2024版鋼結(jié)構(gòu)工程施工合同用英語(yǔ)合同編號(hào)：__________ContractforSteelStructureConstructionWork2024EditionPartyA:____________________________Address:____________________________LegalRepresentative:____________________________ContactPerson:____________________________PhoneNumber:____________________________PartyB:____________________________Address:____________________________LegalRepresentative:____________________________ContactPerson:____________________________PhoneNumber:____________________________鑒于甲方（PartyA）愿意委托乙方（PartyB）承擔(dān)鋼結(jié)構(gòu)工程施工，雙方經(jīng)過(guò)充分協(xié)商，達(dá)成如下協(xié)議：Article1:ScopeofWork1.1PartyAentrustsPartyBwiththeconstructionofsteelstructureworksasspecifiedintheProjectSchedule.Article2:ContractPrice2.1Thetotalcontractpriceforthesteelstructureconstructionworkis____________(RMB/USD/othercurrencies),includingallmaterials,labor,equipment,transportation,insurance,taxandotherrelatedexpenses.2.2Thepaymenttermsshallbeasfollows:(1)____________________________(2)____________________________(3)____________________________Article3:ConstructionPeriod3.1Theconstructionperiodforthesteelstructureworkshallbe____________daysfromthedateofsigningthisContract.Article4:QualityandInspection4.1PartyBshallconstructthesteelstructureworkinaccordancewiththerelevantnationalstandards,industrystandardsanddesignspecifications.4.2PartyBshallberesponsibleforthequalityinspectionandacceptanceoftheconstructionwork.PartyAshallhavetherighttoinspectandchecktheconstructionworkatanytimeduringtheconstructionperiod.4.3Iftheconstructionworkdoesnotmeetthequalityrequirements,PartyBshalltimelyrectifythenonconformitiesatitsownexpenseandbearsthecorrespondingresponsibility.Article5:SafetyandEnvironmentalProtection5.2PartyBshallbeliableforanyinjury,lossordamagecauseditsfaultduringtheconstructionperiod.Article6:DisputeResolution6.1AnydisputesarisingoutoforinconnectionwiththisContractshallfirstberesolvedthroughfriendlynegotiation.6.2Ifthenegotiationfails,thepartiesshallsubmitthedisputestothepeople'scourtwithjurisdictionovertheplaceofperformanceofthisContract.Article7:ForceMajeure7.1NeitherpartyshallbeliableforthefailureordelayinperformingitsobligationsunderthisContractduetoforcemajeureeventssuchasnaturaldisasters,war,strikes,governmentactionsandothercircumstancesbeyonditscontrol.7.2Theaffectedpartyshallpromptlynotifytheotherpartyoftheoccurrenceandterminationoftheforcemajeureevent,andtakenecessarymeasurestominimizetheloss.Article8:Confidentiality8.1Thepartiesshallkeepconfidentialanybusiness,technicalandotherinformationobtainedfromeachotherduringtheperformanceofthisContract,unlesssuchinformationispubliclyknownorlegallyrequiredtobedisclosed.8.2ThepartiesshallnotusetheconfidentialinformationforanypurposeotherthantheperformanceofthisContract.Article9:IndemnificationArticle10:TerminationofContract10.1ThisContractmaybeterminatedmutualagreementoftheparties.10.2EitherpartymayterminatethisContractiftheotherpartybreachesthisContractandfailstocurethebreachwithinareasonableperiodoftime.10.3UpontheterminationofthisContract,PartyBshallpromptlyhandovertheconstructionsitetoPartyAandremoveallitsequipment,materialsandpersonnelfromthesite.Article11:GeneralProvisions11.1一、附件列表：1.設(shè)計(jì)圖紙和技術(shù)規(guī)格書(shū)2.工程量清單和報(bào)價(jià)單3.施工計(jì)劃和進(jìn)度表4.質(zhì)量檢驗(yàn)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)和方法5.安全防護(hù)措施和環(huán)境保護(hù)要求6.合同履行過(guò)程中的變更和補(bǔ)充協(xié)議二、違約行為及認(rèn)定：1.未能按照約定的時(shí)間和質(zhì)量完成施工工作2.未能按照約定的價(jià)格支付合同款項(xiàng)3.未能按照約定的計(jì)劃和進(jìn)度進(jìn)行施工4.施工質(zhì)量不符合約定的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)和要求5.未能履行安全防護(hù)和環(huán)境保護(hù)的義務(wù)6.未經(jīng)對(duì)方同意，泄露對(duì)方的商業(yè)秘密和個(gè)人信息7.其他違反合同約定的行為三、法律名詞及解釋：1.鋼結(jié)構(gòu)工程施工合同：雙方約定由乙方承擔(dān)鋼結(jié)構(gòu)工程施工，并支付相應(yīng)價(jià)款的合同。3.施工計(jì)劃：雙方約定的施工時(shí)間安排和進(jìn)度計(jì)劃。4.質(zhì)量檢驗(yàn)：對(duì)施工完成的產(chǎn)品進(jìn)行檢查和評(píng)估，以確保其符合約定的質(zhì)量標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。5.安全防護(hù)措施：為保障施工過(guò)程中人員和財(cái)產(chǎn)的安全而采取的措施。6.環(huán)境保護(hù)要求：遵守國(guó)家環(huán)保法規(guī)，采取措施防止施工過(guò)程中對(duì)環(huán)境造成污染。7.違約行為：違反合同約定的行為。四、執(zhí)行中遇到的問(wèn)題及解決辦法：1.施工進(jìn)度延誤：與乙方溝通，制定補(bǔ)救計(jì)劃，并按照約定支付違約金。2.施工質(zhì)量問(wèn)題：要求乙方及時(shí)整改，并承擔(dān)相應(yīng)的責(zé)任。
