作者來(lái)自移民家庭,英語(yǔ)只是他的第二語(yǔ)言,寫(xiě)作是他非常頭疼的事,但老師卻安排他參加寫(xiě)作競(jìng)賽。在老師的鼓勵(lì)下,作者想到一個(gè)獨(dú)特的寫(xiě)作視角:以1775年4月18日晚馱著主人向人們傳遞英軍來(lái)犯情報(bào)的馬的角度去講述這個(gè)故事。作者理解這匹馬,因?yàn)樽髡咭灿邢嗨频男木?,這匹馬的精神鼓勵(lì)作者查閱史料,用心寫(xiě)作。終于,作者完成了作品,享受到了寫(xiě)作的快樂(lè)。續(xù)寫(xiě)思路
續(xù)寫(xiě)要依據(jù)兩個(gè)原則:1.明暗兩條線(xiàn):在寫(xiě)作故事情節(jié)發(fā)展的同時(shí),適時(shí)插入主人公的情感變化。2.四句定語(yǔ)篇:根據(jù)續(xù)寫(xiě)第一段的開(kāi)頭語(yǔ)確定寫(xiě)作第一段第二句的故事情節(jié),根據(jù)續(xù)寫(xiě)第二段的開(kāi)頭語(yǔ)確定寫(xiě)作第一段最后一句的內(nèi)容,以保證故事情節(jié)的完美銜接;根據(jù)續(xù)寫(xiě)第二段的開(kāi)頭語(yǔ)來(lái)確定續(xù)寫(xiě)第二段第二句的故事情節(jié),最后一句升華主題,講述作者的感悟。根據(jù)續(xù)寫(xiě)第一段和第二段的開(kāi)頭語(yǔ)可知,續(xù)寫(xiě)第一段應(yīng)該描述作者得知自己的作品獲獎(jiǎng),并出席頒獎(jiǎng)儀式的情節(jié),然后根據(jù)"明暗兩條線(xiàn)"的原則,中間穿插作者的情感變化:老師告訴作者獲獎(jiǎng)消息——作者萬(wàn)分欣喜——參加主辦方的頒獎(jiǎng)儀式。根據(jù)續(xù)寫(xiě)第二段的開(kāi)頭語(yǔ)可知,作者在頒獎(jiǎng)儀式之后來(lái)到老師的辦公室。這里應(yīng)該接著講述老師的鼓勵(lì)與鞭策,最后升華主題——那匹馬的形象一直在作者的腦海里,作者從此堅(jiān)持寫(xiě)作,感受寫(xiě)作的快樂(lè)。Afewweekslater,whenIalmostforgotthecontest,therecamethenews.IstillrememberitwasaMondaymorninginspring,whenmyteachercalledmetohisoffice,tellingmethatIhadtakenfirstplaceinthewritingcontest,andthatIwastheonlywinnerwhosenativelanguagewasn’tEnglish(定語(yǔ)從句).Dominatedbyanoverwhelmingsenseofexcitementandprideathiswords,Isimplystoodtheredumbfounded,andmyfeet,asifrootedtotheground,couldn’tmoveabit.Thenextday,Iwaspresentedwithmyawardandacertificateattheceremony.
