大家下午好!

首先感謝學(xué)校領(lǐng)導(dǎo)給了我最終一次以青年老師的身份參與學(xué)校集體活動(dòng)的機(jī)會(huì)。這次活動(dòng)讓我在欣喜自己年輕的同時(shí)，也感到了時(shí)間的飛逝。

自工作以來(lái)，做一名優(yōu)秀的老師始終是我最大追求，為了實(shí)現(xiàn)這一目標(biāo)，我工作中勤勤懇懇、兢兢業(yè)業(yè)、喜愛(ài)同學(xué)、團(tuán)結(jié)同志，始終堅(jiān)守一個(gè)人民老師應(yīng)有的職業(yè)操守，將自己的人格魅力和專業(yè)素養(yǎng)融于日常的教育教學(xué)活動(dòng)中，努力在平凡的崗位上做出不平凡的業(yè)績(jī)。近幾年我先后被評(píng)為“校級(jí)骨干老師”，獲得青年老師論壇三等獎(jiǎng)。

現(xiàn)在我將從以下四個(gè)方面對(duì)大家匯報(bào)一下近幾年我得工作狀況。

由于學(xué)?；瘜W(xué)學(xué)科的特別性，我擔(dān)當(dāng)教學(xué)工作以來(lái)，始終堅(jiān)守在畢業(yè)班級(jí)這個(gè)教學(xué)工作的最前沿。我作為九班級(jí)化學(xué)老師從沒(méi)有休息過(guò)完整的寒暑假和雙休日，每年都和同學(xué)一起面對(duì)中考的壓力，緊急的一年又一年過(guò)去了，我從未退縮過(guò)，從未放棄過(guò)。在去年中考中，化學(xué)學(xué)科取得了區(qū)第五名的成果，我自己教的兩個(gè)班取得了區(qū)第三、第四名。

在日常教學(xué)工作中，我仔細(xì)的做好了下列幾個(gè)方面：

深化細(xì)致地備課。平常仔細(xì)討論教材，多方參閱各種資料，力求深化理解教材。在集體備課過(guò)程中樂(lè)觀主動(dòng)發(fā)言并擔(dān)當(dāng)部分工作，化學(xué)是一門以試驗(yàn)為基礎(chǔ)的學(xué)科，每次試驗(yàn)我都仔細(xì)預(yù)備，并盡量讓同學(xué)參加其中。

課堂上，我將所學(xué)的課程理念應(yīng)用到課堂教學(xué)中，樂(lè)觀運(yùn)用多種教育方法，留意調(diào)動(dòng)同學(xué)學(xué)習(xí)的樂(lè)觀性和制造性思維。這是我在課上曾做過(guò)的一個(gè)試驗(yàn)，這個(gè)試驗(yàn)讓同學(xué)們印象特別深刻，以致以后我每次做試驗(yàn)，同學(xué)們都戲說(shuō)“仔細(xì)點(diǎn)，高老師又在變魔術(shù)”，甚至有些同學(xué)還說(shuō)“我要揭秘這個(gè)魔術(shù)”。這些非教材上的演示試驗(yàn)，增加了課堂教學(xué)的吸引力，增加了同學(xué)學(xué)習(xí)的愛(ài)好和學(xué)習(xí)主動(dòng)性，使我的教學(xué)更具特色。我在天津市多媒體整合課競(jìng)賽中《質(zhì)量守恒定律》一節(jié)獲得市級(jí)三等獎(jiǎng)；做區(qū)級(jí)研討課《原子的構(gòu)成》一節(jié)；做區(qū)級(jí)展現(xiàn)課《如何正確書(shū)寫化學(xué)方程式》一節(jié)；在區(qū)級(jí)說(shuō)課競(jìng)賽中《中和反應(yīng)》獲二等獎(jiǎng)。

我每天都帶著這幾個(gè)問(wèn)題來(lái)批改作業(yè)。

注意幫扶工作。對(duì)于暫差生，我總是賜予特殊的關(guān)注，在課堂上多提問(wèn)，多巡察，多輔導(dǎo)，對(duì)他們的點(diǎn)滴進(jìn)步賜予大力的表?yè)P(yáng)；課后多找他們談心、交伴侶，樹(shù)立起他們的信念和激發(fā)他們學(xué)習(xí)的愛(ài)好。并且利用課外時(shí)間給他們輔導(dǎo)，做到了急躁細(xì)致、百問(wèn)不厭。正是由于我得付出，同學(xué)與我的感情特別融洽。

