1.________hergrandmabefore,hedidn’tknowshewashisgrandmaevenifhismotherhadtoldhim.(

)A.Notbeingseen

B.NothavingseenC.Havingnotseen D.Notseeing參考答案:B試題解析:否定詞not要放在非謂語動(dòng)詞的前面,排除C選項(xiàng),本句的主語是he,與see之間是主動(dòng)關(guān)系,排除A,由于see與didn’tknow兩個(gè)動(dòng)作有先后,故選B。2.I,_______yourgoodfriend,willtrymybesttohelpyouout.()A.who,is B.which,is C.that,is D.who,am參考答案:D. 分析結(jié)構(gòu)可知,主句為"Iwilltrymybesttohelpyouout","_______yourgoodfriend"為非限制性定語從句,先行詞為"I",指代人,所以關(guān)系代詞可以用"who/that";因此排除B項(xiàng);再根據(jù)主謂一致原則,"I與be動(dòng)詞‘a(chǎn)m'連用",因此排除A項(xiàng)和C項(xiàng);因此D項(xiàng)符合語境,故選D.3.Thespeechwhichhemade________thefootballmatchboredalotoffanstodeath.A.beingconcerned

---Itwasinthesupermarket_________sheworked_________Icameacrossher.

A.where;when B.that;when C.that;that D.where;that參考答案:D試題分析:考查定語從句和強(qiáng)調(diào)句。thesupermarket是先行詞,work不及物,因此定語從句不缺少成分,用where指地點(diǎn),itis/was...that是強(qiáng)調(diào)句,這三個(gè)詞去掉后不影響句意,這里強(qiáng)調(diào)了碰見簡的地點(diǎn),強(qiáng)調(diào)句中包含一個(gè)定語從句,故選D。【學(xué)法指導(dǎo)】一.強(qiáng)調(diào)句的使用::

1、用Itis/was...that/who...

(1)陳述句的強(qiáng)調(diào)句型:Itis/was+被強(qiáng)調(diào)部分(通常是主語、賓語或狀語)+that/who(當(dāng)強(qiáng)調(diào)主語且主語指人)+其它部分。e.g.ItwasyesterdaythathemetLiPing.

(2)一般疑問句的強(qiáng)調(diào)句型:同上,只是把is/was提到it前面。e.g.WasityesterdaythathemetLiPing?

(3)特殊疑問句的強(qiáng)調(diào)句型:被強(qiáng)調(diào)部分(通常是疑問代詞或疑問副詞)+is/was+it+that/who+其它部分?e.g.Whenandwherewasitthatyouwereborn?

2、用助動(dòng)詞do,does或did來強(qiáng)調(diào)謂語動(dòng)詞。

如:Docomeearly.Hedidsendyoualetterlastweek.

WhatJohnwantsisaball.---WhatMarydoeseverydayis(to)givepianolessons.

二.not...until...

Hedidn'tgotobeduntil/tillhiswifecameback.

強(qiáng)調(diào)句:Itwasnotuntilhiswifecamebackthathewenttobed.

2、注意:此句型只用until,不用till。但如果不是強(qiáng)調(diào)句型,till,until可通用;

因?yàn)榫湫椭蠭tis/wasnot...

1、Itis/was...that...結(jié)構(gòu)不能強(qiáng)調(diào)謂語,如果需要強(qiáng)調(diào)謂語時(shí),用助動(dòng)詞do/does或did。

e.g.Dositdown.

2、注意:此種強(qiáng)調(diào)只用do/does和did,沒有別的形式;過去時(shí)用did,后面的謂語動(dòng)詞用原形。11._______devotedhislifetotheloveofLucie.A.Mr.Lorry

B.Mr.StryverC.SydneyCarton

D.CharlesDarnay參考答案:C【詳解】考查課外閱讀《雙城記》。 12.Twolawyersweretoldnottoleavethebuildingbutnoreasonforthis_____wasgiven.
