理,并且對照驗收規(guī)范,弄清技術(shù)標準及要求和主要工程量,圖紙設(shè)計不清或錯誤,應(yīng)及時反映,落實清楚后方可施工。8.1.2Organizetherelatederectingpersonneltoprovidetechnologydelivery.Projectsummarization,timelimit,primaryconstructionworkload,primarytechnologyrequirements,constructionspecificationsandstandards,constructionprocessandmethods,theproblemstowhichparticularattentionshallbepaid,keypointsofthedrawingsandqualitycontrollingpointandsafetyprecautionsshallbeinterpreted.組織有關(guān)安裝人員進行技術(shù)交底。交代工程概況、施工工期及主要工程量;交代主要技術(shù)要求和執(zhí)行的規(guī)程規(guī)范及標準;交代施工順序及施工方法,指出應(yīng)注意的問題和有關(guān)處理方法;指出圖紙中的關(guān)鍵之處,指出質(zhì)量控制點;交代安全注意事項等。8.1.3Compiletoolingmaterialplanandstarttostock.編制工裝材料計劃并備料8.1.4Constructionequipment&toolsandfieldpreparation:施工機具、施工場地準備:Receivedliftingfacilityinspectionbeforeenteringsite.起重設(shè)備進廠檢查。Toolsroom,oxygenethyneroomandelectricweldmachineswitchboarddistribution.現(xiàn)場工具室、氧氣乙炔房及電焊機配電盤布置。ManualManualelectricweldmachineandotherfacilitiesarrangementpreparation.電焊機等其它設(shè)備工器具準備布置。Depositarydistributionformaterials,wastesandfinishedproducts.原材料、廢料及成品堆放場地布置。Employeetemporaryrestroom,electrodesroomanddryingroomdistribution.職工臨時休息室、焊條庫及烘干室布置。Others.其它8.1.5Preparationfortools,instruments,auxiliaryfacilitiesandsafetyprotectingequipment:Toolsandinstrumentsofalltypesshallcomplywiththeconstruction&safetyrequirementandgaugesshallbeinspectedforacceptance.Allofthesafetyfacilitiesandequipmentshallcomplywithappropriatespecifications.工器具量具輔助設(shè)施安全防護用品等的準備:各種工器具符合施工及安全要求;各種量具經(jīng)檢驗合格;安全設(shè)施及安全用品符合安全規(guī)定。8.2Designandfabricationoftoolingsystem工裝設(shè)計制作Designandfabricationofspecialequipmentforhoistingtankwalls筒壁提升專用工具設(shè)計制作。Designandfabricationofspecialsupportforshellplatesarrangement壁板放置專用支架設(shè)計制作。Designandfabricationofspecialtoolingsystemforsettlingtankwallsreinforcingringsintoplace筒壁加強環(huán)就位專用工裝設(shè)計制作。8.3Materialsinspectionbeforeenteringthefactory材料入場檢驗8.3.1Carbonsteelplatesandsectionsshallconformtotheacceptedstandardsofthecountriesinwhichthetanksaretobefabricatedorthesteelistoberolled.碳鋼板和附件應(yīng)符合儲罐的制作和鋼板卷制的國家驗收標準。8.3.2Thesteelshallcontainnotmorethan0.23%carbon,0.05%sulphurand0.05%phosphorus.鋼材中各成分含量C≤0.23%,S≤0.05%,P≤0.05%。8.3.3Thesteelshallhaveaguaranteedminimumultimatetensilestrengthofatleast363N/mm2andamaximumultimatetensilestrengthofnotmorethan510N/mm2.Thesteelshallhaveaguaranteedyieldstrengthofatleast206N/mm2.Thesteelshallhaveanelongationnotlessthan22%.