在擔(dān)當(dāng)班主任期間，我發(fā)揮著極大的工作熱忱，經(jīng)過(guò)自己仔細(xì)努力，腳踏實(shí)地的工作，獲得了組內(nèi)老師的認(rèn)可，所帶班級(jí)也獲得了精神文明班集體稱號(hào)。

由于學(xué)?；瘜W(xué)學(xué)科的特別性，讓我比起擔(dān)當(dāng)初始班級(jí)學(xué)科的老師少了太多擔(dān)當(dāng)班主任工作的機(jī)會(huì)。雖然我擔(dān)當(dāng)班主任的機(jī)會(huì)少，但我時(shí)刻以班主任的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)來(lái)要求自己。

尤其在今年擔(dān)當(dāng)了見(jiàn)習(xí)班主任工作，在平常教學(xué)中，對(duì)隨時(shí)發(fā)覺(jué)的衛(wèi)生、紀(jì)律、規(guī)范等問(wèn)題，準(zhǔn)時(shí)進(jìn)行教育。當(dāng)班主任有問(wèn)題找到我時(shí)，我都熱忱主動(dòng)的擔(dān)當(dāng)起來(lái)。由于我對(duì)班內(nèi)同學(xué)管理的比較多，使的有些同學(xué)說(shuō)“高老師，你只是見(jiàn)習(xí)班主任?！蔽业幕卮鹗恰耙?jiàn)習(xí)班主任也是班主任呀?！?/p>

除了班級(jí)管理，我還特別注意與家長(zhǎng)的聯(lián)系。在每一屆的第一次家長(zhǎng)會(huì)中，我都會(huì)留下自己的電話號(hào)碼，便利家長(zhǎng)隨時(shí)與我聯(lián)系。

教學(xué)離不開(kāi)科研。在近兩年我參與了多個(gè)市、區(qū)級(jí)課題討論工作，并且市級(jí)課題《學(xué)?；瘜W(xué)復(fù)習(xí)課實(shí)施高效教學(xué)策略討論》已經(jīng)結(jié)題。參與區(qū)公開(kāi)研討課、展現(xiàn)課，借以在更為廣泛的空間中和同行們溝通探討，不斷充實(shí)自己，提高自己的教學(xué)力量和業(yè)務(wù)水平，并且在提升教育教學(xué)理念的同時(shí)實(shí)現(xiàn)了自身教學(xué)實(shí)踐的可持續(xù)進(jìn)展。

這次優(yōu)秀老師評(píng)比將是我將來(lái)工作的新起點(diǎn)，我會(huì)不斷完善自身的綜合素養(yǎng)，勤奮工作，開(kāi)拓進(jìn)取，為學(xué)校的教育教學(xué)工作做出更大的貢獻(xiàn)。

Ladiesandgentlemen,Onthissplendidmoonlitnightinmid-autumn,aswegatherinthebeautifulcityofShanghai,locatedonthecoastoftheEasternSea,letme,onbehalfoftheChinesegovernmentandpeople,extendawarmwelcometothefriendswhohavecometotakepartinthe'99FortuneGlobalForum,whichissponsoredbyTime-WarnerGroupInc.

Thisforum'sthemeis"China:thenext50years."Chinaisalargedevelopingsocialistcountry,anditsfuturedevelopmentwillnotonlydirectlyaffectthefutureoftheChinesepeople,butwillalsohaveimportantimpactonthedevelopmentandprogressofAsiaandtheworld.

Overthepasthundred-oddyears,theChinesepeoplehavegonethroughstormandstress,andinthecourseofvigorousstruggletheyhaveaccomplishedagreathistorictransformation.NewChina's50yearsofdevelopmenthaveresultedinaccomplishmentsthathaveastonishedtheworld.

