(nèi)禁止學生辦息日party和禮拜祭祀。多有不便請同學們諒解。第十二條為了宿舍消防安全，宿舍內(nèi)禁止存放和燃放煙花,爆竹等易燃易爆物品，對于屢教不改者學校有權沒收其易燃易爆物品，并取消其住宿資格。第十三條宿舍禁止學生駕駛、停放摩托車，如有違反將取消住宿資格。第十四條在校住宿學生需按時繳納學期住宿費，未經(jīng)學校批準，逾期一周內(nèi)未交齊宿舍費者將失去住宿資格并且立即搬離宿舍。第十五條宿舍公共區(qū)域禁止堆放私人物品，屢教不改者學校有權處理其堆放的私人物品。第十六條在校內(nèi)住宿的學生未能按期畢業(yè)的學生，學校將不繼續(xù)為其提供宿舍。第一泰未規(guī)定適用于在留學生住宿的所有學生。凡違反本規(guī)定者，將視情節(jié)輕重給予200-500元罰款或根據(jù)《廣東工貿(mào)職業(yè)技術學院學生手冊》給予紀律處分。如造成公共財物或他人人身財產(chǎn)損失者，須賠償全部損失。第二條全院師生有責任共同搞好宿舍文明建設，對本規(guī)定中未涉及的影響宿舍正常安全、秩序的其它現(xiàn)象，將參照近似條文或有關規(guī)定進行處理。學生在宿舍的表現(xiàn)與學生的各類測評相掛鉤。第三條本規(guī)定有學院負責解釋和監(jiān)督執(zhí)行，自2019年3月28日起實施。RegulationsonDormitoryofGuangdongPolytechnicofIndustryandCommerceStudentswhoapplytoliveinthedormitorywillbeprovidedwithaccommodationonlyuponpayingthedormfee.Studentswhoalreadyhaveon-campushousingarrangedmaynotseekoff-campusaccommodation.Studentswhowishtoliveoffcampusforwhateverreasonmustundergothefollowingproceduresorwillotherwiseberegardedashavingviolatedregulationsandsubjecttodisciplinarymeasures:StudentsshouldapplyformovinginwritingtotheCollege,includingreasonsformoving,intendedaddress,contactperson,andtelephonenumber.Studentsshouldpresenttheleasingcontractprovidedbytheproperty-ownerinChinaandgivethisperson'scontactinformation.TheCollegewillreviewtherequesttomove.Onceapproved,studentsshouldsignanagreementwiththeCollege.StudentsshouldreporttotheCollegeOfficetoregistertheirnewlivingsituationandrevisetheiraccommodationpaymentplan.Studentswhohavecompletedthemovingprocesspriortoregistrationofthesemesterdonothavetopayanyfurtheraccommodationfees.Studentswhocompletethisprocedureatothertimeswillnotreceiverefundsforthatsemester.Studentslivinginthedormitoryshouldusetheassignedroomandbed,andshouldbecompliantwitharrangementsandnecessaryadjustmentsmadebythebuildingsupervisor.Studentsarenotallowedtochangeoruseotherbedswithoutapproval.ThosewhoneedtochangeortheirroomorbedforanyreasonshouldapplyinwritingtotheCollege,andmaynotmakeanychangesuntilapprovalisgranted.Studentsmaynotmovetootherrooms,exchangeorhaveextrafurnitureintheirrooms,alterorbreakpublicdormitoryfacilities,paintdormitorywalls,orgetextrafurniturewhichmightintrudeintotheirroommates'livingspacewithoutpermissionfromcollege.StudentsarenotallowedtohaveguestsstayintheirdormitoryroomswithoutpermissionfromtheCollege.Studentswhoceaselivinginthedormitoryduetodismissal,expulsion,orvoluntarilyleavingthecollegewillnothavetheiraccommodationfeesreturnedtothem.Duringholidaysincludingsummerandwintervacations,studentswhowishtotravelorleavethedormitoryforotherpurposesshouldreporttothedormsupervisorpriortodepartureandshouldreturnontime.DormfeeforsummerandwintervacationswillbechargedinaccordancewiththerelatedrulesofGIEC.7.Upongraduating,studentsshouldreturnallpropertytotheschoolundamagedandleavetheschoolinacivilizedmanner.Studentsshouldvacatetheirroomsaccordingtoschedule.Studentswhoremaininthedormitoryorleavetheirbelongingsintheirroomwithoutpermissionwillbeheldaccountableforadditionalaccommodationfeesaswellascostswhicharisefromtheirroomsbeinginaccessibleforcleaningduringthattime.Movingoutofthedormshouldbedoneinaccordancewithschoolregulations.StudentswhorequireuseoftheirdormitoryroombeyondthescheduledtimeshouldapplyforthistotheCollege,andifapproved,theyshouldabidebywhateverarrangementsaremadebyGIECatthattime.8.ForstudentswholeaveschooloveronemonthwithoutreportingtotheCollegeOffice,GIEChastherighttorearrangehis/herroomandhandlehis/herbelongingsincasetheyarenotacclaimedforafterone-monthkeeping.RegulationsonOrderandCleanlinessStudentsshouldabidebytherulesforstudyandrestinthedormitoryandshouldrespecttheregulateddormitorysleepinghours.Studentswhoreturntothedormitorylateforwhateverreasonmustregisteruponenteringwithproperidentification.Gambling,excessivedrinking,druguse,thievery,fighting,andotheractionsinviolationofChineselawsand/orGIECregulationsarestrictlyforbidden.Studentsshouldkeepnoiseatalowlevelinthedormitoryandrefrainfrommakingaracket.Studentswhousespeakers,computers,orotheracousticequipmentmusttakecarenottodisturbothers.Selling,milt-levelmarketing,andothercommercialactivitiesareprohibitedinthedormitory.Studentsshouldnotbewastefulofelectricityandwaterandshouldtakecareofdormitorymaterials.Ifsomethinginthedormitoryisbroken,itshouldbereportedtothefrontofficeforrepair.Ifdormfacilitiesarebrokenduetoimproperuse,thepersonresponsiblemustcompensateforalldamages.Ifequipmentisbrokenduetoimproperuse,thepersonresponsiblemustcompensateforalldamages.Disciplinaryactionorevenlegalactionmaybetakenifthereareseriousconsequencesduetotheimproperusage.Thosewhointentionallydamagedormitoryfacilitieswillbefinedfivetotentimesthecostofthedamage.Studentsmaynotskate,palyfootballorbasketball,ordoanyothersportsactivitiesinthedorm.Thosewhodowillhaveequipmentconfiscated.Petsandanimalsarenotallowedinthedorm.Studentsshouldmaintainacleanenvironmentandkeeptakecareofdormfacilities.Faucetsandtoiletsshouldbekeptinworkingorderanddrainskeptunobstructed.Graffiti,littering,spitting,throwingthings,andpostingflyersoutsideofpermittedlocationsisforbidden.Thosewhoviolatetheseruleswillbefined50-200Yuaninaccordancewiththe"RegulationsonEnvironmentalCleanlinessinGuangzhou5.Studentsshouldkeeptheirlivingspaceandcommonareasclean.Rubbishshouldbeplacedingarbagecans,roomsandpassagewaysshouldkepttidy,andallstudentsshouldbeforcleanlinessinspectionsheldbyGIECandtheCollege.Thefacilityinthebathe,andthekitchenforstudentsuse,andthelaundryallservefortheresidentstudents,therestareforbiddentouse.Studentsshouldkeepquietafter11:00PMinthedormitory.Playingmusic,makingloudlynoiseandbotheringothersisforbidden.Thosewhoviolatetheserulewillbeexpelledfromthecollege.Dormitoryisnotanentertainmentorreligionplace,soholdingbirthdaypartyandreligiousactivitiesisforbidden.Weapologizeforanyinconvenienttoyoucausedbythis.Fordormitoryfiresafety,storingandsettingfireworkinthedormitory.Thosewhoviolatetheserulewillbeexpelledfromthedorm.Drivingthemotobikeinthecampusandparkingmotorbikeincampus,thosewhoviolatetherulewillbeexpelledfromthedorm.Studentswholiveindormitoryisnecessarytopaydormitoryfeesontime.Withouttheschool'spermission,thosewhoareoverdueofmorethanoneweektopaythedormitoryfeeswilllosetheirqualificationstoliveinthedormitoryandhavetomoveoutoftheirdormitoryimmediately.Donotplacepersonalbelongingsinthepublicareaofdormitory,ifrefusetomendthisbehaviorafterrepeatedcriticisms,theschoolhasth