鋼材應(yīng)保證最小極限抗拉強度至少為363N/mm2且最大極限抗拉強度不超過510N/mm2,屈服強度至少為206N/mm2,不小于22%的延展性。8.3.4Tankshellplatesandbottomannularplatesshalldisplayadequatenotchtoughness,asshownbelow:儲罐的殼體板和底部環(huán)型板應(yīng)有足夠的切口韌性,表示如下:Platethickness板厚(mm)Ultimatetensilestrength極限抗拉強度(N/mm2)MinimumCharpy-Vvalue(J)最小卻貝V型切口值(J)Testtemperature(°C)實驗溫度(℃)≤12.5IMPACTTESTSNOTREQUIRED無要求沖擊實驗>12.5≤43027+20>12.5>43041-58.3.5Mechanicaltesting機械測試8.3.5.1Mechanicaltestingisnotrequiredforroofandbottomplatesforwhichthethicknessisdeterminedforpracticalreasonsandnotbystressconsiderations.由于頂部和底部板的厚度由實踐理論確定且不考慮壓力,因此力學(xué)實驗對頂部和底部板不要求。8.3.5.2Forshellplatesandforthebottomannularplates,testsshallbemadeonspecimenstakenfromeachplatethicknesswithafrequencyofonetestper25000kgofsteelorpartthereof.對于殼體板和底部環(huán)型板,用每25000kg的鋼材做一個實驗的頻率對每一個厚度的板進行抽樣實驗。8.3.6Millcertificatesshallshowallthepropertiesofmaterialsguaranteedbyitsspecificationandanyadditionalrequirements.工廠證明書表明了通過規(guī)范及一些附加要求而保證的材料的所有特性。8.3.7StructuralboltsshallcomplywithGB123,grade8.8.結(jié)構(gòu)螺栓遵從GB123,8.8級罐體預(yù)制TANKPREFABRICATION9.1TEMPLETPREFABRICATION樣板預(yù)制9.1.1Thelengthofarctempletshallbemorethan2.5m.弧形樣板長度應(yīng)大于2.5m。9.1.2Onestraighttempletshallbeusedtotesttheconvexandconcavecurvatureoftankbottomandwall,withlengthnolessthan1m.直線樣板一個:用于檢查罐底和罐壁的凸凹度,其長度不小于1米。9.1.3Templetshallbemadeofδ=0.75mmgalvanizedsheetiron.樣板用δ=0.75mm鍍鋅鐵皮制成。9.2TANKSBOTTOMPLATEPREFABRICATION罐底板預(yù)制9.2.1Alignmentdrawingsshallbemadeaccordingtothedesignrequirementsandactualspecificationsofsteelplatesbeforebottomplateprefabrication.Diameteroftheplateshouldbeamplifiedby0.1%~0.2%ofdesigneddiameterinordertocompensateweldshrinkofbottomplateinordertocompensateweldshrinkofbottomplate.(Conecurvatureofbottomplatehasbeentakenintoconsideration).底板預(yù)制前應(yīng)根據(jù)設(shè)計要求及實際鋼板規(guī)格繪制排板圖,排板直徑宜按設(shè)計直徑放大0.1%~0.2%,以補償?shù)装宓暮附邮湛s(此已考慮了底板的錐度)。9.2.2Accordingtothealignmentdrawings,asemiautomaticcuttingmachineshallbeusedforcuttingplates.Thecuttingmachinecanalsobeusedtomakegrooveinarcannularplates.按照排版圖,用半自動切割機進行下料,對于弓形邊緣板應(yīng)用半自動切割機打坡口。9.2.3Afterfinishedcuttingplates,hoistthebottomplateontoanabrasiveabrasiveconveyerbeltforremovingrust.將下好的底板,吊至拋丸機傳送帶上,進入拋丸機拋丸除銹。9.2.4Blowawaydustandironpowderonsteelplatesafterbeingprocessedinanabrasiveabrasivebyusinganair-compressor.利用空壓機壓力風(fēng),吹凈拋丸后鋼板上的塵土及鐵粉。9.2.5Tankbottomshallbespraypaintedwithzinc-richepoxyprimerbyusingtheairlesssprayequipment.Dryfilmthicknessshallbe25um.利用無氣噴吐機對罐底噴底漆,底漆為環(huán)氧富鋅底漆,干膜厚度為25um。9.2.6
