中國博物館文本英譯系統(tǒng)研究——以河南博物院為例的任務書Title:ResearchontheEnglishTranslationSystemofChineseMuseumTexts-ACaseStudyofHenanMuseumBackground:WithChina'sgrowingglobalinfluence,Chinesemuseumsareattractingmoreandmoreforeignvisitors.However,theproblemofEnglishtranslationsofmuseumtextshasbecomeincreasinglyprominent.Manyvisitorscannotunderstandthecontentofthedisplaysduetothepoorqualityofthetranslations,whichaffectsthereputationandimpactofChinesemuseums.Purpose:ThisresearchaimstoestablishanEnglishtranslationsystemformuseumtextsthatissuitableforChinesemuseumsandimprovesthequalityofEnglishtranslations,especiallyforHenanMuseum.Objectives:1.InvestigatethecurrentsituationofEnglishtranslationsinHenanMuseum,includingthetypesofmuseumtexts(suchaslabels,guides,introductions,etc.),translationquality,andvisitorfeedback.2.AnalyzethedifficultiesandchallengesintranslatingChinesemuseumtextsintoEnglish,andidentifytheprinciplesandguidelinesforEnglishtranslations.3.Exploretheapplicabilityofmachinetranslation,translationsoftware,andprofessionaltranslatorsinEnglishtranslationsofmuseumtexts,andcomparetheiradvantagesanddisadvantages.4.Basedontheanalysisandcomparisonofthepreviousstages,developanEnglishtranslationsystemformuseumtextsthatissuitableforHenanMuseum,withdetailedguidelinesandstandards.5.TesttheeffectivenessoftheEnglishtranslationsystembyimplementingitinHenanMuseumandcollectingfeedbackfromforeignvisitors.Methods:1.Literaturereview:Reviewtherelevantacademicliteratureonmuseumtexttranslations,bothinChinaandinternationally.2.Survey:ConductasurveyonthecurrentsituationofEnglishtranslationsinHenanMuseum,includinginterviewswithstaffresponsiblefortranslationandcollectionoffeedbackfromforeignvisitors.3.Comparativeanalysis:Compareandanalyzetheapplicability,advantagesanddisadvantagesofmachinetranslation,translationsoftware,andprofessionaltranslationservices.4.DevelopanEnglishtranslationsystem:Basedonthesurveyresultsandcomparativeanalysis,developanEnglishtranslationsystemformuseumtextsthatissuitableforHenanMuseum.5.Implementationandevaluation:ImplementthedevelopedEnglishtranslationsysteminHenanMuseumandevaluateitseffectivenessthroughcollectionoffeedbackfromforeignvisitorsandstaffresponsiblefortranslation.Expectedoutcomes:1.AcomprehensiveunderstandingofthecurrentsituationofEnglishtranslationsinHenanMuseum.2.IdentificationofthedifficultiesandchallengesintranslatingChinesemuseumtextsintoEnglish,andprinciplesandguidelinesforEnglishtranslations.3.Acomparativeanalysisoftheapplicability,advantagesanddisadvantagesofmachinetranslation,translationsoftware,andprofessionaltranslators.4.AnEnglishtranslationsystemformuseumtextsthatissuitableforHenanMuseum,withguidelinesandstandards.5.AnevaluationoftheeffectivenessoftheEnglishtranslationsystemthroughfeedbackfromforeignvisitorsandstaffresponsiblefortranslation.Significance:ThisresearchcanhelpHenanMuseumimprovethequalityofEnglishtranslations,enhanceitsimpactandreputation,andprovideamodelforotherChinesemuseumstoimprovetheirEnglish
