ThisAgreementismadeandenteredintothis______dayof______,20__,byandbetween[Husband'sFullName],hereinafterreferredtoas"Husband,"and[Wife'sFullName],hereinafterreferredtoas"Wife"(collectively,the"Parties").

WHEREAS,thePartiesweremarriedon[DateofMarriage]andhavedecidedtodissolvetheirmarriage;and

WHEREAS,thePartiesdesiretosettleandresolveallmattersarisingoutoftheirmarriageandtoavoidanyfuturelitigation;

NOW,THEREFORE,inconsiderationofthepromisesandcovenantscontainedherein,andforothergoodandvaluableconsideration,thereceiptandsufficiencyofwhichareherebyacknowledged,thePartiesagreeasfollows:

1.DissolutionofMarriage:

ThePartiesagreethattheirmarriageisherebydissolved,andtheywilleachtakeallnecessarystepstoeffectuatethedissolutionoftheirmarriage,includingbutnotlimitedtofilingtheappropriatepaperworkwiththecourtandattendinganyrequiredcourtproceedings.

2.PropertyDivision:

2.1.RealProperty:

ThePartiesagreethattherealpropertylocatedat[Address],whichiscurrentlytitledinthenameof[Husband/Wife],shallbesold,andtheproceedsfromthesaleshallbedividedequallybetweentheParties.

2.2.PersonalProperty:

Allpersonalproperty,includingbutnotlimitedtofurniture,appliances,vehicles,andotherhouseholditems,shallbedividedasfollows:[Listofitemsandtheirdivision].

2.3.RetirementAccounts:

ThePartiesagreethat[Husband/Wife]shallretaintheirrespectiveretirementaccounts,andnodivisionortransferoftheseaccountsshalltakeplace.

3.DebtsandLiabilities:

3.1.JointDebts:

ThePartiesagreethatalljointdebts,includingbutnotlimitedtocreditcarddebts,loans,andotherobligations,shallbedividedasfollows:[Listofdebtsandtheirdivision].

3.2.IndividualDebts:

ThePartiesagreethatalldebtsincurredbyeitherPartypriortothedateofthisAgreement,andalldebtsincurredbyeitherPartyintheirownnameduringthemarriage,shallbethesoleresponsibilityofthePartywhoincurredthedebt.

4.SpousalSupport:

ThePartiesagreethat[Husband/Wife]shallpay[Wife/Husband]spousalsupportintheamountof[Amount]permonth,commencingon[Date]andcontinuinguntil[Date],unlessotherwisemodifiedbyacourtofcompetentjurisdiction.

5.ChildCustodyandVisitation:

10.Confidentiality:

11.Severability:

IfanyprovisionofthisAgreementisheldtobeillegalorunenforceable,theremainingprovisionsshallremaininfullforceandeffect.

12.EntireAgreement:

ThisAgreementconstitutestheentireagreementbetweenthePartiesandsupersedesallpriornegotiations,representations,warranties,andagreementsbetweenthem.

13.Modification:

ThisAgreementmaynotbemodifiedexceptbyawritteninstrumentsignedbybothParties.

14.GoverningLaw:

ThisAgreementshallbegovernedbyandconstruedinaccordancewiththelawsoftheStateof[State].

15.Counterparts:

ThisAgreementmaybeexecutedincounterparts,eachofwhichshallbedeemedanoriginalandallofwhichtogethershallconstituteoneandthesameinstrument.

16.EffectiveDate:

ThisAgreementshallbeeffectiveasofthedatefirstabovewritten.