CheckofdryfilmthicknessshallcomplywithGB50205-2001CODEFORACCEPTANCEOFCONSTRUCTIONQUALITYOFSTEELSTRUCTURES.Dryfilmthicknessshallbecheckedwithdryfilmthicknessmeter.Eachcomponentforexamining5places,everywhereis3averagevalueofdryfilmthicknessformutuallybeingapartfrom50mmmeasuringpoints.Dryfilmthicknessshallbecheckedwithdryfilmthicknessmeter.Eachcomponentforexamining5places,everywhereis3averagevalueofdryfilmthicknessformutuallybeingapartfrom50mmmeasuringpoints.干膜厚度的測量遵循GB50205-2001《鋼結(jié)構(gòu)工程施工質(zhì)量驗收規(guī)范》。利用干膜測厚儀檢查油漆干膜厚度。每個構(gòu)件檢測5處,每處的數(shù)值為3個相距50mm測點涂層干漆厚度的平均值。利用干膜測厚儀檢查油漆干膜厚度。每個構(gòu)件檢測5處,每處的數(shù)值為3個相距50mm測點涂層干漆厚度的平均值。9.2.7Paintingshallnotbepermittedintheareaof50mmaroundtheweldinglineonbottomplate.底板的現(xiàn)場焊接焊縫周圍50mm范圍內(nèi)不允許刷漆。9.2.8Bottomplateswillbenumberedaccordingtoalignmentdrawingsafterpainthasbeendriedadequately.Numberingmethodisasfollowing:Tanknumberpluserectionsequencenumber.待油漆充分干燥后,按照排版圖對底板進行編號,具體編號方式如下:儲罐編號+安裝序號9.2.9Bottomplatesshallbepiledupandtransportedaccordingtoerectionsequenceafteritsnumbering.編號完畢后,按照安裝順序擺放、運輸。9.2.10Inequableclearancesshallbeadoptedforbuttjointsinarchedannularplates.Outboardclearanceshallbe6-7mmwhileinboardclearanceshallbe8-12mm.弓形邊緣板的對接接頭,宜采用不等間隙。外側(cè)間隙宜為6~7mm;內(nèi)側(cè)間隙宜為8~12mm。9.2.11Widthofbottomcenterplateshallnotbelessthan1000mmandlengthshallnotbelessthan2000mm.中幅板的寬度不得小于1000mm;長度不得小于2000mm;9.2.12Distancebetweenanytwoadjacentweldinglinesinbottomplatesshallnotbelessthan200mm.底板任意相鄰焊縫之間的距離,不得小于200mm。9.2.13Deviationofdimensiontoleranceofarchedannularplatesshallbeinaccordancewithrequirementsinthefollowingform:弓形邊緣板的尺寸公差允許偏差,應(yīng)符合下表的規(guī)定。弓形邊緣板尺寸允許公差PERMITTEDTOLERANCEOFARCANNULARPLATESDIMENSION測量部位measuredpoints允許偏差(mm)toleranceheightAB、CD長度widthAC、BD、EF寬度differenceofdiagonals|AD-BC|對角線之差±2±2≤39.3SHELLPLATESPREFABRICATION壁板預(yù)制9.3.1ShellplatesalignmentdrawingshallbemadeaccordingtothedesigneddimensionandGB128beforetheircuttingprefabrication.壁板在切割預(yù)制前,應(yīng)按設(shè)計圖紙尺寸及GB128進行排版。