Onlysixyearsago,inthisLujiazuiDistrictofShanghai'sPudongarea,wherewearegatheredthisevening,therewereonlyrun-downhousesandfarms.Nowitisavibrantmodernfinancialandbusinesszone,fullofhighrisebuildings.Overfiftyyearsago,IwasinShanghaiattendinguniversity.Atthattime,Ihadadeepsenseofthepoverty,backwardnessandfeeblenessoftheoldChina.ItwasthenthatIdecidedtodevotemyselftothenobletaskofbuildinganindependent,free,democratic,unified,richandpowerfulNewChina,andIhavebeenstrugglingforthattothisveryday.Fourteenyearsago,IbecamemayorofShanghaiandexperiencedtheprocessofreform,opening-upandmodernizationinthis,China'sbiggestcity.I'msurethatallofyouhaveseenwithyourowneyestheconstantandunceasingtransformationofShanghai.ThegrowthofShanghaiisonereflectionoftheenormouschangestakingplaceinChina.

Inthefirst50yearsofthe20thcentury,theChinesepeoplemadeunflaggingeffortstochangethetragicfatethathadbeentheirseversincetheOpiumWar.Afterarduousandvaliantstruggle,theyfinallyendedtheirsemi-colonialandsemi-feudalhistory,wonindependenceforthenationandfreedomforthepeople,andfoundedthePeople'sRepublicofChinaundertheleadershipoftheCommunistPartyofChina.

Inthelatterhalfofthe20thcentury,relyingontheirownefforts,theChinesepeoplewentallouttomaketheircountrystrong,andbegansocialistconstruction.OnthepooranddeprivedfoundationofoldChina,theybuiltarelativelycompleteindustrialstructureandnationaleconomicframework,raisingthelevelsoftheirculturalandmateriallivessignificantly.Chinastartedmarchingforwardsteadilytowardprosperity.Now,theChinesepeopleareconfidentlytakingtheroadtothefuture,theroadofsocialismwithChinesecharacteristicspioneeredbyComradeDengXiaoping.ThesehistoricinitiativesoftheChinesepeoplehavefundamentallytransformedthetragicfateofmodernChina,andtheyarealsogreatcontributionsmadebytheChinese

Atthismomentintime,whenweareabouttostepintothe21stcenturyandlookaheadattheprospectsforthenext50years,wearefilledwithconfidence.TheChinesepeoplewillfirmlyandunswervinglyfollowthepathofreformandopening-up.Ourgoalistorealizemodernizationbythemiddleofthecomingcentury,tomakeourcountryawealthy,strong,democraticandcivilizedmodernsocialistcountry,andtoachievethegreatrevivalofthe

Chinesenation.

Here,IwouldliketospeaktoyouaboutsomebasicvaluesoftheChinesepeople.Withoutanunderstandingofthese,itisdifficulttomakesenseofpresentandfutureeventsinChina.

TheChinesepeoplehavealwaysrespectedthedignityandworthofhumanbeings.TheCommunistPartyofChinaledthepeopleinrevolution,constructionandreformfortheverypurposeofrealizingfreedom,democracyandhumanrightsforallthepeopleofChina.ThegreatvitalitydisplayednowadaysinChinavividlydemonstratesthetremendousspacethattheChinesepeoplehavetofreelyanddemocraticallyexercisetheircreativity.Chinahasapopulationofover1.2billion,butitssocialproductionisstillnotwelldeveloped,andwemustfirstandforemostsafeguardthepeople'srightstosurvivalanddevelopment;otherwisewecannotevenbegintotalkaboutotherrights.ThefactthatChinahasassuredtherightstosurvivalanddevelopmentofover1.2billionpeopleisamajorcontributiontothecauseoftheprogressofhumanrightsallovertheworld.TheChinesepeopleadvocatethecloseinterlinkingofcollectivehumanrightswithindividualhumanrights,ofeconomic,socialandculturalrightswithcitizens'politicalrights.ThisistheroadwemusttakeforthecauseofpromotinghumanrightsinlightofChina'snationalconditions.

TheChinesepeoplehavealwaysinsistedonindependence.Theycherishtherightsofindependencethattheyhavewonoveralongperiodofstruggle,andtheyresolutelyupholdtherightofallpeopletoenjoytheserights.Wealsobelievethateverycountryhastherighttochoosethesocialsystem,ideology,economicsystemandpathofdevelopmentthatsuititsnationalconditions.Countrieswithdifferentsocialsystemsshouldrespecteachother'ssovereigntyandterritorialintegrity;theyshouldtreateachotherasequalsandcoexistpeacefully.Weopposeanyeffortsbyanycountrytoimposeitsownsocialsystemandideologyonanothercountry.

