PersonalWorkSummaryofaVocationalEnglishTeacherDuringthissemester,ItaughtEnglishtofiveclasses,namelyY23,Y24,Y25,A45,andA46.Asarelativelyinexperiencedteacher,Itookmyteachingresponsibilitiesseriouslyandstudiedteachingmethodsextensivelywhileseekingguidancefrommoreexperiencedcolleagues.Throughhardworkanddedication,Igainedvaluableteachingexperiencethissemester.Thefollowingisasummaryofmyteachingexperience.Ontheonehand,thelisteningandspeakingabilitiesofvocationalhighschoolstudentsinEnglisharerelativelyweak,andfullEnglishimmersionteachingischallengingforthemtoadaptto.Ontheotherhand,vocationalhighschoolstudentsaregenerallyactiveandenthusiastic,creatingapositiveclassroomatmosphere.Therefore,understandingandanalyzingtheactualsituationofthestudentsiscrucial,andteachingshouldbetailoredtotheirneeds.Thisisthe"student-oriented"approachemphasizedineducation,andithasbeenverifiedinmyteachingpractice.Awell-preparedlessonbenefitsbothstudentsandteachers.Forexample,whenteachingUnit9withthethemeof"talkingaboutclubs,"theteachingdifficultywashigh.IfIlecturedaccordingtothetextbook,studentswouldfeeloverwhelmedandbored.Tomakethelessonmoreengaging,Ipreparedalotofteachingaids,andthestudentspracticedsentencepatternsusingrealobjects.Thestudentswereveryengaged,andtheteachingeffectwasexcellent.Asaforeignlanguage,Englishisbothunfamiliarandchallengingforstudents.ToteachEnglishwell,studentsmustlovethelanguageandhaveaninterestinit.Otherwise,studentsmaydevelopafearofthesubjectandbeunwillingtolearn.Therefore,Iadoptedsomemethods,suchashelpingstudentschangetheirEnglishnamesandtellingstoriesaboutEnglish-speakingcountries'cultureandlife.DuetothepeculiaritiesofEnglish,therearemanyunderachieversamongvocationalhighschoolstudents,whichseriouslyaffectsthelearningatmosphereintheclass.Therefore,thisissuecannotbeignored.Idevelopedspecificplansandgoals,providingtargetedguidancetocertainstudents.Forexample,inY25,Idividedthestudentsintothreegroups.Thefirstgroupwascapableofimprovementbutlazy,soIprovidedcollectivetutoringandassignedthemfixedtaskstopreventthemfromslackingoffandtohelpthemreachtheirpotential.Thesecondgroupwaswillingtolearnbuthadlimitedability,soIguidedthempatientlyandencouragedthemtoimprovegradually.Thethirdgroupwasundisciplined,uninterested,andhadpoorbasicskills,soIprovidedindividualtutoringduringtheirfreetime.Thesestudentsneedaquietanduninterruptedenvironmenttofocusonlearning,andIbelievethatwithpersistentguidance,theirfoundationwillbere-established.Inadditiontoclassroomteaching,studentsneedtoread,speak,andpracticeEnglishmore.經(jīng)過一個學(xué)期的努力，期末考就是一種考驗。無論成績高低，都體現(xiàn)了我在這學(xué)期的教學(xué)成果。我明白到這并不是最重要的，重要的是在本學(xué)期后如何自我提高，如何共同提高學(xué)生的英語水平。因此，我會繼續(xù)努力，多問、多想、多向前輩學(xué)習(xí)，爭取更大進步。以下是我在本學(xué)期的教學(xué)工作總結(jié)：一、學(xué)校制度執(zhí)行情況我平時積極參加全校教職工會議，認真學(xué)習(xí)學(xué)校下達的文件，關(guān)心國內(nèi)外大事，注重政治理論的學(xué)習(xí)。我配合本組里搞好教研活動。每周按時參加升旗儀式和例會，并且認真做好筆記，從不缺勤。我服從工作安排，與同事關(guān)系融洽。業(yè)余時間不從事有償家教及第二職業(yè)。二、教育教學(xué)情況1、潛心鉆研，認真?zhèn)湔n。我在備課中認真研究教材，力求準(zhǔn)確把握難重點和難點。我注重參閱各種雜志，制定符合學(xué)生認知規(guī)律的教學(xué)方法及教學(xué)形式。我注意弱化難點，強調(diào)重點，并認真編寫教案，不斷歸納總結(jié)提高教學(xué)水平。2、以生為本，微笑上課。我注重學(xué)生主動性的發(fā)揮，發(fā)散學(xué)生的思維，注重綜合能力的培養(yǎng)，有意識地培養(yǎng)學(xué)生的思維的嚴謹性及邏輯性，在教學(xué)中提高學(xué)生的思維素質(zhì)。我微笑上課，學(xué)生喜歡老師的笑臉，這樣能給學(xué)生自信。3、虛心學(xué)習(xí)，堅持聽課。我注意學(xué)習(xí)組里老師的教學(xué)經(jīng)驗，努力探索適合自己的教學(xué)模式。同時，積極參加校外聽課活動，并認真總結(jié)經(jīng)驗，取長補短。經(jīng)過聽課和評課，本學(xué)年對自己的教學(xué)促進很大，我也在努力提高自己的業(yè)務(wù)水平。三、自身的學(xué)習(xí)情況1、為了提高自身的專業(yè)水平，我不斷給自己“充電”。我吸收新的知識，堅持學(xué)習(xí)有關(guān)英語方面的知識，閱讀《英語沙龍》、《21世紀(jì)報》等英語報刊雜志，學(xué)到很多新詞匯和新知