9.3.2Allsteelplatesshallberecordedandtabbedaccordingtoarrangementandparts;allplatesshallbepiledupin-orderforeasyerection.所有鋼板下料時應(yīng)按層次,部位做好記錄并標號,堆放時應(yīng)按安裝順序放之,以便安裝就位。9.3.3Lineoutfigureonsteelplatesaccordingtoalignmentdrawingstomaketheirdimension(diagonal,lengthetc.)tocomplywithrequirements.Makegroovewithasemiautomaticcutteraftertheplateshavebeencheckedup.按照排版圖,在鋼板放樣劃線,使其對角線及長寬等尺寸符合規(guī)范要求,校驗合格后,用半自動切割機下料打坡口。9.3.4Rollsteelplateswitharollingmachineandtheradianshallbecheckedreferringtoanarctemplettomakesureitcanmeetrequirementsindrawings.利用卷扳機卷板,弧度利用弧形樣板檢查,使其符合圖紙要求。9.3.5Straightedgeofthickplatesshallbecutwithasemiautomaticcutterafterrolling.Andgrooveshallbemademanually.較厚壁板卷制后,其直邊部分,用自動切割機割除,并用手工打坡口。9.3.6Grooveofthinplatesshallbemadewithasemiautomaticcutterbeforereeling.Andthentheplateswillbeprocessedonareelingmachinetobendtheiredgestoarequiredradianbyusinganarctemplet.較薄壁板,卷制前先用半自動切割機打坡口,然后在卷板機上利用弧形模板,將鋼板兩端卷成所需弧度。9.3.7cleaningoil,greaseandcontaminantontheplatesurfacewithfreshwaterbeforeblasting。在拋丸前用清水清潔鋼板表面的油,油脂及污染物。Havingbeenrolled,theplateswillbeliftedontoanabratorconveyerbeltforremovingrust.將卷制好的壁板,吊至拋丸機傳送帶上,進入拋丸機拋丸除銹。9.3.8Blowawaydustandironpowderonsteelplatesafterbeingprocessedinanabrasivebyusinganair-compressor.利用空壓機壓力風(fēng),吹凈拋丸后鋼板上的塵土及鐵粉。SurfacecleannessandsurfaceprofileshouldberelativelyinspectedwithphotointheGB8923”rustinessandantirustgradeofsteelplatesurfacebeforeblasting.表面清潔度和輪廓根據(jù)GB8923《涂裝前鋼材表面腐蝕等級和除銹等級》所規(guī)定的圖片進行對照觀察檢查。9.3.9Shellplatesshallbespraypaintedwithprimerbyusingtheairlesssprayequipment.Afterdryfilmthicknessofprimercoatreachesto75um,inner-coatwillbeaddedtoathicknessof75um75umafteritisdry.利用無氣噴吐機噴底漆,待底漆干燥且干膜厚度達到75um后,再噴中間漆,并使中間漆干燥后,干膜厚度達到75um。9.3.10Dryfilmthicknessshallbecheckedwithdryfilmthicknessmeter.Eachcomponentforexamining5places,everywhereis3averagevalueofdryfilmthicknessformutuallybeingapartfrom50mmmeasuringpoints.利用干膜測厚儀檢查油漆干膜厚度。每個構(gòu)件檢測5處,每處的數(shù)值為3個相距50mm測點涂層干漆厚度的平均值。9.3.11Paintingshallnotbepermittedintheareaof50mmaroundtheweldinglineonshellplate.壁板的現(xiàn)場焊接焊縫周圍50mm范圍內(nèi)不允許刷漆。9.3.12Shellplateswillbenumberedaccordingtoalignmentdrawingsafterpainthasbeendriedadequately.Numberingmethodisasfollowing:Tanknumberplusshellcoursenumberplusringerectionsequencenumber.