前言
本文件按照GB/T1.1—2020《標準化工作導則第1部分:標準化文件的結構和起草規(guī)則》的規(guī)
定起草。
本文件代替GB20128—2006《惰性氣體滅火劑》,與GB20128—2006相比,除結構調整和編輯性
改動外,主要技術變化如下:
a)更改了惰性氣體滅火劑的定義(見3.1,2006年版的3.1);
b)更改了原料(組分)氣體中氬氣和二氧化碳的純度技術性能要求(見4.2.1表1,2006年版的
4.2.4表6);
c)更改了原料(組分)氣體中氬氣和氮氣的水分含量技術性能要求(見4.2.1表1,2006年版的
4.2.4表6);
d)增加了原料(組分)氣體中二氧化碳的總硫化物含量技術性能要求(見4.2.1表1);
e)刪除了IG?01惰性氣體滅火劑的懸浮物或沉淀物技術性能要求(2006年版的4.2.1表1);
f)增加了IG?01惰性氣體滅火劑的氧含量技術性能要求(見4.2.2表2);
g)更改了IG?100惰性氣體滅火劑的氮氣含量、氧含量技術性能要求(見4.2.3表3,2006年版的
4.2.2表2);
h)增加了IG?55惰性氣體滅火劑的水分含量和氧含量技術性能要求(見4.2.4表4);
i)增加了IG?541惰性氣體滅火劑的水分含量和氧含量技術性能要求(見4.2.5表5);
j)更改了原料(組分)氣體純度測定的試驗方法(見5.1,2006年版的5.2);
k)更改了惰性氣體滅火劑含量測定的試驗方法(見5.2,2006年版的5.1);
l)更改了原料(組分)氣體和惰性氣體滅火劑水分含量測定的試驗方法(見5.3,2006年版
的5.3);
m)更改了原料(組分)氣體和惰性氣體滅火劑氧含量測定的試驗方法(見5.4.1,2006年版
的5.4);
n)刪除了懸浮物或沉淀物測定的試驗方法(2006年版的5.5);
o)增加了總硫化物含量測定的試驗方法(見5.5);
p)更改了出廠檢驗項目(見6.1.1,2006年版的6.1.1);
q)更改了盛裝惰性氣體滅火劑氣瓶的標志、充裝、包裝、運輸和貯存的要求(見第7章,2006年
版的第7章)。
本文件參考ISO14520?12:2015《氣體滅火系統(tǒng)物理性能和系統(tǒng)設計第12部分:IG?01》、
ISO14520?13:2015《氣體滅火系統(tǒng)物理性能和系統(tǒng)設計第13部分:IG?100》、ISO14520?14:2015
