摘要隨著高校辦學(xué)規(guī)模逐步擴(kuò)大，各大高校招生數(shù)量急劇增加，每年大量的新生一同涌入校園，給高校新生報(bào)到工作帶來(lái)了極大的壓力，同時(shí)也考驗(yàn)了一個(gè)學(xué)校的管理水平REF_Ref7005074\r\h[1]。隨著信息技術(shù)的快速發(fā)展，高校的很多業(yè)務(wù)也在向信息化邁進(jìn)，當(dāng)然新生報(bào)到作為學(xué)校的一項(xiàng)大的業(yè)務(wù)，涉及到學(xué)校的方方面面，更是體現(xiàn)出了學(xué)校信息化的發(fā)展。我們要充分利用有效的資源，合理的設(shè)計(jì)報(bào)到環(huán)節(jié)、加快新生報(bào)到的速度、提高工作人員的工作效率、快速且安全的繳費(fèi)，合理分配宿舍等，成為了高校迎新工作的重點(diǎn)，基于網(wǎng)絡(luò)的報(bào)到模式的系統(tǒng)開發(fā)毋庸置疑成為了高校迎新的發(fā)展趨勢(shì)REF_Ref7005074\r\h[1]。以新生為研究對(duì)象，從本校的實(shí)際情況出發(fā)，設(shè)計(jì)了一套適合本校的迎新系統(tǒng)。系統(tǒng)采用VisualStudio2010和SQLServer2008兩個(gè)軟件進(jìn)行系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì)。學(xué)生進(jìn)入系統(tǒng)查詢是否錄取，然后注冊(cè)登錄，在系統(tǒng)里提前了解普洱學(xué)院。系統(tǒng)管理員對(duì)工作人員賬號(hào)和密碼的分配，實(shí)現(xiàn)系統(tǒng)管理員和招生信息管理員，宿舍數(shù)據(jù)管理員、專業(yè)管理員的新生數(shù)據(jù)輸入、宿舍數(shù)據(jù)的導(dǎo)入，院系信息和專業(yè)信息的添加功能REF_Ref7005074\r\h[1]。實(shí)現(xiàn)報(bào)到記錄員進(jìn)行在線查詢信息、核對(duì)信息以及報(bào)到登記、學(xué)費(fèi)繳納員進(jìn)行學(xué)費(fèi)繳納情況的查詢及進(jìn)行現(xiàn)場(chǎng)學(xué)費(fèi)繳納，宿舍分配員進(jìn)行宿舍分配并安排入住REF_Ref7005074\r\h[1]。通過(guò)在線信息的處理，使得數(shù)據(jù)更加的清晰明了。系統(tǒng)開發(fā)以后，經(jīng)過(guò)數(shù)據(jù)用例的測(cè)試以及系統(tǒng)的運(yùn)行成功測(cè)試，能較好的滿足目前我校的迎新需求。系統(tǒng)的開發(fā)，能夠讓新生報(bào)到的整個(gè)過(guò)程中工作順暢，更好的管理，實(shí)現(xiàn)信息的共享，提高各部門工作效率。關(guān)鍵詞：新生入學(xué)系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì)SQLServer2008ABSTRACTWiththegradualexpansionofthescaleofrunninguniversities,thenumberofstudentsenrolledinmajoruniversitieshasincreaseddramatically.Everyyear,alargenumberofnewstudentscomeintothecampustogether,whichbringsgreatpressuretocollegefreshmen'sregistrationwork,butalsoteststhemanagementlevelofaschool.Withtherapiddevelopmentofinformationtechnology,manybusinessesinCollegesanduniversitiesarealsomovingtowardsinformatization.Ofcourse,asamajorbusinessoftheschool,freshmenregistrationinvolvesallaspectsoftheschool,andreflectsthedevelopmentofschoolinformatization.Weshouldmakefulluseofeffectiveresources,designregistrationlinksreasonably,acceleratethespeedoffreshmenregistration,improvestaff'sworkefficiency,payfeesquicklyandsafely,anddistributedormitoriesreasonably,whichhasbecomethefocusoffreshmenrecruitmentworkinCollegesanduniversities.ThereisnodoubtthatthesystemdevelopmentbasedonthenetworkregistrationmodehasbecomethetrendofnewdevelopmentinCollegesanduniversities.Takingthefreshmenastheresearchobjectandproceedingfromtheactualsituationofourschool,anewsystemsuitableforourschoolisdesigned.ThesystemisdesignedwithVisualStudio2010andSQLServer2008.Studentsenterthesystemtocheckwhethertheyareadmittedornot,thenregisterandlogin,andgettoknowPu'erCollegeinadvanceinthesystem.Thesystemadministratorassignsthestaffaccountandpassword,realizesthefunctionsofsystemadministratorandenrollmentinformationadministrator,dormitorydataadministrator,professionaladministrator'snewdatainput,dormitorydataimport,departmentinformationandprofessionalinformationaddition.Thesystemrealizeson-lineinquiryinformation,checkinformation,registration,inquiryoftuitionfeepaymentandon-sitetuitionfeepaymentbyregisteredregistrars,anddormitoryallocatorsallocatedormitoriesandarrangeaccommodation.Throughtheprocessingofonlineinformation,thedataisclearerandclearer.Afterthedevelopmentofthesystem,throughthetestofdatausecasesandthesuccessfultestofthesystemoperation,itcanbettermeetthenewrequirementsofourschool.Thedevelopmentofthesystemcanmakethewholeprocessoffreshmenreportingsmoothly,bettermanagement,informationsharing,andimprovetheefficiencyofalldepartments.Keywords:FreshmenenterschoolsystemdesignSQLServer2008目錄第一章 引言 [13]。本次的系統(tǒng)測(cè)試，關(guān)鍵步驟就是連接上數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)，