待油漆充分干燥后,按照排版圖對壁板進行編號,具體編號方式如下:儲罐編號+壁板層編號+環(huán)向安裝序號9.3.13Shellplatesshallbepiledupandtransportedaccordingtoerectionsequenceandshallbeputonspecialmoldinsealedvehiclesduringtransportationtomakethemfirmandreliable.編號完畢后,按照安裝順序擺放、運輸,壁板運輸時,放置專用mold上,然后封車,使其牢固可靠。9.3.14Alllongitudinalweldinglineineveryringofplatesshallbeinthesamedirectionandthedistancebetweenthemshallbe1/3ofthelengthofplateandnolessthan500mm.各圈壁板的縱向焊縫宜向同一方向錯開,其間距宜為板長的1/3,且不得小于500mm。9.3.15Distancebetweenlongitudinalweldinglineinbottomringandbuttjointweldinglineinannularplateshallnotbelessthan200mm200mm.底圈壁板的縱向焊縫與罐底邊緣板對接焊縫之間的距離,不得小于200mm200mm。9.3.16Distancebetweenshellnozzleorreinforceplatesedgeofnozzleandlongitudinalweldinglineinshellplateshallbenoless200mm;andbetweenshellnozzleorreinforceplatesedge,andtransverseweldinglineshallnotbelessthan100mm.壁板開孔接管或開孔接管補強板外緣與壁板縱向焊縫之間的距離,不得小于200mm;與環(huán)向焊縫之間的距離,不得小于100mm。9.3.17Distancebetweenbuttjointofcurbangleandlongitudinalweldinglineinshellplateshallnotbelessthan200mm.包邊角鋼對接接頭與壁板縱向焊縫之間的距離,不得小于200mm;9.3.18Toleranceofshellplatesdimensionshallbeinaccordancewithrequirementsinthefollowingform:壁板尺寸的允許偏差,應(yīng)符合下表的規(guī)定:壁板尺寸允許偏差TOLERANCEOFSHELLPLATESDIMENSION測量部位measuredpoints環(huán)縫對接(mm)buttjointofcircle環(huán)縫搭接lapjointofcircle(mm)length板長AB(CD)≥10mlength板長AB(CD)<10mwidth寬度AC、BD、EF±1.5±1±2length長度AB、CD±2±1.5±1.5differenceofdiagonals對角線之差|AD-BC|≤3≤2≤3Linearity直線度AC、BD≤1≤1≤1AB、CD≤2≤2≤39.3.19Reeledshellplatesshallbeputerectlyontheplatformtobecheckedreferringtoatemplet.Verticaldirectionshallbecheckedwithastraighttempletandtheclearanceshallnotexceed1mm;horizontaldirectionshallbecheckedwithanarctempletandtheclearanceshallnotexceed4mm.壁板卷制后,應(yīng)立置在平臺上用樣板檢查。垂直方向上用直線樣板檢查,其間隙不得大于1mm;水平方向上用弧形板檢查,其間隙不得大于4mm。9.4roofsheetsprefabrication罐頂板預(yù)制9.4.1Alignmentdrawingsofroofsheetsshallbemadeaccordingtodesigndrawings,GB128andactualspecificationsofsteelplatesbeforetheirprefabrication.頂板在預(yù)制前應(yīng)按設(shè)計圖紙及GB128要求和實際鋼板規(guī)格繪制排版圖。9.4.2Lineoutfigureofroofsheetsshallbemadeaccordingtodrawingsbygeometricexpandingmethod.用幾何展開法,根據(jù)圖紙對罐頂板進行放樣。9.4.3Forribofdomeroof,acenterpointshallbedefinedfirst,andthenLineoutfigureandlineationshallbemadeaccordingtodiameterofthedomeroofandatlastcuttingmaterialshallbemadewithasemiautomaticcutterorbymanualgasgascutting.Ribsshallbecheckedwithanarctempletandtheclearanceshallnotexceed2mm.Particularactionshallbetakentoavoiddistortionwhenribsareweldedtoroofsheets.