4.ShipmentandDelivery

5.Insurance

5.1TheSellershallberesponsibleforarrangingandpayingfortheinsuranceofthegoodsduringtransportation.

5.2TheinsurancecoverageshallbeasspecifiedintheProductList.

6.InspectionandClaim

6.1TheBuyershallhavetherighttoinspectthegoodsuponarrivalatthedestination.

6.2Ifanyqualityorquantitydiscrepancyisfoundduringtheinspection,theBuyershallnotifytheSellerwithinthestipulatedtimeframeasspecifiedintheProductList.

6.3TheBuyershallhavetherighttoclaimforcompensationfromtheSellerforanylossordamagecausedbytheSeller'sbreachofthisContract.

7.ForceMajeure

7.1Incaseofforcemajeure,suchaswar,naturaldisasters,orotherunforeseeableevents,whichpreventeitherpartyfromfulfillingitsobligationsunderthisContract,theaffectedpartyshallnotifytheotherpartyinwritingwithin15daysaftertheoccurrenceofsuchevents.

7.2TheaffectedpartyshallbeexemptedfromfulfillingitsobligationsunderthisContracttotheextentoftheimpactcausedbytheforcemajeure.

8.GoverningLawandDisputeResolution

8.1ThisContractshallbegovernedbyandconstruedinaccordancewiththelawsofthecountrywheretheSellerislocated.

8.2AnydisputearisingfromorinconnectionwiththisContractshallberesolvedthroughfriendlynegotiationbetweentheparties.Ifthenegotiationfails,thedisputeshallbesubmittedtothecompetentcourtofthecountrywheretheSellerislocatedforfinalresolution.
