Summaryofthepastyear,althoughthewindcontroldepartmenthasdonesomework,butwiththecompanysleadershiprequirementsandbusinessdevelopmentneeds,therearestilllargegapsandshortcomings,mainlyinthefollowingareas:
First,thewindcontrolbusinessworkflowintheform,orevenbecomeasubsidiaryofthebusinesssector.Asthebusinessandthewindcontrolpersonnelaremoreintense,concentratedinthebusiness,theworkofthetwodepartmentscross,individualprojectstomakeprogressinthewindcontroldepartmentauditworkcannotbeorderedinanorderlymanner.Webelievethatstrictandcompletebusinessprocessesandproceduresisthefinalriskbarrier,andthatalltherisksarenotarrivedatmoralhazard,responsibilityisthecornerstoneofresistancetoreason.Eachofourbusinesspeopleshouldabideby,shouldnotbeamereformality,reverseorder,tostandinthecompanysposition,thecompanysinterestsforthebestinterests.
Reviewofthepreviouswork,becauseourdepartmentandbusinessdepartmentpersonnelcommunicationless,becausethefearofaffectingtheefficiencyoftheworkdidnotpromptlyputforward,especiallyinthebusinessreview,counter-guaranteemeasuresandratesandotherissues,communicationexchangeopiniondeviation,Alsodidnotpromptlyreporttotheleadership,resultinginpoorfollow-uptopromotethephenomenon.Atthesametimethereisstill,theassessmentprojectfocused,duetonegligenceintimefortheprojectwillnotcontinuetomakechangestothesituationofcounter-guaranteemeasurestoreporttotheleadership,resultinginanincreaseofbusinessrisk.
Second,thecompanyssystemprocesshasbeeninitiallyestablished,butnotyetfullyimplemented,butalsotheneedforcontinuousimprovement.
Accordingtotheactualsituationofthecompany,theriskcontroldepartmenthasformulatedvarioussystems,proceduresandrules,buttheimplementationisnotenough,somanysystemsandprocessesbecomefurnishings.In-depthanalysis,ontheonehandbecausethebusinesspeopleintheideologicalnotenoughattention,thelackofstrictaccordancewiththeworkprocess,refinementofworkawareness,andeventhecompanyssystems,processesandrulesarenotfullyfamiliarwith;theotherhand,thesystemitselfDefects,andsomeprovisionsofthesetofbusinesspracticesandoutoftouch,theneedforfurtherbusinessdevelopmentintherevisedandimproved.Atthesametime,thewindcontroldepartmenthasnotyetthroughaneffectiveway,thebusinessprocess,riskawareness,responsibility,instilltheconceptoftheheartofeachbusiness.
Third,didnotpromptlysupervisethebusinesssectortocarryoutafterthesecuritychecksupervision.
Sincethebeginningofthisyear,withtheincreaseintheinsurancebusiness,aswellasthethirdquarterinthefocusoftheprojectexpirationoftheimpactofindividualcustomersaftertheregularsecuritymanagementintheregulationisnotscheduledforthebusinessdepartmentalsoduetotoomuchattentiontonewhouseholdsbeforethesecurityinvestigation,Andintheideologicalneglectofthemostimportantsecurityafterthereturnvisit,andwillbethefocusofallthethingstransferredtothewindcontroldepartment,causingthewindcontroldepartmentdoesnoturgetheworkdoesnotadvancethesituation.Themainreasonisthatwedonotdoduediligenceduediligence.

SincejoiningtheCompany,IhavefullyutilizedourexpertiseandactivelycooperatedwithbusinessdepartmentstocarryoutprojectdemonstrationandduediligenceriskinvestigationinaccordancewiththeCompanysbusinessoperationandwindcontrolprocess.Throughtheon-the-spotinvestigationanddatareview,theCompanycomprehensively,objectivelyandaccuratelyrevealedthemainpotentialriskpointsofeachbusiness.Basedoncarefulanalysisofriskcauses,predictedriskresultsandriskcontrollability,theCompanyactivelycommunicatedwiththebusinessdepartmentsExchange,onbothsidesthatmeetthecompanyswindcontrolstandards,thetimelydevelopmentofwindcontrolprogram,accordingtotheproceduresreportedtotheapproval,donotmeettherequirementsofthewindcontrol,thebusinesssectorinitiativetowithdrawtheprojectapplication.