拱頂?shù)募訌娎撸却_定一個中心,安拱頂內(nèi)徑進行放大樣,劃線,然后用半自動切割機或手工氣割進行下料。加強肋用弧形樣板檢查,其間隙不得大于2mm;加強肋與頂板組焊時,應(yīng)采取防變形措施。9.4.4Ineventthatbuttjointsareadoptedforribsconnection,padplatesshallbeusedandweldshallbethoroughlyfused.Ineventthatlapjointsareadopted,lengthofthelappartshallnotbelessthanthreetimesoftheribwidth.加強肋的拼接采用對接接頭時,應(yīng)加墊板,且必須完全焊透。采用搭接接頭時,其搭接長度不得小于加強肋寬度的3倍。9.4.5Allroofsheetsshallbenumberedaccordingtoalignmentdrawingsaftercuttingmaterialfinished.Thenumberingformistankcodeplustanknumber.Thenumbersshallbemarkedonvisiblepartsofdomeroofsheets.所有罐頂板,下完料后,都要按照排版圖進行編號,具體編號為:儲罐代號+序號。編號標示在拱頂板明顯部位。9.4.6Erectionsequenceconformtosequenceofalignmentdrawingsanderectfromsmalltobigsequence.安裝順序按排版圖上序號,由小到大的順序進行安裝。9.4.7Alldomeroofsheetsshallbepiledupaccordingtoerectionsequence.所有拱頂板按安裝順序堆放。9.5COMPONENTPREFABRICATION構(gòu)件預(yù)制9.5.1Finishedarccomponents(e.g.reinforcingringandcurbangle)shallbecheckedwithanarctemplet,andtheclearanceshallnotexceed2mm.Ineventbeingputontheplatformforchecking,theirturnupdistortionshallnotexceed0.1%oftheirlengthandshallnotexceed4mm.加強圈、包邊角鋼等弧形構(gòu)件加工成型后,用弧形樣板檢查,其間隙不得大于2mm。放置在平臺上檢查,其翹曲變形不得超過構(gòu)件長度的0.1%,且不得大于4mm。9.5.2Componentofhotgrillmoldingshallnotbeoverburnordegenerative.Deductionofitswidthshallnotexceed1mmandhotgrilltemperatureshallnothigherthan620℃.熱煨成型的構(gòu)件,不得有過燒、變質(zhì)現(xiàn)象。其厚度減薄量不應(yīng)超過1mm,煨制溫度不得大于620℃。TANKASSEMBLY罐體組裝10.1acceptanceoffoundations基礎(chǔ)驗收10.1.1Dimensionoffoundationssurfaceshallcomplywith:基礎(chǔ)表面尺寸,應(yīng)符合下列規(guī)定:Centerelevationoffoundationspermitteddeviationshallbe±20mmmm.基礎(chǔ)中心標高允許偏差為±20mmmm;Thesurfaceimmediatelyundertheshellplatesshallbelaidsothatthedifferencefromameanleveldoesnotexceedplusorminus6mmin10mandplus12mmbetweenanytwopointsaroundthecircumference.支撐罐壁的基礎(chǔ)表面,水平偏差在10m范圍內(nèi),不超過±6mm,圓周方向任意兩點不超過±12mm。c.Surfaceofsand-bitumenlayershallbeclose-grainedwithoutprojectinghunch,holloworperforativecrackle.Thefluctuantdegreeofsurfaceofsand-bitumenshallbecheckedbymethodsbelow:瀝青砂層表面應(yīng)密實,無突出的隆起、凹陷及貫穿裂紋。瀝青砂層表面凹凸度應(yīng)按下列方法檢查:Fortankwhosediameterislessthan25m,measurefromfoundationcentertoperipheralpartswithawire.Themeasurepointsshallnotbelessthan10pointsper100m2(surfacearealessthan100m2shallbecalculatedas100m2),andpermitteddeviationofthefluctuantdegreeshallnotexceed25mm.儲罐
