2025租賃合同范本中英對(duì)照LeaseAgreement(中英文對(duì)照租賃合同范本)ContractNo.:DateofExecution:PlaceofSigning:Thisleaseagreement("Agreement")ismadeandenteredintoasofthedateabove,byandbetweenthefollowingparties:PartyA(Landlord):Name:Address:ContactInformation:PartyB(Tenant):Name:Address:ContactInformation:Bothpartiesarehereinafterreferredtoas"theParties,"andeachindividuallyasa"Party."1.PropertyDescription(物業(yè)描述)TheLandlordagreestoleasetotheTenant,andtheTenantagreestorentfromtheLandlord,thefollowingproperty(hereinafterreferredtoas"thePremises"):Address:BuildingNumber:Room/UnitNumber:FloorArea:squaremeters.PurposeofUse:ThePremisesshallbeusedsolelyforresidential/commercialpurposes,specifically:.TheTenantacknowledgesthattheyhaveinspectedthePremisesandaresatisfiedwithitscondition.2.LeaseTerm(租賃期限)Thetermofthislease(hereinafterreferredtoas"theLeaseTerm")shallcommenceonandterminateon,inclusiveofbothstartandenddates.ShouldeitherPartywishtorenewthisAgreementuponexpirationoftheLeaseTerm,suchrenewalmustbemutuallyagreedinwritingatleast30dayspriortotheterminationdate.Intheabsenceofsuchagreement,thisAgreementshallautomaticallyexpireattheendoftheLeaseTerm.3.RentandPayment(租金及支付方式)TheTenantagreestopaytheLandlordamonthlyrentofYuanRenminbi(RMB),equivalentto(inwords).Therentshallbepaidinadvanceonthedayofeachmonth,withthefirstpaymentdueby.Latepaymentswillincuralatefeeof0.5%perdayoftheoutstandingamount.Failuretopayrentformorethan15daysconstitutesabreachofthisAgreement.4.SecurityDeposit(押金條款)TheTenantshalldepositasecuritydepositofYuanRenminbi(RMB),equivalentto(inwords),withtheLandlorduponsigningthisAgreement.ThepurposeofthisdepositistoensurecompliancewiththetermsofthisAgreementandcompensateforanydamagesordefaultsbytheTenant.UponterminationofthisAgreement,providedthatthePremisesarereturnedingoodconditionandallobligationsunderthisAgreementhavebeenfulfilled,thesecuritydepositshallberefundedtotheTenantwithin30days,minusanydeductionsforrepairs,cleaning,orunpaidrent.5.MaintenanceandRepairs(維修與維護(hù))Landlord'sResponsibilities:TheLandlordisresponsibleformaintainingthestructuralintegrityofthePremises,includingbutnotlimitedtotheroof,walls,andload-bearingcomponents.TheLandlordshallpromptlyaddressanystructuralissuesuponnoticefromtheTenant.Tenant'sResponsibilities:TheTenantisresponsibleforroutinemaintenanceandrepairsofnon-structuralitems,suchasplumbing,electricalsystems,appliances,andfixtures.TheTenantmaynotalterordamagethePremiseswithoutpriorwrittenconsentfromtheLandlord.6.UseofPremises(物業(yè)使用規(guī)定)TheTenantagreestousethePremisesonlyforthepurposesstatedinSection1.AnyunauthorizeduseshallconstituteabreachofthisAgreement.TheTenantshallcomplywithallapplicablelaws,regulations,andcommunityrulesduringtheLeaseTerm.TheTenantshallnotstorehazardousmaterialsorconductillegalactivitiesonthePremises.7.SublettingandAssignment(轉(zhuǎn)租或轉(zhuǎn)借限制)TheTenantmaynotsubletthePremisesorassignthisAgreementtoathirdpartywithoutpriorwrittenconsentfromtheLandlord.AnysuchsubleaseorassignmentmustadheretothetermsofthisAgreement.8.TerminationofLease(合同終止條件)EitherPartymayterminatethisAgreementunderthefollowingcircumstances:ByMutualConsent:BothPartiesmayagreetoterminatethisAgreementinwritingatanytime.ForCausebyLandlord:TheLandlordmayterminatethisAgreementiftheTenant:a)Failstopayrentformorethan15days;b)EngagesinillegalactivitiesonthePremises;c)SubstantiallydamagesthePremiseswithoutreasonablecause.ForCausebyTenant:TheTenantmayterminatethisAgreementiftheLandlord:a)FailstofulfilltheirobligationsunderthisAgreement(e.g.,repairs,maintenance);b)HarassesorinterfereswiththeTenant'speacefulpossessionofthePremises.Noticeofterminationmustbeprovidedatleast30daysinadvanceunlessotherwisestipulatedabove.9.LiabilityforBreach(違約責(zé)任)AnybreachofthisAgreementbyeitherPartyshallresultinapenaltyofYuanRenminbi(RMB),equivalentto(inwords).TheaggrievedPartymayalsoseeklegalremediesfordamagesincurredasaresultofthebreach.10.GoverningLawandDisputeResolution(適用法律及爭(zhēng)議解決)ThisAgreementshallbegovernedbyandconstruedinaccordancewiththelawsofthePeople'sRepublicofChina.AnydisputesarisingfromorrelatedtothisAgreementshallfirstberesolvedthrough友好協(xié)商(friendlynegotiation).Ifnoresolutionisreachedwithin30days,eitherPartymaysubmitthedisputetothecompetentcourtinthejurisdictionwherethePremisesarelocated.11.Miscellaneous(其他條款)Amendments:AnyamendmentstothisAgreementmustbemadeinwritingandsignedbybothParties.EntireAgreement:ThisAgreementconstitutestheen
