?material&aestheticsofspace?model雷姆·庫哈斯(RemKoolhaas)達(dá)爾雅瓦別墅（Villadall‘Ava）座落于巴黎塞納河畔一高地，遠(yuǎn)可眺望巴黎全景，近有樹林圍繞。領(lǐng)進(jìn)房屋均為19世紀(jì)富人們的度假住宿。業(yè)主要求該住宅成為一件兼有藝術(shù)性和功能性的住所，希望是一座屋頂有游泳池的玻璃房子。庫哈斯提供了一個(gè)占地面積小而使用空間大的設(shè)計(jì)，懸于玻璃層上的兩個(gè)一紅一灰的金屬盒子和其間的混凝土結(jié)構(gòu)泳池組成了一個(gè)Z字形體塊。父母及女兒房相對(duì)獨(dú)立，各自有獨(dú)立的樓梯直通。臥室的帶狀窗提供了眺望遠(yuǎn)景的足夠視野.

出身于荷蘭的瑞姆·庫哈斯（RemKoolhass）除了是一名享譽(yù)世界的建筑師之外，還是一位都市設(shè)計(jì)家，他率領(lǐng)的建筑事務(wù)所（簡稱0MA）具有成熟的設(shè)計(jì)風(fēng)格和行動(dòng)樣式，已經(jīng)成為國際建筑舞臺(tái)的重要角色。?