TheChinesepeoplehavealwayslovedfreedomandpeace.TheChinesepeoplehavesufferedgreatlyfromwarsandinvasionsinmoderntimes,andtheyfeeldeeplyhowpreciouspeaceis.Asitengagesinmodernization,Chinaneedsapeacefulinternationalenvironment.Wehopethatallpeoplewillbeabletoliveinaworldwithoutwarandwithoutviolence.Chinacarriesoutaforeignpolicywithpeaceasitsgoal,andresolutelyopposesanyactsthatendangerworldpeace.China'sdevelopmentdoesnotposeathreattoanyone,instead,itwillonlyhelptoadvanceworldpeace,stabilityanddevelopment.ItistheChinesepeople'ssolemnpromisetotheworldnevertoseekhegemony.

TheChinesepeoplehavealwaysprizednationalunity.TosafeguardtheunityofthemotherlandisthefirmaspirationoftheentireChinesepeople.HongKonghasalreadyreturnedtothemotherland;MacaowillreturnonDecember20thisyear.ItiscertainthattheTaiwanquestionwilleventuallyberesolved.Nocountrywillallowitsownterritorytobesplitoff,norwillitallowanyforeignforcetocreateorsupportsuchasplit.OurguidelineforsolvingtheTaiwanquestionis"peacefulreunificationandonecountry,twosystems."InresolvingtheTaiwanquestion,wewillnotundertaketorenouncetheuseofforcepreciselyforthepurposeofbringingaboutapeacefulresolutionoftheTaiwanquestion.TheChinesepeoplehaveboththedeterminationandabilitytoachievethecompletereunificationoftheirmotherland.TheseriesofrecentsevereearthquakesthatoccurredintheregionofTaiwanweightheavilyontheheartofeveryoneinChina.IwouldliketotakethisopportunitytoagainexpressprofoundcondolencestoourcompatriotsinTaiwanwhohavesufferedfromtheearthquakes.

Theworldisacolorfulandvariedone.Thepeopleofeachcountryfollowthepathofdevelopmenttheyhavechosenforthemselvesandpursuetheirownideals.ThisisanIinevitabledemandandbasiccriterionfortheprogressofhumancivilizationandworlddemocracy.Itisthereforeanunstoppabletideofhistory.Webelievethatthedifferentsocialsystemsthatexistintheworldandthedissimilaritiesinpoliticalbeliefsshouldnotbeusedasobstaclestothevariouskindsofnormaleconomicandtechnologicalcooperationandexchange.Allyoubusinessleaderstonightareoutstandingachieversinyourrespectivefields.Youhaveawealthofsuccessfulexperiencesandstrategicvision.SetyoureyesonChina.Chinawelcomesyou.China'smodernization

thethemeforthisyearsforum,namelycreatingvaluethroughinnovation,isamostrelevantone.innovationisaneternaltopicofthehumansocietyandaninexhaustibleenginedrivingeconomicandsocialdevelopment.innovationisvitaltothesteadyrecoveryoftheworldeconomy.innovationisalsoessentialtoupgradingthechineseeconomyandimprovingitsperformance.anditisthankstoreformandinnovationthatthechineseeconomyhasinrecentyearsmaintainedsteadyandsoundgrowth.

theglobaleconomicenvironmenthasremainedanintricateonesincethebeginningofthisyear.theroadtorecoveryindevelopedcountrieshasremainedbumpy5.growthinemergingmarketeconomieshassloweddown,andthechineseeconomyfacesgreaterdownwardpressure.facingthischallengingenvironment,wehavecontinuedtofollowthegeneralprincipleofmakingprogresswhilemaintainingstability.wehavestayedthecourseandpursuedaproactiveapproach.insteadofadoptingstrongeconomicstimulus6oreasingmonetary7policy,wehavevigorouslypromotedreformandeconomicreadjustment,andmadeeffortstoimprovepeopleslives.asaresult,hefirsthalfoftheyear,thechineseeconomyregistereda7.4percentgrowth,andcpirisewaskeptat2.3percent.despiteeconomicslowdown,betweenjanuaryandaugust,thesurveyedunemploymentratewaskeptataround5percentin31bigandmedium-sizedcities.morethan9.7millionurbanjobswerecreated,whichisoveronehundredthousandmorecomparedwiththesameperiodlastyear.

despitegrowingdownwardpressureontheeconomy,morejobswerecreated,thankstonewstepsofreformtaken.sincethebeginningofthisgovernment,ernmentdepartmentshaveremovedordelegatedtolowerlevelsadministrativeapprovalonover600items,andthisyear,thebusinessregistration9reform,amongothers,hasbeencarriedoutnationwide.thishasloweredthethresholdforstartingbusinessesandremovedrestrictions10onthem,thusgivingagreatboosttobusinessdevelopmentinthewholecountry.betweenjanuaryandaugust,theamountofnewlyregisteredmarketentities11wasmorethaneightmillion,andfrommarchtoaugust,withthebusinessregistrationreform,thenumberofnewlyregisteredbusinessesgrewby61percentoverthepreviousyear,allpointingtoamassiveupsurgewhichhasgeneratedmorethan10millionjobs.inadditiontoreformingthebusinessregistrationsystem,wehavealsointroducedreformstoinvestmentfinancing,taxation12andlogisticssystems,andfurtheropenedthegateforthedevelopmentoftheservicesector13andotheremergingindustries.allthesemeasureshavebeenvitalinfosteringandincreasingjobopportunities.

thepositivechangesinchinaseconomyarenotonlyreflectedintheincreaseofjobsandresidentsincomes,butalsointhestructural14upgrading.wehavestreamlinedadministration,delegatedpowerstothelowerlevels,andadoptedfiscal16,taxationandfinancialmeasuressuchastargetedtaxreductionandtargetedreductionofrequiredbankreserveratio.allthesemeasureshavespurredthegrowthoftheservicesector,agriculture,ruralareaandthewelfareoffarmers,aswellassmallandmicro-businesses,hefirsthalfoftheyear,newbusinessesandnewbusinessmodelssuchaslogistics,expressdeliveryande-commercealldevelopedfast.thenumberofnewlyregisteredservicebusinessessurgedbymorethan70percent.thetertiaryindustrycontinuedtooutperformthesecondaryindustryintermsofgrowthrateandshareofgdp,andisaleadingsectoroftheeconomy.theshareofprivateinvestmentinfixed17assetinvestmentincreasedby1.4percentagepointsyearonyear.high-tech18industriesandequipmentmanufacturinggrewfasterthantheindustrialaverage.

deepeningstructuralreadjustmenthasimprovedthequalityofeconomicgrowth.onthebasisofcarryingoutreformandinnovation,wehavereducedovercapacity,eliminatingoutdated19capacityinparticular,hefirsthalfoftheyear,thegrowthofinvestmentandproductionofindustrieswithhighenergyconsumptionandemissions21noticeablysloweddown.theperunitgdpenergyconsumptiondroppedby4.2percentyearonyear,andcarbonintensity22wascutbyabout5percent,thelargestdropinmanyyears.

wehavemanagedtoensuresteadygrowthandimprovethequalityofthechineseeconomybytakingtargeted,range-basedmacro-controlmeasures.withfocusonkeyareasandweaklinksofchinaseconomicandsocialdevelopment,wehaveusedmorereformandinnovationmeasurestoincentivizemarketentities,strengthenweaklinks,boosttherealeconomyandensurethatoureffortsarewell-targeted.thisapproach,whichwasalsostructuraladjustmentinnature,involvedbothreformandreadjustments.wehavestrivedtoremovemarketobstaclesandmakethemarketplayadecisiveroleinresourcesallocation.wehavealsoendeavoredtoimprovetheroleofthegovernmentandpromotesocialequity23.wehaveworkedactively24tobalancedomesticandinternationaldemands,coordinate25regionaldevelopment,narrowthegapbetweenruralandurbanareasandstabilize26agriculturalsupplyanddemand.wehavestrengthenedtheconstructionofrailwaysincentralandwesternchina,therenovation27ofrundownareas,aswellaspollutioncontrolandpreventionandotherlivelihood28anddevelopmentprojects.wehaveactivelytackledthebottlenecks29thathavelongconstrained30chinasbalanceddevelopment.allofthesehavevigorouslysupportedtheprocesstowardanewtypeofindustrializationandeffectivelyincreasedthesupplyofpublicgoods.
